04/10/2026: Deliveroo order: no sauce was requested for the nuggets, and I had asked for extra sauces for the fries, but no sauces were included. When I saw (after confirming the order) that it was the one from Plérin, I knew there would be a problem, and sure enough, there was. Last time, the one from Saint-Brieuc was perfect.

04/10/2026: Correction to a review posted in February, as it's now 2 PM. We've been waiting for our order for over 40 minutes again. For a fast-food restaurant, this is ridiculous, I think... the restaurant is disgusting. What is the manager doing with his staff?

22/08/2026: Disappointed by the amount of meat and other ingredients in the bread… And not just once… Forced to go back because of a menu error, and not just once either. Too expensive; things have changed a lot. The economic crisis doesn't justify the price, especially considering the state of the booths… That's it. French tacos…

20/08/2026: Hygiene is questionable at best! Slow service, no atmosphere whatsoever, and the food isn't great. I ordered a sandwich, and when I got it, it looked like a large, slightly overcooked croque-monsieur, and it tasted a bit salty.

15/09/2026: The food came in very generous portions and everything tasted really good! I especially loved the fish, they served us a whole fish, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion was so big that the three of us could barely finish everything! Great food, generous portions, and definitely a place worth trying if you’re hungry!

06/08/2026: A place where you can truly experience the pungent spiciness of authentic Chinese cuisine. Compared to the countless other Chinese restaurants in Paris, this place stands out with its unique characteristics, offering a variety of spicy yet addictive dishes that keep you wanting more. Among them, the best is the Mala-flavored stir-fried squid and vegetables pictured!! It is chewy with a rich smoky flavor and just the right amount of spiciness. The various vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, and bell peppers blend together harmoniously, creating a taste that makes you crave rice and beer continuously. If I had to point out a downside, it takes quite a while for the food to arrive and the atmosphere is a bit chaotic, but it is tolerable if you consider it part of the local vibe. Also, the other dishes are generally a bit too salty. However, I feel it deserves to be the most popular spot in this Chinese food alley. Would I visit again? Yes.

18/09/2026: Very disappointed by this restaurant, which seemed to have potential in terms of its setting, but that's where its appeal ends. I didn't see the added value of the chefs to justify charging €28 for gravlax salmon with very basic rice, overcooked onion, and basic salmon with too much olive oil. The menu mentions that you should speak to the waiters, but the service is subpar; for example, dishes are served by walking past customers on the left instead of the right…

25/08/2026: The manager/waiter did nothing but shout the whole time, singing in operatic style while staring directly into our eyes from less than a meter away, his eyes practically bulging from his voice. It was intrusive and unpleasant for what we had hoped would be a quiet evening at this restaurant, which we, as Parisians, were visiting for the third time. It was clearly no longer the enchanting atmosphere we had known in the past, and we certainly realized that. We won't even mention the dish that was served, which didn't match the menu description, nor the unpleasant remarks made by this gentleman who lacked manners and professionalism. It was a real disappointment, except for the appetizers, which were, as always, excellent. Perhaps we should have stopped there and left, rather than having to endure the constant singing and raised voices, and also witnessing one of the cooks leaving the kitchen to express his displeasure to the waiter by raising his voice…unprecedented. Unfortunately, we will never return there, even though we used to love it. At least not under those circumstances.

08/09/2026: I went for the first time in July, and again tonight. The pizzas are very good, the waitress (owner?) was very friendly, smiling, and easygoing. The terrace has a lovely, casual feel; a great experience.

07/07/2026: Goûte (Rue Mandar) is the perfect Paris neighborhood wine bar. The vibe is cool, cozy, and low-lit—ideal for a date night or catching up with friends. Their natural wine selection is incredible (you can browse the shelves yourself), and the staff are super friendly and passionate without any pretension. Pair your glass with their fantastic seasonal small plates that the chef updates very frequently—the hummus and compte are must-orders. It gets lively fast, so arrive early. Can’t wait to go back!

30/09/2025: After almost 20 years, my canteen is closing its doors tonight. Tomorrow, October 1st, 2025, only nostalgia and memories will remain. It was great to see so many regulars come to celebrate. You deserve it. Thanks guys, all the best, and see you around.

28/06/2026: The food is excellent. The owners are incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

20/06/2026: Honest food in the village of Château Renard. Friendly welcome. The restaurant has a slightly old-fashioned feel, which you have to appreciate.

12/08/2026: I just had a four-cheese pizza there for lunch today. It wasn't good, and for good reason: I don't like tomato sauce and I had asked for a crème fraîche base. Since I don't like to waste food, I finished it and didn't ask for an exchange. I mentioned it to the waitress, but there was no apology, no gesture of goodwill, so I left after paying full price of €20 for a dish I didn't enjoy. And to top it all off, they tried to sell me dessert even after I complained.

09/08/2026: The menu prices are displayed in a very unclear way, and even the waitresses can't explain them; it's very confusing. The service isn't very attentive, but the dishes are very good, generously portioned, and well-presented.

12/04/2026: Lovely lunch, family had a roast traditional Sunday lunch, I had a veggie burger. Really nice, just a quick bike ride from home, lovely Sunday experience. Family run campsite where they really work hard to make it a lovely experience for you. Definitely recommended.
