26/05/2026: I've been to this all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant several times (about four), and unfortunately, I always leave with the same impression. The welcome is very cold, with a real sense of being a nuisance from the moment you arrive. The staff doesn't seem equally comfortable with all the customers: I noticed friendliness and smiles towards some tables, but definitely not the same treatment for everyone. As for the service, I often felt like I was served without any attention, without any eye contact, and without a truly warm welcome. The food generally seems fresh, but the rice portions are far too large, to the point that you quickly feel full without having really enjoyed the rest of the buffet. There's a sense of inconsistency compared to some other reviews: it seems like everyone doesn't receive the same experience or the same level of service. It's a real shame, especially as a local, because I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant. But the cold welcome and the feeling of not being welcome mean that I will not be returning.

09/05/2026: A true culinary revelation! As a passionate lover of Japanese cuisine, I was completely won over by the authenticity and finesse of this establishment. It earned its place in my top 3 from the very first bite! Everything was flawless: the portions were generous and the freshness of the ingredients was simply impeccable. Thank you, I'll be back!

15/05/2026: Despite the comment about cutting the pizzas because we were at the hotel, we received neither a cut pizza nor a napkin. 2/3 topping, 1/3 crust! The merguez sausage wasn't really merguez; we ordered an Oasis sausage and got a Lipton one. The blue cheese in the four-cheese pizza was practically nonexistent. In short, it wasn't great. Fast delivery.

08/04/2026: A friend of mine wanted to order food this Tuesday evening and was treated very badly by one of your employees. He was rude, vulgar, and called my friend "the guy with the blue hair" before throwing a menu at his feet while he was making his selection. My friend left without ordering right away. You should train your staff in basic courtesy and customer service.

03/07/2026: Louis' pizzas used to be so good. Little by little, the price went up and the quality went down. Machine-made or outsourced design?

12/07/2026: We placed an order on Deliveroo and when the driver arrived, all the food had spilled in the bag. The driver told us he would come back with a new order, but he never returned. Appalling service and nonexistent customer service. Terrible.

05/07/2026: Delicious food. Well worth the price, no more, no less. (I recommend the Thai Chicken, by the way.)

14/02/2026: I know this establishment very well and I've enjoyed it until the day the beef satay I was served was truly off-flavored; it smelled incredibly strong, but they served it to me anyway. After I pointed this out to the owner, who immediately reprimanded his sister in the kitchen, he returned looking embarrassed and apologizing. The problem is, he shouldn't have served me that dish. Since then, I only go there as a last resort. Apart from that incident, the food served is good! I've recently started going back, and tonight (March 3, 2022) I wasn't disappointed. I think the kitchen has made some adjustments, and as a result, I'm going back regularly. Today, January 14, 2023, we went to this establishment, and frankly, we didn't regret it. We had a wonderful meal: I had my Vietnamese salad and beef satay, and my wife had her pho with coconut pearls. The atmosphere was good, it was busy, and there were lots of takeout orders. In short, I'll be back. PLEASE NOTE: The restaurant will be closed for the entire month of February 2023 and will not reopen until March 1st, 2023. Today, February 14th, 2026, this restaurant is permanently closed due to retirement. An Indian restaurant is expected to replace it. Opening date unknown.

11/11/2025: Always a very warm welcome at Saigon City. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

12/06/2026: No wait, friendly and quick service. The food and drinks were very good. Great location and a basement room is available. I recommend it for a pleasant aperitif, whether you eat in or go elsewhere. 🙂‍↕ P.S. The pastel de nata, with or without cinnamon, are incredible, far better than those sold in other shops in Paris, by far, in my opinion and that of everyone else who has tried them.

30/05/2026: Super calm, nice, cooled drinks. I have seen the former critical comments about this location and can't confirm it. Cooled drinks at a very nice location, sun protected by the large trees, the Seine in front of you, simply lovely...

28/05/2026: What a nice place; only had coffee (in the morning) and a soft drink (in the afternoon), but what a great spot. And very friendly service. So, open all day today.

13/05/2026: Was there today but it was closed. Couldn't see any opening hours. According to Google, it should be slightly less busy. Strange. Rating only for poor communication. Would like to know if and when he is actually open.

06/07/2026: I ordered spring rolls and the meat was spoiled. And the prosciutto on the pizza was also very questionable, very disappointed… I don't recommend it. The freshness of the products is not there…
