13/07/2026: Another delivery order. No sauces (Chinese sauce for the nuggets), no sauce for the fries (which I pay 10 cents for). I called the restaurant in question (#Roanne) and got the same answer: I have to come to the restaurant (if I ordered delivery, it's because I can't go there). It's really disappointing...

26/04/2026: I had already visited years ago (2015, when it was still the Chalet Hotel). Since then, there has been a change of ownership, but the place remains just as lovely. I certainly wasn't disappointed. The welcome, the food, the kindness of everyone, and the possibility of staying as long as you like. It's an address that comes at a price, admittedly, but sometimes you have to treat yourself to these kinds of pleasures. Thank you.

04/04/2026: We booked the place for two nights with our friends for our 30th birthdays at the end of March! A real place to live with very comfortable rooms! I highly recommend it, both for the service and the exceptional location! A thousand thanks again to the whole team! Special mention to Fredo who treated us to delicious meals all weekend!

15/04/2026: I just stopped by this restaurant in the Farman area and had a pizza – it was excellent! Honestly, for the price on the terrace, it was unbeatable. The crust was very good and the waitress was super friendly. I'll definitely be back.

11/04/2026: My visit this afternoon was very disappointing. I arrived at 12:35 PM, and between waiting to order and then waiting at my table, I finally ate my pizza at 1:18 PM. The pizza had mushrooms that were practically raw, and the crust didn't taste like bread dough. The sauce was bland, and the tomato coulis had no herbs or flavor. It's a shame; three years ago I gave it five stars. The "Ferme des Saveurs" pizza is no longer the same. The manager promised us a gesture of goodwill by offering us desserts, but he never got back to us. And when we left, the desserts in the display case had disappeared. Even a free coffee would have been the least they could do after service like that. In short, nine people who won't be returning.

23/07/2026: The bespectacled manager is awful and very rude; if you want to spend your meal being yelled at by a woman who doesn't respect her customers, go for it!

22/07/2026: Avoid this place. It's the first time I haven't eaten anything on my plate. The toilets are indescribable.

07/08/2026: My experie there wasn’t good. First it was the service-the waiter was rude and impatient with us- didn’t greet us with a smile and just ripped the menus of our hands. They did not give us pads for the cups. At some point a street songer cane and started playing an instrument but the staff from the restaurant didn’t stop the music coming from the place and it was just a big chaos around us.

06/08/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for over three years because the food is good and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, the service has always been the establishment's biggest weakness. We hoped things would have improved over time, but after more than three years, nothing has really changed. And judging by the numerous similar reviews, we're far from the only ones who have felt this way. During our last visit, a waiter spilled an entire pint of beer on my mother. Accidents happen. What's unacceptable is that he didn't even apologize. Not a "sorry," not a napkin, not a gesture. He simply left as if nothing had happened, even though my mother was completely soaked. It wasn't the accident itself that shocked us, but the total lack of consideration for customers. If you simply expect a minimum of respect as a customer, look elsewhere! What a shame… We've been coming here with pleasure for years, but now we simply don't want to come back. A good restaurant isn't just about the quality of the food: the way customers are treated is just as important.

30/07/2026: The staff are professional and very friendly; it's refreshing, you don't see that everywhere.

30/07/2026: Not the first time I've eaten there, no problems before. However, when I try to take away, there are often major issues like missing items, poorly made sandwiches, and today I had a Coke SO DISGUSTING I THREW IT AWAY AFTER THE SECOND SIP. No bubbles, too sweet, a harsh aftertaste that lingers on the palate, and the color was brown, sure, but you couldn't even see through it. In short, very disappointed tonight...

13/07/2026: Just what you can expect from Burger King, nothing wrong with that. Despite the crowds, fast and friendly service. There isn't really much atmosphere; we ate our order outside.

13/07/2026: Waiting for 2 Whoppers took 15 min of our life. Salad was not properly cut. Staff is it kindergarten. Staff not organised. 5 person putting on lid on the. French fries not fried.

26/07/2026: Hateful lady! My wife suffers an autoimmune disease and we literally stood in her doorway for 10 seconds at 16:50 on Sunday July 26 - she couldn't care less about other people - despite all the money I spend here! It was a very slow time of day - she could have showed some small OUNCE of vompassion but she chose to be MEAN and TERRITORIAL! Never again will we come here. HORRIBLE!

22/07/2026: I went there to have breakfast, the best omelet ever. The waitress was really patient, love the vibe.

23/06/2026: It's a restaurant I really like. I go there regularly... but I called twice to make sure it was air-conditioned... and they told me "yeah." But no, it's not air-conditioned. It's just a closed door and terrace with the outside exposed.

21/06/2026: The welcome was very unpleasant. The service was limited. They advertise an air-conditioned room, but in reality, it's just a weak little fan that doesn't cool anything at all. The fish and chips was served without fries.

23/05/2026: Very disappointed, the lamb skewer wasn't good. The meat was poor quality, nothing like it used to be. I won't be back.

21/05/2026: I ordered a meat kebab from Kebab, and it smelled disgusting and tasted awful. Avoid it!

19/06/2026: Such a pleasant experience!!!!! Visiting from Chicago and found this place last minute and they were soooo nice! The owner happened to be here too but I found out after the fact and the rest of the staff were very kind. Enjoyed my late night drink and bite here to kick off the night

28/06/2026: I wanted to try it because I'd heard about it. In my opinion, there's unfortunately way too much sauce in the buns, and I can't even taste the meat; it's completely soggy 😬 The next time it was the same, and there was a mistake with the order... The price-quality ratio needs to be reassessed, which is a shame.

28/06/2026: On my last order, I was already very disappointed: the fries were so overcooked they were more like potato chips. Despite that, we decided to give this place another chance. Unfortunately, this new order was just as disappointing. The kebab bread seemed stale, as if it were from the day before. There were tons of raw vegetables and very little meat, and everything was extremely greasy: the kebab paper was soaked in grease, as was the foil wrapping. The "maxi kebab" is a misnomer: it was mostly bread with very little filling. As for the sauce, it was practically nonexistent. It's a real shame, because it used to be much better. This time, it was our last order.

06/04/2026: I arrived before 9 PM and the man told me he no longer made pizza, but he did make it for the people who arrived just before us. The problem was the lack of courtesy; I was treated very badly!! This place is outrageous!

13/02/2026: Very bad, not great at all. It used to be super good, but on top of that, at €22 for two, almost! Where are we going?! Be careful, this restaurant... I didn't trust it from the moment I saw it inside, and it hasn't changed since. It's not good...

18/07/2026: Today, I went to this shop with my children for a smoothie. Unfortunately, the welcome was very cold. We really felt like we were bothering them. Furthermore, the waitress didn't even bother to look at us when she spoke, to the point of mistaking my daughter for a young man. This lack of attention and consideration is regrettable. The service was mediocre, and unfortunately, it's not the first time I've been disappointed by the welcome at this establishment. It's a real shame, because it spoils the experience.

04/07/2026: I go there very often whenever I'm in Mirepoix. I'm always warmly welcomed by incredibly kind and friendly people. The cakes are absolutely delicious.
