29/06/2026: One of the best French casual dining restaurants, cooked by a Chinese chef. The owner is beautiful and kind, and the owner serves food quickly. It's full of regular customers who come back for more. Great value for money.

26/06/2026: A very friendly neighborhood bar where you feel right at home. The staff is welcoming and the food is very good. A big plus for the terrace and the fountain during this heatwave 😁

18/07/2026: Bistro Régent is a charming little restaurant distinguished by the quality of its food and pleasant atmosphere. The welcome is warm and the servers are friendly, which is much appreciated. However, the wait time is an area for improvement, as it takes at least 45 minutes between drinks and the arrival of the main course, which is quite long.

06/07/2026: The worst restaurant I've visited in France. The waitress was incredibly unfriendly. She acted as if she didn't want to work or be a waitress. I waited an extremely long time for my food. Even guests who arrived after me were served before me. Either I was completely forgotten, or tourists aren't welcome here. The food is nothing special. So please avoid this restaurant and invest your money elsewhere. (I should mention that I'm often in France and love French food.) I've never eaten so badly in France, nor have I ever been treated so rudely as a tourist. The pasta from the daily special was hard. The dessert wasn't served at all, even though it was a set menu item and dessert was listed on the menu. I didn't pay for dessert, but I was very disappointed.

04/07/2026: We had a great evening watching a football match. The young, petite waitress was friendly and removed the price of the fries from the bill herself. The menu advertises homemade fries, but they're not; they're just generic frozen fries. I mentioned this to her when she asked us about our meal. Also, cocktails aren't their strong point, in my opinion. The value for money isn't the best around, but they don't try to hide it either. The beers are decent; we like them. It's a strategic and easily accessible location. They're always open, which makes it a lifesaver when many places in Bayonne are either full or already closed by 9 pm. I've known this place for 15 years with my friends, and it's often saved the day in a city that can feel deserted when you arrive off-season. Overall, I remain positive about this establishment: we always knew how to have fun there and that's what counts.

17/06/2026: We had a great experience at this traditional Algerian restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. If you’re looking for authentic Algerian cuisine, this is definitely a place worth trying.

10/06/2026: A very bad experience. My husband ate at this restaurant and subsequently developed severe food poisoning with serious symptoms. We are very disappointed and concerned about the hygiene conditions. We hope that checks will be carried out to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation.

24/07/2026: I didn’t try the food, but the coffee was good. The pies looked amazing. I’ll try it next time. It’s a big space and you can bring your laptops. I had a wonderful time. It’s quiet and it’s a beautiful venue. It’s clean and it’s quite cheap for the coffee.

14/05/2026: Not good for the coffee; please have the grinder adjusted by the Folliet sales representative or technician on their next visit. At almost €2 a coffee… The food service area isn't very welcoming; a smile would be appreciated!

15/06/2026: The meal was fine except for the main courses, which weren't hot. Barely lukewarm. We mentioned this to the waiter, who offered us a digestif. We accepted it, but it cost us €60... we thought it was an apology for the lukewarm food. After our comment, he offered us another one at his own expense, which we declined. That's how you lose customers. We still ended up paying over €400 with the menu, aperitifs, water, and wine...

19/05/2026: Two-hour wait for a main course and dessert, and starters added/sold even though they hadn't been ordered.

17/05/2026: The tables are dirty. The restrooms: two-thirds were closed, the third was very dirty and had no toilet paper. I hope the kitchens are cleaner. The dishes are spotless and the service is friendly.

10/05/2026: Orders are OFTEN incomplete. One time it's the Happy Meal toy (nice for the kid), another time it's the sauces that were paid for, and now it's actually part of the meal! For example, I ordered a BBQ meal with BBQ fries (the famous ones that cost an extra €0.20!), they gave me a bag and the drink on the side (great for carrying the order... to go!), I get home, I open the bag and... Well, there's ONLY the sandwich! No fries, no BBQ powder! In short, from now on, even in a hurry, I'll check every single order since these mistakes keep happening! ...Or I'd go to the McDonald's in Versailles... Never had a problem at the ones on Place du Marché or Rive Gauche. Edit from May 10th: Today I bought a poster for 50 points... They forgot it, and since I was in a hurry with a tired child, I forgot to ask for it and threw away the receipt... Oh well, 50 points wasted. Can they even read an order receipt? :s

18/07/2026: The pizzas are exceptional! The service is top-notch. The team is lovely and the food is high quality. A must-try in Arras.

02/08/2026: Unfriendly waiter, not customer-oriented (young man in his twenties, blond, brown goatee) refused to serve water in the heatwave because, and I quote, "you have to consume" I do not recommend!

28/07/2026: The menu is inaccurate and doesn't list the actual ingredients. The wait was very long for a half-empty terrace. The waiter was rushed, setting things down and picking them up without a word. The portions were extremely small for the price.
