18/06/2026: The only thing good about this place - doesn't even deserve name Hotel... was the bed! The experience, the rooms and breakfast and unfortunately the staff were horrible! Horrible people ! The rooms have no light. The man in the reception besides of being EXTREMELY rude, had no tag name. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

02/06/2026: We just arrived. The room was too small, the shower is the toilet, no screen or anything. There were only a couple of plastic cups for water, the hairdryer was broken, and the rooms weren't cleaned. I'll keep updating details, but so far it's just okay.

13/09/2026: Arrived at 1:10 PM. Ordered aperitifs, then a starter and main course. Only my husband ate his gratinated mussels because we were... FORGOTTEN! The restaurant wasn't full at all, so it was a big question mark... We left at 2:45 PM, which didn't stop us from paying for the aperitifs, as the mussels were complimentary. So, 1 hour and 45 minutes there to eat 8 mussels! Therefore, I gave the food 1 star because I didn't eat...

06/09/2026: Terrace by the canal, right bank, next to the casino. Beautiful seafood platter with a special mention for the aioli.

28/09/2026: Super mixed feelings about this place. The view is amazing, the cozy vibe is great, and the pastries/food are really tasty. But the service is a complete mess. The line stretched out the door, and with 5 people behind the counter, ( and a running owner cleaning the dishes here and there) it felt like only one was actually doing anything. We had to guess what to do after ordering, and our hot sandwich was totally forgotten until we asked twice , no apology either. Tap water is free, but they didn't even have proper glasses out. Small drinks, pretty basic coffee despite all the hype, and high prices. Worth stopping by once for the view, but that's about it.

13/09/2026: The pizza was truly tasteless; even the dough was bland. The ingredients were frozen and tasteless.

10/10/2026: Tourist trap! This shop managed to sell me a dried-out, expired praline brioche (sold on the 8th, with a best-before date on the 6th)! I only realized it when I got home—what a disappointment! Avoid at all costs!

29/09/2026: I go to this bakery every day, the products are good and the staff is very attentive, I highly recommend it!

12/09/2026: Hello, I'm revisiting my second review from a year ago. Frankly, there's been a significant decline. The kebabs are now 70% fries, and on top of that, they have very little sauce, just as I noted a year ago. I don't recommend them!

24/05/2026: An extremely unpleasant waitress with short red hair. She speaks rudely to customers, only half-fills glasses under the pretext that we ask for ice on the side, even though we are Gold members. On top of that, she speaks disrespectfully to customers when she is clearly in the wrong. A very bad experience, especially for someone who presents herself as a manager. Avoid this waitress at all costs. As loyal customers for years, we find this unacceptable. We will not be returning, especially if she is the one serving us.

06/07/2026: I shop there occasionally, especially for bread. The products are quite good, and the location is convenient for those who live in the area. However, the service leaves much to be desired... a smile is clearly not part of their etiquette, and that's what only leads me to come when I have no other choice. I'm mainly referring to the men who serve. There you have it, I wanted to point this out because it's not a very pleasant experience.

17/09/2026: Unwelcoming staff, who sigh when you try to look at the many products before placing an order and still quickly, as a resident of the canton I once saw a young employee being mistreated by another employee in front of customers, the young woman was crying, I will never set foot in there again.

15/09/2026: I bought this cake for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely delicious, not too sweet. He loved it! It was like there was ice cream hidden inside; it's probably the best cake I've tasted since I've been living in France (for the past 5 years). For my birthday, I'll buy the "Exotic" cake; I imagine it must be just as delicious!

16/05/2026: Excellent one-night stay at this very well-located hotel, just an 8-minute walk from Blois Castle. Lydia and Eliane are very pleasant and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The room was quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the room and hotel were clean. We will gladly return. Couple with 1 child.

15/05/2026: Pleasant hotel, very well located, quiet, very friendly staff. Just a bit lacking in bicycle parking space.

19/07/2026: They can't even make two McFleury sandwiches properly. I waited 20 minutes between the kiosks and ordering, only to find out they can't even make two McFleury sandwiches correctly. It's really best to avoid them.

19/07/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's. The staff were rude and disrespectful from beginning to end. I felt like I was bothering them simply by placing my order. A minimum of courtesy towards customers should be the norm. The customer service is truly appalling. I will not return until the situation improves.

10/06/2026: Honestly, this pizzeria is a disaster... First of all, it's impossible to order late at night: when you call them 30 or 40 minutes before closing, either they don't answer, or they pick up and hang up on you immediately. So professional... So I order earlier, I arrive 30 minutes later, and nothing has even started. The guys are all glued to their phones, completely indifferent. They tell me to wait 20 minutes, and it turns into 50 minutes there. A nightmare. The hygiene is appalling: they don't wear gloves and don't even wash their hands between handling the pizza. To top it all off, the pizza arrives overcooked, practically burnt, and cut haphazardly, hastily with completely misshapen slices.

06/06/2026: A complete disaster, avoid this place! The organization is nonexistent: I've waited an hour for a pizza before, and even when you order 20 minutes in advance, nothing is ready when you arrive. No wonder, the pizza maker spends all his time on TikTok live streams instead of watching the oven. As a result, the pizza often arrives overcooked, rock hard, and they can't even cut it properly—it's cut haphazardly with shapeless pieces. The pizza maker works without gloves and never washes his hands. A total lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for the customer. Never again!
