17/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs; it deserves to be shut down. Everything is wrong: the service, the food, the cleanliness, the premises. Seriously, don't go there.

16/07/2026: I ordered a chicken plate, but the chicken was extremely salty, and the cook confirmed he knew this because he doesn't make it himself; he buys it pre-prepared. It was inedible; I only ate the salad. They didn't even offer a gesture of goodwill; the plate went straight in the bin. My son ordered a kebab, and it was just as tasteless. I sincerely advise against this kebab place; avoid it at all costs. There are much better kebab places in Nancy than this one.

23/07/2026: A very bad experience. We received the wrong delivery, and when we reported the error, the manager was extremely rude to us on the phone. Instead of looking for a solution, he refused to correct the mistake, stating that "what happens on the internet is not his problem." This lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service is very disappointing. I hope this establishment will take customer complaints more seriously.

10/08/2026: The pizzas are very generously topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Two minor drawbacks to note: the large pizza size doesn't meet the standard for the price (it's too small for two people). And the choice of crust is limited. A less soft crust would be perfect.

29/07/2026: Excellent artisanal pizzeria with super friendly staff. A few years after my first review, I'm still very happy with Émilie's pizzas. The owner has changed, but the pizzas are still just as good, and the service is top-notch.

26/07/2026: It's a disgrace, how can they sink so low?! I used to love Emilie's pizzas in Bruges. They were a pure delight! And when I ordered through Deliveroo, I had no complaints there either. But Emilie's pizzas in Pessac are a completely different story! When you order through Deliveroo, they deliver small pizzas, not the medium-sized ones from Bruges, yet the price is the same. Small pizzas, and it's not even mentioned on their Deliveroo page—it's highway robbery, really. And the pizzas are nowhere near as good as the ones in Bruges in terms of taste. You're better off heating up a Sodebo pizza in the oven than ordering from Emilie in Pessac; it's better, more filling, and so much cheaper. In short, I'm shocked to see such a difference between Bruges and Pessac. The Pessac location is tarnishing Emilie's name. Well, you've ripped me off once, nice one, but that'll be the last time for me, and for my friends who were there yesterday and saw how you're taking everyone for a ride! Goodbye

19/05/2026: Although the staff was alone, we waited a little while, but it wasn't unpleasant; he was very courteous and polite to everyone despite the crowd, very quick and smiling when taking care of us.

02/07/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered the mussels with Roquefort cheese, which wasn't great; the bread must have been an extra. In short, we won't be going back and we miss the previous owners and their real cooking.

16/07/2026: Horrible! I've never seen anything like it! The couscous was disgusting, both the meat and the sauce, with a burnt aftertaste. The house wine was vomit-inducing. But that's not all, the waitresses are aggressive! They speak rudely to customers; I was yelled at because I dared to ask for a Coke in the middle of my meal (I wanted to dilute my wine with it because it was so undrinkable). Avoid at all costs!!!

15/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. I highly recommend it. The complimentary appetizers were delicious. The meal was very tasty, and above all, the lady who managed the service was simply perfect. She took great care of us, with lots of thoughtful touches for the children, always available without ever being intrusive. She greatly contributed to this wonderful dinner.

11/06/2026: What a surprise it was to discover this little restaurant! Greeted by a very friendly team, we had a wonderful meal! It was the best donburi we've ever had! The ramen was delicious! We especially appreciated that all the ingredients were fresh and local! The toppings, made with seasonal vegetables, were delicious. It's a welcome change from those restaurants that offer bland, standardized ramen and other dishes! Here, they have a real passion for food! Well done!
