19/07/2026: Following my visit today, I left truly outraged to find that the toilet, which has been running constantly for three weeks because it's broken, is still running today. It's scandalous not to at least shut off the water supply, especially during the summer heatwave, when some hamlets no longer have drinking water. The cleanliness of the restrooms is appalling, even at 3 p.m. outside of peak hours...

14/01/2026: My wife and I came for our first raclette of the year, and we were absolutely delighted. The server—a huge thank you to him, by the way, it was perfect—advised us on the cheese selection and even offered to prepare a charcuterie platter to go with it. We have no regrets about accepting; I'll be back very soon for our second raclette of the season! I highly recommend this place.

26/07/2026: Really disappointed, both our fish dishes were so salty we couldn't eat them! And when the waitress came by and asked if everything was alright, I told her we wouldn't finish them, and she replied, "That's perfect!" So, we ended up eating something sweet elsewhere to make up for the meal!

I was with my baby and I asked for some soft bread for him, they offered me the softer one without sugar obviously, and I was surprised it tasted like a dry bread cooked one day before… the rest of pâtisseries or viennoiseries are much better in normal boulangeries with Normal price

13/05/2026: As a regular at both the restaurant and salad bar, here are my comments: - Restaurant: I highly recommend it. The dishes are tasty and made with good ingredients, with some options that are a bit different from the usual fare. The service is good and the wait is reasonable! It's great to have a restaurant like this in the neighborhood. - Salad bar: The ingredients seem fresh and the pre-prepared dishes are quite good and varied. However, my disappointment with the salad bar is growing with each visit, as the portions are getting smaller and smaller. On my last visit, I could barely see the bottom of my container, even though I chose a pasta base and selected four ingredients. I found that rather meager (it's usually quite generous). At the price of the salad, you expect to be satisfied, which is increasingly less the case. Thank you for taking this negative point into account and best of luck.

27/07/2026: The welcome was particularly unpleasant. I can understand that the toilets might be out of order. However, the complete lack of courtesy and consideration is hardly acceptable. A simple hello and a polite response cost nothing. I will not be returning.

15/06/2026: This breakfast was my one of my favorite meals during my time in Paris. I’ll be dreaming about this for years to come. Can’t wait to go back.

09/06/2026: Getting worse every day… The bread is as hard as a rock. The tasteless, mealy chocolate brownies cost 3 bucks and are way too expensive. In short, I won't be going back anytime soon.

15/07/2026: The service is provided by very young people, probably their first professional experiences, which is fine, but as a result, the service is very slow and they don't pay attention to the customers. Furthermore, the food is very basic and expensive for what it is.

14/07/2026: Half of the terrace is not allowed to eat while watching football, but the other half is.

08/03/2026: Interesting promotions, but be warned, if you have a pet… it’s €30 per night. I still haven’t gotten over that astronomical amount. For me, it meant €30 for my wife, €30 for me, and €30 for our 10kg dog.

05/03/2026: Had a great stay here for a couple of nights. The property is on the outskirts of the city and within a quick drive to Poitiers. There is a large retail park too within a 5 min drive. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with. Smart TV to keep the kids entertained. Rooms were all clean and tidy. Slight issues with the day 2 clean as the sheets weren’t changed (had asked for it in the morning) and tea/coffee set not refilled (with no cups at all). But it was all resolved after we spoke to their friendly and helpful staff later in the day. Breakfast buffet was very good and tasty with a large spread Is cheese and cold cuts to supplement the hot food. And the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful with glass all around. Would be back.

03/08/2026: The waiter was pleasant, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to convince us about our lunch today. The chicken burger cost €17 and had three nuggets inside and undercooked fries. The same went for my regular burger. The €19 set menu was passable: whelk in a bland broth, dry veal cutlet, and a chocolate crepe with an acidic taste. For the price, we would have been cheaper at McDonald's with equivalent quality. It's a real shame because we used to love this restaurant.

24/07/2026: ⚠️ Be aware that the Big Mac is more expensive at this McDonald's than at some other locations. Prices may vary from one restaurant to another, but the difference is still surprising. Remember to compare prices before ordering!

20/07/2026: 30 minutes for an order is infuriating. But the worst part is the staff. You can tell customer satisfaction isn't really their priority; they don't apologize, offer nothing for the wait, nothing at all. Zero service. It's a shame because the food was good, but I couldn't enjoy it because of the frustration. McDonald's isn't what it used to be.

30/12/2025: An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish! I ate with a friend and we were both very satisfied. The welcome is warm and professional; you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, prepared with quality ingredients and presented with care. Every bite is a true pleasure; the flavors are perfectly balanced. The service is attentive without being intrusive, with a smiling and helpful team. Excellent value for money for a place I recommend without hesitation. I will definitely be back!

18/07/2026: We went there as a group of 11 on July 15th for dinner while watching the fireworks. We had booked the day before by phone. We had a lovely time; the servers were delightful, and the people around us were very understanding, as we had five children with us. The menus were reasonably priced, delicious, and generous. We paid exactly €100 for five people, including drinks and a three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert). Dining while watching the fireworks was truly a luxury. We'll definitely be back!

13/07/2026: During our four-day stay in Châtel, we had lunch at this restaurant on Saturday, July 11th. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There were only three occupied tables, meaning fewer than twenty customers, with only three people serving, yet we waited nearly 20 minutes before receiving a menu. We ordered a bottle of rosé, but there were no more wine glasses, the waitress telling us that "they were all broken." We ended up having to ask for cocktail glasses. As for the food, the pizza was good. However, the carpaccio was disappointing: the meat was tough and the fries were far too overcooked. Finally, the service was the most disappointing aspect. The staff were unfriendly and seemed more preoccupied with chatting and joking with their colleagues than attending to the customers.
