01/05/2026: We only dined at the restaurant, which was plentiful and very good. One small issue: some of the frogs' legs weren't cooked enough. The service was excellent, and the staff were pleasant. The terrace offers a lovely view. For a full meal, including aperitifs, wine, and dessert, expect to pay around sixty euros per person. A small but very sincere "Bravo!"

30/04/2026: A pleasant and very well-located hotel, very close to the center and especially to the thermal baths park, which I was lucky enough to have a view of. However, it's a real shame that reception is only open until 7 pm, which is hardly convenient for a business trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable; only the television, with its virtually nonexistent reception and poor-quality screens, slightly detracts from the experience. The bed, however, is very comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I believe this hotel definitely deserves a return visit.

26/04/2026: I would have liked to give a good rating because the room, the welcome, the quiet atmosphere, and the explanations were excellent, but this afternoon (Sunday, April 26th), we wanted to have a drink on the terrace and left after a 20-minute wait. Not a single greeting. The waiter walked past us three times, then the waitress took everyone's order, even though they arrived well after us, despite my wife calling out to us. We'll keep the address, but only for sleeping... For everything else, we'll be going elsewhere.

28/05/2026: I'm a regular customer, but there's a world of difference between the man himself making them and the kids making them! Yesterday I ordered three large pizzas and frankly, they were terrible! The pizzas weren't shaped properly, the dough was undercooked and thick! Honestly, sir, don't let other people make the pizzas instead of you because they're really not good at all. I came on May 27, 2026, and was very disappointed! So please, sir, don't let other people make the pizzas.

24/05/2026: Every February, we return to Mont-Louis and honestly, Le Central is a very nice place: simple, with good bar food and typical Catalan dishes. Everything is very clean. Thank you!

26/04/2026: Fantastic experience at Bar Le Central in Montlouis! We had a truly excellent meal: everything was delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. Special mention to the manager, who is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. Despite our lateness (we had a reservation for noon), she kindly waited for us until 2 pm without any problem, which is becoming rare and truly deserves to be highlighted. Once there was no wait, the service was quick and efficient in a pleasant atmosphere. In short, a place I wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back 🙂

17/03/2026: Madam, if you don't know how to make a cappuccino, don't make it. €6 is more expensive than in Collioure. It's advertised with whipped cream, but it's made only with coffee and milk. (Milk foam.)

20/07/2026: The meal was average, good but nothing special.

14/07/2026: Love mussels so when I saw the sign (2 off) I was delighted. Thought about the R in the month but they were advertising so must be ok. Sat down ordered a bottle of wine (30 euros) and a Norwegian salad. Then orders two mussels with roqufort sause. 'Non' and then turned the blackboard around......not nice.

18/04/2026: A neighborhood bar, complete with a terrace overlooking the Faubourg des 3 maisons... good atmosphere...

23/06/2026: The pizza is still just as good. The owner is super friendly, kind, smiling, and attentive to her customers. Keep up the good work.

21/02/2026: Not to mention the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was elastic and undercooked. The toppings were mediocre at best. Cheap, but not good. The owner was very friendly, but not up to par.

After several consultations without clear answers, he was able to make an accurate and thorough diagnosis, finally allowing me to avoid wasting time and unnecessary treatments. I am completely satisfied with this practice as a whole: a dedicated team, a receptionist who is always attentive, and consistently high-quality care. Well done to the entire team!
