08/05/2026: Help!! I booked a table for a friend's birthday. The manager told me it was perfectly fine and asked for the reservation time (so far, so good). We arrived at the château the next day at the scheduled time, and there was NO ONE there!!! I tried calling, but to no avail. Thank you, sir, for ruining this birthday evening that was so important to me. How is it possible to take my reservation and then, when I arrive at the château, it's like it's been abandoned? At least have the decency to answer the phone instead of wasting people's precious time.

29/03/2026: We chose to celebrate our wedding at this magnificent estate, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place. Everything was absolutely perfect: we were able to personalize the menus for our guests, choose the castle's reception room, and select the table layout, which allowed us to feel completely at ease, especially with the children. The choice of dishes was varied, everything was delicious, and beautifully presented. We particularly appreciated the tranquility of the venue, without being disturbed by other guests. We felt right at home in this exceptional setting. A huge thank you to the castle manager for his professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills, which greatly contributed to making this day an unforgettable moment.

17/09/2026: The mussels in cream sauce were overcooked and far too salty, and the French toast was far too dry. The only thing that redeemed the meal was the crab appetizer with homemade mayonnaise.

17/09/2026: We will not be returning to this "restaurant." The service was deplorable and extremely slow, the "rare" rib-eye steaks were full of gristle, and the "fries" were dry. We waited over an hour to be served, and another 45 minutes for dessert. The owners weren't even friendly. All this for €90 for two...

08/09/2026: The welcome was incredibly unpleasant and the service equally disappointing; the large chocolate was the size of an espresso. We should have left when the waitress sighed as we asked for the menu.

02/09/2026: The staff weren't very friendly, and we asked for a carafe of water, but they didn't provide one; we just got a small, half-filled glass, even though we ordered beer and fruit juice. A shame.

06/09/2026: A truly deplorable experience. We called the store twice before 11:15 PM, the posted closing time. The first person told us the store was closed and hung up on us. So we went there in person, and while we were inside the store before 11:15 PM, we were again told the store was closed, even though it was clearly open. The staff then even claimed we had never called, even though we had screenshots of our calls to prove it. It was only after we showed them the evidence that they finally agreed to take our order. Very unpleasant staff, completely unprofessional behavior, and appalling service. A shame, especially for a store located nearby. I absolutely do not recommend it.

10/08/2026: I really want to thank Fatima-Zahrae for her warm welcome and impeccable service! Being pregnant, with a few specific cravings 😅, she truly went above and beyond to make me happy and ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I wanted to take a few minutes to thank and congratulate her again. Despite the negative reviews I've read about this establishment, my experience was very positive, largely thanks to her. Thank you again, Fatima-Zahrae, for your kindness and attention; it truly makes all the difference! 🙏

08/09/2026: Unpleasant staff and service that needs improvement; at 10:35 PM they no longer serve a simple Happy Meal even though they're supposed to close to the public at 11 PM! I think the manager must be okay with losing revenue and customers!

06/09/2026: Getting worse and worse, always cold, always having to ask for hot hamburgers again, something's always missing, ground beef with holes in it, burgers slapped together, and very expensive.

18/08/2026: The owner was incredibly rude and condescending; he told me to change careers if I refused to serve customers.

01/09/2026: We had lunch at the Subway in Balma Gramont, inside the Auchan shopping center in Toulouse. The two Black women there are always so friendly. The food is excellent. The counter is clean, and the vegetables are fresh and crisp. However, today I found the attitude of the only man present, along with the women, very disappointing. There was an oven malfunction that delayed two men ahead of us and us (two women). For some reason, for the same problem and the same wait, the Subway employee gave the two men ahead of us a 50% discount, while we only got 30% off, despite the same long wait. Maybe he had some friends... Anyway, I hate this kind of attitude.

20/09/2026: Cheap pizza sold at exorbitant prices! No wine list to choose from, so what a surprise when the bill arrived (which I had to ask for, otherwise I wouldn't have even received a bill itemizing what I consumed)! A real rip-off! 🫤 Last time!

17/08/2026: Very slow service, 10 minutes for a glass of water. Nice atmosphere because it overlooks the snow front. Good because it's one of the few places that makes sweet crepes, Nutella, etc. SUPER SLOW SERVICE

15/08/2026: Excellent value for money. The ribeye steak was very tender, the desserts delicious, and the service impeccable. Family atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

20/09/2026: I ordered today via Deliveroo, but unfortunately, one pizza was missing. The delivery driver explained that she didn't know and that I should call, which I did immediately. The woman I spoke to was herself very surprised by the missing pizza but was very responsive and kind. I thank her, and the pizzas were very good. I'm satisfied with my order despite this minor issue.

05/10/2026: Very very disappointed We arrived on time for our booking. Not made to feel welcome at all. Sat at a table outside and was not served at all for 30 minutes. When order finally taken nothing given to us for another 20 mins so we left. Nobody seemed to care at all that we were leaving! Will certainly not recommend to anyone
