28/07/2026: Delicious Thai food can be enjoyed in a special atmosphere (we particularly recommend the outdoor seating right next to the park) in a lively setting. Prices are slightly higher than average considering the quality and service, but not exorbitant.

21/05/2026: Very disappointed...couscous reheated in the microwave, fish with a very poor smell...so last time, less than a week ago, the fish couscous was 13.50, today it's 16€, plus the quantity is negotiable, it's the worst experience.

10/05/2026: We came to this restaurant after seeing the atmosphere and the show on Instagram, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. We ordered three different dishes, and honestly, they weren't very good. I give it 3/5. The starter salads were served without olive oil. When we asked for olive oil, we were brought a tasteless oil that didn't even resemble olive oil. It's really a shame, especially for a country like Tunisia, known precisely for the quality of its olive oil and its cuisine. We mentioned it, but no one accepted or took our feedback into consideration. We came from very far away; we don't even live in France, and in the end, the experience didn't match what we saw on social media at all. The quality wasn't there.

01/03/2026: If there were a zero-star rating, I wouldn't hesitate to give it!! This brasserie is disgusting in every way: the service, the cafe, the toilets, the terrace. I now understand why it's so deserted and why nobody wants to go there.

01/03/2026: After a short walk with my husband, I just wanted a coffee, but he didn't want anything else. We received a very poor welcome from the waiter. In the end, the coffee was truly awful, and I didn't drink it; I just went to the restroom alone, regretting it because it was filthy. In short, a very disappointing experience! I understand why: there was nobody else there.

18/06/2026: This Japanese restaurant is a delight! Welcoming staff, excellent food, and reasonable prices. They've just renovated the restaurant, and it's beautiful.

24/05/2026: I didn't want it to come to this, but I called to say what was wrong. The woman apologized, and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She said he wasn't there, that she'd pass on the message, and that he'd never call me back. He did call me back, so I'm leaving a negative review. I ordered from them, and first of all, they don't respect orders. I ordered one meat kebab, one chicken kebab, and one meat kebab tortilla. She only gave me chicken. On top of that, the kebabs only had bread and meat, no sauce, no vegetables, and everything was dry. In the kids' menu, both burgers were burnt, the meat was inedible, the fries were cold, and there were no candies. I've always ordered from them, but since they changed owners, I'm extremely disappointed. The woman didn't even offer any compensation; she preferred to lose customers rather than react. In short, I'm disappointed and still waiting for a call from the manager.

12/05/2026: Inedible pizza with a sandy crust. They're thin, with little topping, and you're not satisfied. They messed up the order and even dared to pass off the junior size as a senior! But we got a senior size, and for €17, no less! First and last time I'll order from them. Aside from apologizing on the phone, they should at least offer us a refund. As a result, we threw everything in the bin (no joke). I'm writing this review a few hours later; I'm sick, I swear! If this is what happened to me... I strongly advise against going to this pizzeria, if you can even call it that!

10/08/2026: Good morning, regardless of the day or time, you have to wait between 30 and 50 minutes to be served. The company should add staff to avoid the wait and customer dissatisfaction, which negatively impacts the atmosphere.

16/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience at Flunch Châtelet. The burgers are truly disappointing. The presentation is sloppy; the ingredients are just thrown into the bun without any care. Honestly, I can make a much better burger at home with supermarket ingredients. The most shocking thing was the service. I felt treated with very little respect. The staff were cold, rushed, and clearly gave the impression that our presence bothered them. As an Asian customer, I felt I was treated differently from other customers. I can't say for sure what the staff's intentions were, but this experience left me with a feeling of discrimination, which is extremely unpleasant. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. There are many other places around Châtelet where you can eat better and be treated with more respect.

07/03/2026: We came for lunch during a day of skiing. The positives: the food was very good and the location is great. However: it's very expensive and, above all, the service is very inconsistent and lacking in friendliness. There were four of us adults with an order that suggested a reasonable bill. Our only request was for the cheese to be served separately in the soup (an appetizer costing over €10). The soup arrived with the cheese already in it. Without a word. I called the waiter over to point it out, and he offered me a small bowl to remove it myself. A waitress brought it to us and, far from apologizing, said, "It's the chef's fault." No apology, and she was condescending when I tried to say that it wasn't what we had ordered. In short, we won't be back: there are much nicer people at much more affordable prices all over the resort!

22/04/2026: Excellent welcome and service from the staff. Very professional. Quiet location, very well connected to the center of Nîmes by bus. Supermarket nearby and a good pizzeria right across the street. The facilities and breakfast were very good. A place to return to.

18/04/2026: Very difficult to find. Far from the station. There was no WIFI in the room and a lack of outlets in the common area. The bed was small, yet comfortable. There was a cubby hole by the bed to store things, and a huge locker. I appreciate the assistance in locating the bus stop (The bus never came. Had to take a train.) in trying to move on.

06/08/2026: We ordered a salad and hamburgers just to satisfy our hunger. The salad arrived earlier and surprised us in a good way. The hamburgers arrived a little later and tasted fresh with the fries, especially the steak. It was nice to dine in the shade of the trees and sometimes a pigeon would walk by. It's not the cheapest place to eat, but you could still eat pretty well here.
