04/05/2026: I came from far away because I'd heard so much about it. I had the pleasure of discovering the place, and then the kindness and welcome of the staff—a truly exceptional experience. A big thank you to Mr. Nadi! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the dishes are fresh and flavorful! Thank you again for everything.

20/09/2026: I don't understand. I waited 20 minutes to place my order, 25 minutes for my crepe, and 20 minutes for a spoon, and the waiter raised his voice... it's barely edible with your hands... I have to give it 1 star

03/08/2026: This review is for the hotel only, not the restaurant. The location is excellent. However, the hygiene was unacceptable. There was a strong smell of cat urine in the entrance area – the owners feed several cats right in front of the main entrance, where they lie all day and presumably also relieve themselves. The room was very dirty, the floor was filthy, and the terrace was covered in bird droppings and obviously hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was okay, but the overall atmosphere was musty and unpleasant. The owners' rude behavior was particularly annoying. We hadn't booked breakfast. The owner simply asked us if we wanted breakfast the next morning – we said yes, just for that one night. Despite this, he tried to charge us for breakfast for all four nights we had booked. Only after we spoke with him did he withdraw this charge. In addition, there was noise pollution: The restaurant is located directly below the rooms. When the restaurant closed, the chairs were loudly pushed together, causing an unacceptable amount of noise. I cannot recommend this hotel. Avoid this accommodation and book one of the many others in the area instead.

30/04/2026: Sandwiches with ingredients that were clearly frozen. A drink that tasted more like dishwater than coffee. And to top it all off, unpleasant service and managers who couldn't care less about their customers' well-being. I didn't have a good time and I wouldn't wish that on future customers; at that price, I'd be better off going elsewhere.

30/04/2026: I saw loads of cockroaches when I went to the toilet, avoid them at all costs!!!

30/08/2026: Probably the worst japanese/Chinese restaurant you will ever find in Paris. Absolutely nothing redeeming. The cabbage salad was odd and strangely colored, the soup flavorless, the rice sickeningly poor, and the salmon was bland. Nothing was good. The service was shameful, no water served until after my food arrived. Just a waste of space and a restaurant that takes no pride in its work. Expensive too.

08/07/2026: I simply came to buy two PCS vouchers worth 50 euros each. I work for a non-profit organization and have been buying from tobacconists for years. Some tobacconists accept credit cards, while others only require cash (because tobacconists pay a lot of fees on PCS sales). But this particular tobacconist accepted my credit card (like others) and then realized his mistake after I paid. He then proceeded to explain at length why he had made the error ("it's like you gave me 19 euros and I gave you 20 euros in change," etc.) because he explained that he had just "lost" money by accepting my card. I told him I was sorry for him (even though it wasn't my fault). Then, almost reproachfully and trying to make me feel guilty, he claims it's "forbidden" (really? Then why have so many tobacconists been giving me PCS vouchers for credit card payments for the past nine years?!), and then he says to me (in front of all the impatient customers behind me): "Next time, refuse. Sir, take care of people, take care of people!" There are a few tobacconists near my work that sell me PCS vouchers very regularly. So, if I understand correctly, every time I go there, pay by credit card, and they accept it (for the past nine years), it means I'm breaking the law and, on top of that, I'm not taking care of them (in other words, I'm disrespecting them and being selfish?). That's a completely absurd line of reasoning! I was speechless... All the people behind me remembered (because this gentleman has a huge ego and couldn't admit his mistake) was that "I don't care about people." THANKS, I WON'T BE BACK.

22/09/2026: A really lovely, well themed bar and a perfect was to unwind after a long day in the parks! The drinks are delicous and reasionably priced.

31/08/2026: An amazing experience! The staff were so friendly and absolutely lovely 💜 Special shout-out to MJ, Steve (even if he's a bit judgmental 😆), Alexis, Johann, Majeh (who came from the restaurant), and the person who created the Runaway Trail!! When we come back to Disney, we'll definitely be ordering cocktails from you at Cheyenne and enjoying your smiles 😉

12/09/2026: The sauces tasted bitter, and the waiters called us social outcasts because we were laughing loudly and apparently judging someone. Which wasn't the case at all, I wouldn't presume to say. Frankly, it left a bad taste in my mouth and ruined the atmosphere.

28/04/2026: Avoid this kebab shop; it's very average, and the staff is even worse.

14/08/2026: It's good, but the price is high for the quantity... the food is tasty but swimming in oil (I had the chicken and pesto sandwich). I think you can find better and cheaper options in the area if you look around a bit.

13/07/2026: Food quantity is a joke. Two slices of tomato and three of zucchini only for the veggie pinsa. Kitchen was maybe on strike today…
