07/06/2026: I went there Tuesday evening with my daughter, everything was fine, I ate salt and pepper prawns. I was sick all night 🤮🤮 for 3 days plus a headache 🤕🤕🤒🤢. I don't think I'll go back.

03/06/2026: The manager was very rude and her behavior was unprofessional. She doesn't know how to speak to customers respectfully, which made my experience very unpleasant.

This year again, we made the traditional detour to Château-Chinon and Le Montana for lunch and to say hello to the owners!

20/07/2026: The welcome was a disaster. The waitress was clearly passive-aggressive when we ordered. I've rarely been treated like that. We'd barely ordered when they took away our table, leaving us four crammed onto a tiny round table. Our order was served in dribs and drabs. The first person had already finished their ice cream sundae long before the rest of ours were even served. My advice: avoid this place. Walk a few steps further (there are other bars/restaurants) to enjoy your drink in decent conditions.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant hotel. The rooms are spacious. The village is lovely. The restaurant isn't worth the price. But the breakfast staff would go out of their way to make you happy.

09/05/2026: Excellent hotel, superb service and welcome, the food was original and delicious, although I found the prices a bit high considering the location. As for the hotel itself, there's not much to complain about, perhaps the bathroom is a bit dated and the shower is a little impractical, otherwise nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it!

07/05/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars... And I discovered this restaurant thanks to Too Good To Go... I ended up with a waiter who didn't even know what service he was offering. That same evening, I ate the meal trays and got sick... I'm definitely never going back there again!

13/12/2025: Clean, and of much better quality than similar restaurants in the area, with a well-stocked buffet even when arriving at 2 pm. The price is perfectly in line with the service offered. I highly recommend it.

14/06/2026: Good, unpretentious food. Tasty and efficient, but lacking originality. Two steak frites on the menu is too many. Otherwise, it's well executed.

31/05/2026: We came this Sunday at lunchtime to the guinguette area. Very warm welcome, quick service, simple but sufficient menu with good products.

28/07/2026: The food was very average. Too many choices on the menu. Too many set menus. Restaurants usually only offer three to five choices, that's all.

26/07/2026: Extremely long wait for dishes that didn't even require cooking. The chicken was a single, poorly plucked, and skinny thigh. The vegetables were tasteless, and the unprepared steak tartare was served with a nearly empty bottle of store-bought ketchup. The desserts, however, were quite good, despite (again) a far too long wait for a simple scoop of ice cream. I would say that if you want to eat at this place, you should plan to take a day off work.

15/04/2026: I decided to try it after seeing some great suggestions on their Facebook page. It was a weeknight, there weren't many people there, and my savory taco was burnt to a crisp, without any sauce. You can fool a thousand people, but not the same person a thousand times. Once is enough.

Everyone appreciated the service, the exceptional quality of the food, the fresh produce, and the attentive, pleasant, and smiling staff. I recommend this restaurant 100%; for me, it's one of the best in Rennes.

03/04/2026: Hello, Le César has had several owners, three or four in total. I only knew the last two! So… Claire! Who was quite nice, but who probably had some personal issues that affected his professional life. It was a fun, well-run nightclub, always packed. There was a great atmosphere! Superb New Year's Eve parties! Carnival nights where laughter was guaranteed…. The security service was very professional. When Paulo Rosa was part of it, we felt safe with his colleagues. But lately, sometimes the DJ wasn't at his best! And his playlist had become a bit repetitive recently. On the smaller side, they played excellent reggae music, etc… It's a shame that, according to the rumors, this club is going to close! Because it's really very beautiful! They took too many years to include a drink with the entrance fee. If it does close, I hope someone will take it over! Because this company is part of the Agen region. Best of luck to the former owner or, if applicable, the new owners!

03/08/2026: Everything you could expect from a true trucker

27/07/2026: The shower is not free, you have to take food to shower. I drank 3 beers, and they still wouldn't let me shower because I didn't eat at their place.

08/08/2026: The sushi was okay. However, the ramen broth was very oily, which is contrary to Japanese cuisine. And the noodles were more like Italian pasta.

04/08/2026: The food is just mediocre. The breaded chicken breast is so dry. The ambiance is warm. I’ve seen an ant in the table. The only thing I like about this place is the painting on the wall.

18/07/2026: We stumbled in by chance because the ice cream stand was crowded. The server was friendly, and we saw they were serving homemade bubble tea, so we thought, "Great!" Then a woman from the restaurant took the fan that was pointed towards us and turned it towards herself, so in the opposite direction, just to eat, and then left, leaving the fan pointing in her direction... So, I was about to tell my partner we'd get takeout, but I changed my mind and said we'd go somewhere that treats customers a bit better. Also, the bubble tea was clearly not homemade; we've bought and drunk cheaper and better ones from the supermarket... In short, disappointing.

11/07/2026: The dish was microwaved. It had no taste. It's a shame to come to a restaurant only to get frozen food that's been microwaved. Even the spring rolls were microwaved and therefore soggy.
