03/07/2026: Myself and my husband came to Paris for a concert , we was staying over the road , Les Bon’s vivants was the first place we came to for a drink and to sit outside and relax, we was treated with a warm and welcoming waiter , we then came several times a day , these guys are so welcoming and friendly , even with a language barrier they was so pleasant , I’d genuinely come back just to sit and watch the world go by with the charming staff , many thanks “lady ketchup”

15/07/2026: My opinion is based on two or three visits to this establishment. I realized that this brasserie is mediocre. Don't eat the croque-monsieur: it's dry, there's a skimping amount of butter on the toast, and the only accompaniment is a few lettuce leaves: it's so rancid.

06/07/2026: The owner doesn't hesitate to criticize customers for the slightest thing that displeases her, making them feel incredibly uncomfortable. The irony is that just before she started behaving like this, when I was simply going to ask for a highlighter, a customer had warned me that she was very unpleasant. This suggests that because she has a storefront, she feels entitled to get away with a lot, and unfortunately, customers are already aware of this aspect of her. The restaurant's convenient location makes it easy to find a seat. Perhaps she's less likely to act this way with men than with women. If this gentleman returns, I won't, especially since she insisted, in an attempt to have the last word, that the customer had no say and no say, clearly demonstrating that she was in charge – a truly unpleasant attitude from beginning to end. Her tone and actions are practically provocative, berating customers so harshly for the slightest thing, clearly demonstrating her dominance no matter what. It's not difficult to be pleasant to a customer even if something is amiss.

23/04/2026: I strongly advise against this establishment. The experience was very disappointing, particularly due to the bartender's behavior, which I found particularly aggressive towards women. This type of attitude is unacceptable and makes people feel uncomfortable. A place that is supposed to be welcoming should guarantee respect and safety for all its customers. I will not be returning.

09/11/2025: TOURIST TRAP. Four of us went for dinner. No waiting; there were free tables when we arrived, and they seated us right away. When we ordered, they told us they didn't have some dishes, the escalopes, for example. The problem was the food: IT'S TERRIBLE. And it's a shame because just seeing the fantastic pizza oven inside the restaurant makes you expect something good, but no... nothing could be further from the truth. The pizzas were bad, really, really bad. It's just oven-baked pizza dough on which they then place the toppings... nothing more, a semi-liquid tomato paste on the hot base that turns it into an inedible, chewy mess... horrendous. The two Caprese salads we ordered consisted of ONE sliced ​​tomato, half a slice for each salad, and a burrata... charging 9 euros for that is highway robbery. In short... they don't know how to make pizzas, and the portions are ridiculously small... and on top of that, it's expensive. We paid 106 euros for a terrible meal... we left feeling ripped off. It's clear they cater to tourists like us who will never return to Lourdes, which is why they charge what they do for such awful food, and then they just forget about us. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

26/10/2025: I've been to Lourdes several times, but this is the first time I've been satisfied with the owners' hospitality, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and especially the food served for lunch and dinner. You eat like you're in Campania here. Highly recommended.

25/07/2026: Food is ok. Nothing exceptional. Lived in the neighborhood for 4 years the owner is just a handful... Don't go if you look for friendly staff. Judgement by the face. Pretty weird.

30/05/2026: Best bar in the neighborhood… 🤩 Authentic… frequented only by regulars and connoisseurs. A true bistro with a bistro soul and an extra touch of soul! A home-like welcome… Dolores is exceptionally warm and full of life… she welcomes you into her home as if it were her living room. We respect her rules and her frankness for a great time 🙌 Her tapas (when still available, depending on the time) are excellent, generously made with good, quality ingredients and love, and her drinks are generous. We love it 🫶🏼

28/01/2026: Each time, it takes over 20 minutes for just three paninis, even though there are two or three people at the till and only one in the kitchen. There's no planning ahead, especially at noon, when there's a high school right next door and lots of workers come to eat. There are no paninis prepared in advance, the Nutella jars are empty, and the cook has to leave her station to go get more. The result: an endless wait. On top of that, the Nutella paninis are very poorly made; they're overflowing everywhere, with as much on the paper and bag as in the bread (photo attached). It's a shame, because the concept is good, but without organization and without anticipating the lunchtime rush, the experience is truly disappointing.

21/07/2026: A lovely time spent on the terrace, enjoying crepes, waffles, and drinks served quickly. Friendly service with smiling waiters. Dogs are well received with a small bowl of water. And a fun atmosphere with a touch of geek chic.

20/07/2026: The waiter who confused Chablis and Aligoté, who forgot a glass. Rather mediocre wine served lukewarm. In short, not great.

22/07/2026: TheFork terms and conditions scam. As a regular user of the app, I'm very familiar with how it works. This restaurant isn't respecting its contractual obligations; the discount is supposed to apply to the entire menu (excluding set menus and drinks), but it's limited to the main dishes only. As a result, the final bill is incorrect and excessive. I've reported this to TheFork so they can take the necessary action, which is also confirmed by numerous customer reviews.

12/07/2026: I ordered online for delivery to my hotel, paid for it, but in the end, one of the items in my order was missing. A very kind lady called me to sort it out and gave me something else without any additional charge. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious. Better than I expected. I'll definitely order again next time I'm here. So good, 6 stars!

14/07/2026: No greeting upon my arrival, refusal to use the restroom for a disabled person (not to mention the cost of my drink). Yet they have the nerve to tell other customers I'm not being polite because I didn't say goodbye while waiting for a response to my greeting. Perhaps they should take some etiquette lessons.

14/07/2026: I wouldn't call this place a restaurant, but rather a cross between a local bistro and a night out with friends watching a football match. We ordered three pizzas and a portion of fries to take away (€45). The pizzas were generally quite good, although the tomato sauce tasted more like cheap tomato paste than a real homemade sauce. The fries, on the other hand, were disastrous: they were like the ones from Lidl. Pieces of all sizes, soggy, tasteless… you almost wonder if they hadn't been scraped from the bottom of several baskets. The most disconcerting thing is the atmosphere. If you like places where everyone is shouting from one end of the room to the other, you'll get your fill. It feels more like attending a post-match celebration than a proper restaurant service. I was also surprised to see several people going back and forth between the bar and the kitchen, even though they didn't seem to have any role in the kitchen. And to top it all off: the cook walked into the kitchen letting out a huge belch. It might seem like a small detail, but it's definitely not the kind of scene that inspires confidence while you're waiting for your meal. The staff is welcoming, but between the atmosphere, the seemingly haphazard organization, and what we witnessed, you end up wondering if you might leave with something other than what you ordered.

30/07/2026: The buffet was exceptionally clean and varied, with delicious flavors in every dish. The welcome and service were impeccable; truly nothing to complain about.

01/08/2026: The setting is nice, not cramped. The service is good, quite fast. The only downside is the pizzas: they are very, very thin and lack a soft, chewy texture. The edges are so crispy you wonder what you're eating. They're still tasty, but they're nowhere near as good as Italian pizzas, which is a shame.
