20/09/2026: This McDonald's is a disgrace! I arrived at the drive-thru at 5:20 PM and left at 6:00 PM under the pretext that they were overwhelmed, even though there were only three cars in the drive-thru. If they're understaffed, shame on the owners who are lining their own pockets and can't be bothered to add more staff during peak hours while they're getting richer. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs, and they couldn't even offer a discount after such a long wait. Last time I'm going there.

23/08/2026: Returning from vacation, we stopped at this restaurant quite by chance. It was full, but the staff at the reception were able to find us a table. Good food, friendly and quick service. Pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it.

29/07/2026: The salmon wasn't fresh and the sushi looked very suspicious. The staff was generally friendly, except for the oldest employee who was a bit intrusive and aggressive.

23/06/2026: A very, very bad experience. We ordered takeout sushi. From the moment we tasted it, the salmon had a very strong odor and an unusual taste that worried us enough to stop eating it. I immediately called the restaurant, and the person I spoke to told me there was no problem returning the items and getting a refund. When I returned the next day with the sushi almost untouched, I encountered a different person who refused to comply with what I had been told the day before. She raised her voice from the start, banged on the counter, and was particularly aggressive. Several times, she repeated to me, "There's no taste, there's no smell, prove it." She also refused the refund, claiming that one piece of sushi was missing from the box, even though we had only tasted it before deciding not to eat the rest due to our doubts about the product. The most shocking moment was when she took a piece of sushi from the box and practically shoved it in my face so I would "prove" it smelled bad. This behavior, combined with her tone of voice, shouting, and banging on the counter, was completely inappropriate and very unpleasant. During the discussion, she also repeatedly mentioned that she regularly had customers requesting refunds for salmon. I replied that, if that were the case, it could indicate a problem that needed to be addressed. This remark only exacerbated her aggression. I can understand a restaurant owner disagreeing with a customer. However, I cannot accept being treated this way when I was reporting a problem in good faith. I finally returned to the restaurant a second time to speak with the first person. After two trips back and forth, a considerable waste of time, and an unnecessarily confrontational situation, I was finally reimbursed by the person who had initially confirmed my refund over the phone. I thank her for keeping her promise. Unfortunately, this does not change the extremely aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional attitude of the other manager. Yelling at a customer, refusing any constructive discussion, and treating them in this manner is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

A generous portion of delicious legs served Provençal style or with parsley and garlic, accompanied by fries and salad. 40 years of expertise! 07/09/2026: They offer sandwiches, but beware! After a night of illness, I definitely don't recommend them. The manager prepared the sandwiches in front of us using mayonnaise from a large bucket that, while refrigerated, was clearly a bit stale... my stomach still remembers it. The tea room isn't inviting; the beach across the street is much nicer.

11/10/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Exorbitant prices, the food arrived cold and tasteless, without fries because you have to choose... a kebab without fries? Seriously? And on their poorly designed menu, it's barely noticeable. The whole thing cost me almost 30 euros, including an Orangina and a cake. Thieves!

25/09/2026: My favorite kebab spot in Béziers, never disappoints! Owned by a very sweet family who are always kind and welcoming, even when my French is not too good lol. Would definitely recommend.
