15/04/2026: Hello, I've never had any problems with the Subway concept; I had one right at the foot of my tower block on Place Strasbourg. It had become my son's favorite restaurant. At the same time, my sister and I were watching the TV series Chuck, which was sponsored by the Subway chain. Yesterday, I wanted to do things the old-fashioned way: get a 12-inch sandwich cut in half and share the drinks with my two nephews (so 15 cm each). There must have been some confusion because, yes, the nephew ordered the strawberry water and the fruit compotes. I ended up with a bill of €21.40 for two meals! With barely two vegetables in each. I know they have smaller portions, etc., but the 12-inch sandwich, cut in half, with 10 cl of drink each would have been enough. A bit of a hiccup, considering I was babysitting for my sister and had to send the bill.

12/07/2026: Best kebab around. The owner is very careful about the quality of the ingredients. This kebab shop has a family atmosphere. It's clean and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: One star is already generous for this review, avoid at all costs! I bought a Rousquille for €1.50! It was like a brick! I almost broke a tooth on it! The shop manager is completely in denial and thinks a Rousquille should be dry, not melt-in-your-mouth! She says, "In Pollestre, we eat them like that!" It's awful, she wouldn't even offer a discount, I felt ripped off! What about the time the Rousquille spends in that dish?

11/07/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. I bought two lemon-poppy seed cakes that were inedible: very dry, extremely greasy, and an unusual yellow color, as if they were several days old. I returned them because we hadn't eaten them. The only response I received was a simple "sorry." No compensation was offered, even though I returned both cakes. I even had to pay for the chocolate croissants I had bought as a replacement. It's a real shame, as I expected better customer service. I unfortunately won't be returning.

07/11/2025: It's been a long time since I last came, and it's so nice to find a family-run restaurant that's calm and has friendly staff who pay attention to their customers. I recommend the lasagna, which is rarely so well-prepared in a restaurant.

20/11/2025: I love this little spot right off the main road ;)), with a view of the harbor. Here you meet real people, it's not a tourist trap, no frills, just raw and authentic. I've been coming here for years to drink my coffee—or several—and the food, especially the tapas, is definitely worth the trip.

07/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! A terrible experience at this location: absolutely no customer service, exorbitant prices, and extra charges announced at the time of payment. Our worst Subway experience ever! I ordered a large sandwich and, of my own volition, asked for very little chicken. They gave me barely a quarter of the usual amount, which was perfectly fine with me since it was exactly what I had asked for. I then asked if it would be possible to add the chicken I wasn't ordering to my partner's sandwich. A flat refusal! I then asked if they could at least offer me the guacamole for free, since I was barely ordering any meat. The answer: NO, for €2 worth of guacamole. No gesture of goodwill whatsoever! It's not the €2 that bothers me, it's the principle and the attitude. When you're already charging significantly higher prices than other Subway locations, and on top of that, you charge extra for ingredients that aren't necessarily charged elsewhere, the least you could do is clearly inform the customer when they order, instead of telling them about the extras at the time of payment. And to top it all off, the sandwiches are incredibly sparsely filled: three pieces of tomato, two pieces of cucumber… ridiculously small portions. Given the prices, it's frankly unacceptable. I even warned the person serving us that I would be leaving a bad review. His reaction? He couldn't care less, even going so far as to keep charging an exorbitant €2 for guacamole! Clearly, customer satisfaction isn't a priority here. Unprecedented in terms of business acumen, customer service, and value for money. We won't be returning and we strongly advise against this establishment.

10/07/2026: Avoid this place since the change of ownership. The service and especially the food are very poor. The window overlooking the kitchen was reassuring at first, but now I won't be going back; they're hiding things. A guy was smoking outside the restaurant, then casually walked into the kitchen to help out! Without washing his hands, wearing jeans and a t-shirt, totally relaxed.

13/04/2026: The bar manager was the best manager I've ever seen, really very nice and very accommodating, he really followed up on every request.

21/03/2026: You arrive at 10 PM, nobody's there, and they ask how you are. You end up opening up: a week ago, you were tackled to the ground, restrained by three guys who left with your dog. Shortly after, you have to leave because, while they were asking for details, you forgot to smile. No smile, you're out the door before you've even finished your drink. KARMA

26/07/2026: I went for drinks with friends this Sunday, July 26th. The atmosphere was quite nice. But after being served, we noticed how dirty the glasses were. It's not very clear in the photo, but there were hairs, bits of fur, and disgusting stains. One of us even had some strange residue in his glass. Very disappointed!

12/03/2026: Disastrous food, the dish was straight from the freezer and overcooked, bone dry! For 15.50 bucks, Burger King will do just fine.

12/03/2026: I ordered a duck parmentier and almost broke a tooth eating it. Avoid at all costs!
