28/09/2026: I can't give it a zero rating, but that's exactly what this "restaurant" is like!! Avoid it at all costs. The owner has absolutely no concept of politeness, and the food arrives after an hour's wait and is cold! The reservation process was a disaster; they forgot our table (there were eight of us). The price is exorbitant compared to the quality of service. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had!

28/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow. The waitress, with her accent, was extremely unpleasant, bordering on insulting. She didn't even say hello, was disorganized, and walked across the room several times without holding anything. We waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken. It's a real shame because the pizzas are good, but clearly they don't like customers; they only care about credit cards and cash.

04/09/2026: Honestly… avoid this place… awful! Terrible service, horrible food… nothing is good, truly awful!!! We had terrible stomach aches after eating the American sandwich. And by the way, please specify the size of the sandwiches… we weren't expecting two sandwiches that were almost 60 cm long… far too big for such mediocre quality!! Reply: I find your response quite revealing of how you view reviews that don't align with your own. We left a review after an experience that we genuinely found very bad. Saying that "nothing is good," that the food is "horrible," or that the service is "terrible" reflects our experience during that visit. A negative review isn't necessarily "systematic denigration" simply because it's particularly bad. Regarding the stomach aches, we described what happened after our meal. We never claimed to have conducted a scientific investigation to determine the cause. So, to reassure you, we had to call you personally before we were allowed to mention it in a review? A curious concept of customer experience. Regarding the 60 cm sandwiches, we understand that this is your concept. We're not criticizing their size, but the discrepancy between the advertised size and the quality we experienced. And we certainly didn't think it was necessary to conduct a preliminary study of the concept before ordering a sandwich. Finally, you state that you accept criticism "when it is justified and constructive." However, criticism doesn't need to be pleasant to read to be legitimate. You are free to disagree with our experience, just as we are free to have disliked yours. From what you've written, the problem seems to be less our experience than the fact that we dared to share it publicly. Don't forget, it's thanks to tourists that you operate...

11/07/2026: It's unfortunately overpriced and the quality is poor. Yes, everything is gluten-free, but the other ingredients for our breakfast sandwich were of inferior quality. The sandwich itself was also very dry and greasy. Simply not good! Not recommended at all. The place is decorated in a tasteless and run-down style. However, the service was very friendly.

23/08/2026: Good evening, we came as a party of four, including two wheelchair users. The waitress was very attentive; I recommend this pizzeria. The pizza was also quite good. Thank you.

20/08/2026: The pizza was overcooked and very thin; the crust wasn't soft at all, it was crispy due to its thinness and the cooking time, almost burnt. Very disappointed. As a former pizza maker, I don't recommend it.

21/08/2026: At the exit/entrance of the La Pommeraye passage, you will find this shop specialized in sweets and cakes with local specialties. The homemade biscuits are also specific to Brittany, with butter and all kinds of flavors. The prices are not low but you know what they say...."once in a lifetime"....😀

04/10/2026: We went back to Flunch and were surprised because the last time wasn't great, but this time the new manager is incredible! He's kind, helpful, and attentive. Thank you for your kindness; we'll be back more often from now on :)

20/09/2026: During a visit to the Marché des Enfants Rouges, we enjoyed some excellent couscous and kefta on the terrace of a Moroccan caterer; we had a wonderful meal at a reasonable price. The friendliness of the staff was also noteworthy.

Exceptionally bubbly, smiling, thoughtful, and attentive, she took excellent care of us from beginning to end, always with contagious kindness and energy. If this last day of our vacation was so beautiful and memorable, it's largely thanks to her. Laura has that rare talent of making you feel immediately welcome and privileged, all while remaining natural and warm. She far exceeded all our expectations! Absolutely impeccable service: 10/10 is almost not enough! Plage de l’Opéra is incredibly lucky to have Laura on its team. 13/10/2026: Terminus Nation is the restaurant where my children and I have met several times a month for many years. The quality and variety of the dishes are exceptional, at very competitive prices, and served by extremely friendly staff. The dining rooms are pleasant and well-maintained, and to top it all off, Terminus Nation is located in a lovely neighborhood and is very accessible by public transport. Don't hesitate to try this great place for lunch; you won't regret it.

31/08/2026: Unbelievable! For a café/tobacco shop, we went on a Sunday to buy cigarettes 🚬 and wouldn't you know it, the manager told us she was completely out of tobacco. In that case, what's the point of running a business if you can't even buy what you need? We won't be going back. Very disappointed.
