27/07/2026: Too long a wait, we were there for over 2.5 hours and twice they made a mistake with our order. We won't be back.

26/07/2026: It's not what it used to be! Disappointed. We won't be going back. The quality isn't there anymore, but the prices are. Appetizers are served at the same time as the meal. The plates are ugly. The desserts are poorly prepared. Besides, there weren't many people for a Saturday night. People are getting tired of it. They need to innovate and revitalize the whole place!

30/07/2026: I saw a mouse yesterday around 6:30 pm while I was queuing, walking on a work surface under a machine in the back of the shop – not very reassuring regarding the hygiene of the products. So I turned around and left.

24/07/2026: It is with regret that I post this review, but with the aim of prompting a response from management. I have been a regular customer of this Paul bakery for 14 years. I always came regularly and with pleasure, and the service was always exemplary. Until about a year ago, when it seems that 80% of the staff changed. The service in the tea room is now deplorable, provided by some team members who serve without any kindness, sometimes without listening, and without even (in some cases) wearing the brand's "hat," leaving their hair loose and unkempt, which gives a very unhygienic impression of the place. In my opinion, all these changes stem from questionable management. Indeed, on several occasions, the person who appears to manage the establishment conducts one-on-one meetings and reprimands with members of their team at the counter, in full view of everyone, thus sharing internal problems and tensions with the customers, problems that are none of their business.

29/07/2026: While cycling the Loire, we recommend this restaurant. We enjoyed an excellent andouillette de Jargeau, very well cooked, as part of a set menu (main course and dessert) for €19. The service was efficient and friendly. There is a choice of 4 or 5 courses on the menu.

26/07/2026: We discovered this brasserie with its warm and inviting atmosphere during a weekend getaway in the region. We were greeted by very pleasant waitresses and equally friendly staff at the bar. The restaurant offers quality service that is quick and friendly, complemented by delicious and generously portioned dishes. The setting is also very pleasant, as the small square where the restaurant is located is quite charming. Finally, I would like to emphasize that everyone working at the restaurant is very kind and helpful! Thank you for the wonderful time I had here; I highly recommend this brasserie.

21/07/2026: This bad review is solely for the food: my apologies, but that steak was just embarrassingly small, and the fries were soggy. Expensive for what it is, though! Really a bit of a tourist trap. Improve the portions and the quality, because the prices are already high enough!

21/07/2026: The food was unfortunately below expectations. Portions were small and far too expensive for what it is. Not recommended for the food. The service was very friendly though, nice place, cool atmosphere.

02/07/2026: Not friendly at all, 30-minute wait, expensive and not very good pizza, advice to eat somewhere else.

24/05/2026: A very bad experience. The service was extremely slow and unpleasant, and there was an error in the order. When we asked to order, we were told to wait four times. It took over 20 minutes to finally get a drink, at 3:30 pm on a Sunday… A genuine service problem, tinged with bad faith, with three errors in the order, supposedly due to the customer… In short, given the location, there's no need to make an effort! Parisian customers are extremely disappointed.

23/05/2026: Rude staff, overpriced menu, plenty of opening seating outside but they said we had to sit inside if we didn’t order a full lunch, even though it was at 3pm. The gentlemen who handled seating when we walked in was clearly annoyed we just wanted to have a drink, and was short and rude. We’ve been to much nicer restaurants in Paris that let us sit outside for just a drink even during the dinner rush. Plenty of better spots nearby, don’t waste your time or money here.

12/07/2026: Great vegetarian restaurant near Gare du Nord with excellent service! I'll definitely be back, it was a fantastic find.

11/07/2026: The menu is varied, the staff are there to advise us, and you can find dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, even in more traditional Indian restaurants. We ate very well for a very reasonable price.

20/07/2026: The staff wore neither hats nor aprons, making them difficult to distinguish from customers. Some employees prepared orders with a phone attached to them, giving an impression of unprofessionalism. Furthermore, one employee was very unpleasant and disrespectful to her colleagues, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Finally, the wait times were also excessive.

14/07/2026: McDonald's is okay. Not very big, but decent. The wait wasn't long. The food is like any other.

14/06/2026: Arrived at 8 pm, only a third of the room was full. Over a 20-minute wait, meal served cold. The toilets were out of order. We felt like we were bothering the staff.

14/06/2026: For the one in the food court opposite the entrance to Vallée Village, across from Brendy's: 5 stars for the helpful and professional staff. A victim of their own success, of course, they're packed. But management should hire more staff. Customers, please be kind to the staff. Otherwise, go somewhere else or to the other McDonald's next to Lidl. Much less crowded. Thank you and good luck to the employees.

05/03/2026: 🚨🚨🚨 Given the 29 people who have become seriously ill ⛔️ over the past few years at this restaurant, we've been lucky; we've come a few times and no one has gotten sick. But I STRONGLY advise EVERYONE to FILE A COMPLAINT with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). It's essential to do this to PROTECT others. This restaurant and all restaurants in France that lack hygiene must be shut down. It's extremely serious ⚠️⚠️⚠️. Children can DIE from it; there have already been cases involving industrially produced food. So never hesitate to REPORT... This is just simple advice. I've had hygiene training, and you really must be very careful, but never be afraid to report to the police and the fraud and hygiene department.

01/03/2026: I'm not surprised it's closed; my last visit resulted in food poisoning and a lack of hygiene! Even if it reopens, I won't set foot in there again. The place should close for good!

20/05/2026: Friendly and efficient staff. I ordered a two-meat taco (Greek and merguez sausage) with extra mozzarella and bacon. It was tasty and a generous portion. In addition to the fries inside the taco, there were also fries on the side. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Although they were frozen and not homemade, they were cooked perfectly. The value for money is excellent! I recommend it if you want to eat fast food at a very reasonable price.

16/05/2026: Update your hours, it says open, but if you arrive at 12pm, it's closed at lunchtime.

27/07/2026: We came to eat as a family and had a wonderful time. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. Thank you to Awa for her warm welcome; we will gladly return.

25/07/2026: The reception staff could use some customer service training. Upon arrival, the receptionist confidently asserted, without checking, that our reservation was at the Beach Club. Despite our confirmation, she insisted and became quite unpleasant. Her manager arrived and did the exact same thing... before admitting that this problem had already occurred the previous week. No apology, just five wasted minutes before we were finally seated... in a nearly empty restaurant. Luckily, the food was better than the service.
