05/09/2026: Avoid at all costs. The waiter was frankly unpleasant and rude to customers—you wonder if he even wants to work there. Hygiene is nonexistent: sticky tables, poorly washed dishes, and disgusting toilets. And there's no non-smoking area; you leave with your clothes and hair reeking of cigarettes. Between the lack of respect and the filth, I absolutely do not recommend it. There are much better options elsewhere in the neighborhood.

02/09/2026: Great, cozy Egyptian shishah joint with a friendly vibe. Easy to get by in either French or Arabic. The shishah was just like back in Egypt. I had قرفة بحليب & didn’t eat anything, so I can’t speak to the food.

10/09/2026: Overall, the restaurant is quite good; the staff preparing the sandwiches are quick and efficient. However, at noon, the cashier was unprofessional. She didn't know how to use the payment terminal properly. This needs to be addressed with her.

06/08/2026: I ordered a three-meat taco (kebab steak and chicken tenders) with cheese sauce through Uber Eats. I couldn't tell if it was a kebab or a veggie sandwich (lettuce and tomatoes in a taco?). The sauce wasn't cheesy at all (it was just mayonnaise). I also ordered some chicken tenders on the side, which were pretty good, even if they weren't very big. Forget the taco and go for a kebab or a sandwich instead (you won't be surprised to find veggie options there).

27/07/2026: I ordered a two-meat taco, and honestly, it's the second-worst taco I've ever eaten. I'm giving it two stars because they're friendly, it's quick, and cheap, but don't go there if you're looking for a good kebab. It's okay in a pinch, let's say.

28/09/2026: Fifteen years ago, when I came here, we got sick! We went back, and we got sick again! Plus, there was a man on a call, and the owner came to tell him not to take any pictures (by 1 p.m. there was almost nothing left). In the restrooms, the tap water was white and not clear! Not to mention the hygiene of the toilets!

25/09/2026: There wasn't much in the bowls, all the dishes were reheated from lunch or even the day before... I had a terrible stomach ache when I got home, and it wasn't from being greedy... That says it all about the freshness...

29/05/2026: Visited for breakfast, was tasty but portions were very small. Had eggs with bacon, was a tiny amount of bacon and 3 small pieces of baguette. Had to visit a bakery afterwards.

Each dish is a true delight, bursting with flavor and generous portions. 😍 The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and the staff is lovely, welcoming, and incredibly kind. I recommend it 100%! You can go without hesitation!

05/09/2026: The croissants, baguettes, pastries, and small cakes are truly delicious. The coffee on-site is also excellent. I personally can't understand the negative reviews. The service has always been good and friendly.

31/08/2026: I often come here to get different pastries. We like to try the trompe l'oeil pastries. We loved the hazelnut one. And this time we tried three others. The peanut one 🥜 is simply delicious. The other two are good too. Just a tad too sweet, but otherwise, we recommend it.

18/07/2026: New management, new experience. The setting is still as pleasant as ever. We found the service very good; the staff were friendly, attentive, and relatively quick and responsive despite the high volume of customers. The portions are quite generous, but it's a shame the quality wasn't quite there. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't unforgettable either. We felt the choice of ingredients was more reminiscent of a cafeteria than high-quality local produce. This is a bit of a shame because, in my opinion, the prices don't reflect the quality. Nevertheless, we still had a pleasant time. Hopefully, time and feedback will help the team improve even further. With better ingredients and a little more attention to detail in the preparation, I think this establishment would be a very good restaurant.

03/10/2026: Regular dinner at Chau's. Everything is perfect. The buffet was excellent for us. It's a shame the owner doesn't recognize all her customers. But the food is very good. Great atmosphere. Thank you. Keep it up!

03/10/2026: We really like this little restaurant; it's a small, traditional buffet with a wok station run by Mr. Chau. It's true there isn't as much to eat as in other restaurants, and what's nice is that it's not noisy either.

14/10/2026: The service is excellent; the waiter and owner are friendly and have a touch of humor that brings a smile to your face. A special mention for the coffee milkshake, which is easily on par with Starbucks (a hint of caramel would be a nice touch 😉). Thank you!

12/08/2026: The beef tartare was appalling, pre-prepared, and the food was disgusting. The salt shaker was soaked in mustard, and the egg was nowhere to be seen, even after complaining. Shameful and revolting. Luckily, the service was pleasant because the owner never leaves his kitchen!

01/09/2026: What a disappointment! We used to come here regularly, but we were very disappointed today, on market day! The wait was incredibly long! The young waitress was very unpleasant! No one came to take our aperitif order, making us wait... We waited over 30 minutes just to order. The same thing happened with the main courses. We skipped dessert because of it. We'll be waiting a long time before coming back. What a shame!
