07/09/2026: Excellent meat! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 The spit-roast is homemade and the bread is high quality. Sometimes I stop by around midnight after my last shift and it's still open. I eat there without worrying about it closing soon, because it closes at 2 a.m. The kebab sandwich is generously filled! With plenty of fresh vegetables and meat! It's comforting and satisfying to eat your kebab sandwich after a long day at work... 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 Comforting, just like the owner's smile that lets me know I'm going to have a good meal! Try the meat pinch test; your fingers won't get greasy! Anyway!!

13/08/2026: I STRONGLY advise against going there! On this sweltering day, we stopped to fill a water bottle during our bike ride. My partner was treated very rudely by the manager, who, by the way, didn't speak a word of French and didn't understand my partner's request, which was simply to fill a bottle with tap water. She then asked him to pay €1, claiming that, until proven otherwise, bars are supposed to serve tap water for free. Her son then took the bottle and started filling it. When it was about a third full, the manager snatched the bottle from her son and gave it back to my partner. No hello, no goodbye—what a disgrace! For FREE water! In short, one thing is for sure: friendliness can't be bought. If you can't welcome customers with a simple hello and a smile, change professions! Thank you to the young man who went against his mother's (the manager's) instructions and showed greater kindness.

29/06/2026: I came to buy "Lyon cushion" flavored ice cream, but it wasn't cushion flavor at all; it was chocolate ice cream with tiny pieces of "cushion" that had absolutely no taste. For the price, it was a huge disappointment.

11/08/2026: Good brasserie-style food and very decent pizzas. We also received excellent service with smiles, attentiveness, and responsiveness. The prices are quite reasonable. It's a proper restaurant, not a cafeteria as one might think, since it's located inside the Super U supermarket in Loudéac.

26/05/2026: I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Poreaux au vinaigre was outstanding. The Magret de canard succulent. I love leeks. This was my first experience with this particular Alsacian dish. I don't know how they get the leeks that delectable texture, perhaps first steamed and then lightly roasted? So much sweet oniony flavor! And the crunch from the crispy crumbled croutons and roasted nuts in a mustard vinaigrette ties it all together with beautiful, complementary flavors and textures. The flavor and texture of the rare duck breast was superb. Excellent quality duck and a healthy portion. I was less sold on the herb sauce, but perhaps that's just my taste. The pate en croute was delicious on the inside but the pastry was soft, with no flakiness or crispness as it should be. Service was very good and friendly, and English-speaking. I was surprised they were so many tourists at this restaurant given its off-center location. But it's Paris and tourists (like me) are everywhere!

19/05/2026: A bistro that makes good homemade food. Warm welcome, fast service. The servers are friendly. It's inexpensive. I'd definitely go back. Very nice outdoor terrace for the summer.

12/09/2026: Extremely disappointed by the current quality of the brioche. I was looking forward to returning to this historic shop at Tours train station, but the disappointment is complete. It's a far cry from the delicious taste of my childhood. The recipe has clearly changed: the brioche is sorely lacking in butter, it's dry and tasteless. Maintaining the period setting is pointless if the quality of the products has plummeted to this extent.

26/08/2026: We'd heard great things about this "institution." Passing through Tours, we decided to try it. Frankly, it's a joke: little flavor, far too salty, and above all, too dry. It's high time they revised the recipe.
