31/07/2026: Always friendly service, whatever dish you choose, always high-quality and delicious, at an affordable price. Generally, the dining room is always clean. If there's a problem, the staff is always available and attentive. Whenever I have the chance, I come here to spend a lovely time with one, two, or even all three of my granddaughters. Thank you.

03/02/2026: Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: We came for lunch and saw the menu outside. At lunchtime, they only offered a snack menu, which wasn't mentioned on Google or the menu itself. The wait was very long for a snack, which was pre-prepared and cafeteria-style. Coffee was €3.50, the most expensive in the area! Strongly discouraged!

05/08/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant because of the service. When ordering, I searched Google for a picture of the mushroom pasta because I thought it was the truffle pasta. I showed the waitress the name, but she immediately replied, “No, don’t have,” without trying to understand what I meant. Only after I showed her the photo did she realize it was actually on the menu and finally took the order. Throughout the ordering process, she kept rushing us and made us feel pressured to decide quickly. Her attitude was cold, impatient, and unprofessional. At the end of the meal, we were seated in a corner and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to pay the bill. After waiting about five minutes with no staff coming over, I waved and snapped my fingers to get someone’s attention. Instead of apologizing for keeping us waiting, the same waitress came over and told me that snapping my fingers was rude. I understand that snapping fingers is not considered polite, but after waiting several minutes with no service and no staff checking on our table, we had no other way to get anyone’s attention. Overall, the food was just so-so, but the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were unfriendly, impatient, and lacked basic customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant based on the service alone.

21/07/2026: A frosty welcome (it doesn't make you want to stay) First and probably last time

12/07/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant. Today, July 12, 2026, it was 34°C (93°F). I asked to be seated in a cooler room, but the owner told me that the room might be used later and that I would then have to move. In the end, I finished my entire meal in a very hot room, while no one else came to sit in the other room. Furthermore, the owner doesn't know how to speak properly to customers. Her tone was neither pleasant nor respectful. It's a shame, because a little politeness and consideration would have made the experience much more enjoyable.

17/06/2026: While visiting Beauval Zoo, we stayed at this hotel. The room was decent, very clean, with a large and functional shower room and comfortable bedding. Breakfast wasn't very varied for the price, but the dining room was very pleasant. The parking was very convenient, and there's a small garden with tables and chairs under the linden trees. It's a shame there wasn't a vending machine. Security was provided all night by a very friendly and professional guard. Disadvantages: the beds were poorly positioned in relation to the lighting, the room was dark, there were stairs to climb to reach the two upper floors, and there was a lot of traffic on the roundabout, so it was noisy if you left the windows open. Once closed, you could barely hear anything. Advantages: proximity to the park, and the same goes for Saint-Aignan, which is a lovely town with nice and affordable restaurants. The room price was a bit high, but it's Beauval. Go for it, it's still good and the cheapest hotel in the group.

15/06/2026: Hello, The rooms were clean and spacious, but there was a lack of storage space, as it wasn't available in all rooms. Breakfast was very meager; if you wanted more bread, it was absolutely impossible (a small basket with just enough for each person!). There was no still water that day. And for fruit, there were only a few apples and bananas, nothing else...

02/07/2026: A great training restaurant in Vienna. We go there regularly. Parking isn't too difficult. We recommend booking during exam periods... Discover some wonderful dishes, a superb building, and if you're coming to visit, there's plenty to see: the city of Vienna, Roman ruins—enough to fill a whole day.

04/08/2026: Café Berlin boasts the best beer (pilsner, I think) in Strasbourg. Its location at the far end of Place d'Austerlitz – pedestrianized and car-free – combined with the friendliness of its incredibly welcoming and admirable staff and its overall cheerful atmosphere, makes it one of Strasbourg's top-rated bars/terraces/cafés! It offers a touch of holiday spirit, perfect for relaxation and intellectual (or otherwise) conversation, all year round! Excellent tarte flambée, happy hour from 6 pm – what more could you ask for from this unique place, where you feel safe and valued! Hats off to the owner and his team! You'll feel right at home there! Cheers!

14/07/2026: My friends and I were asked to leave the terrace as soon as we received our drinks, under the pretext that we weren't ordering enough, even though we had ordered two Fuze Teas. The terrace was half empty, so there was no shortage of space. We consumed our drinks like any other customer and find this attitude completely outrageous. We felt unwelcome and will not be returning. I do not recommend this establishment.

10/07/2026: First and probably last visit to this McDonald's. I came to take advantage of a promotion that, in the end, wasn't available at this restaurant, which was a major disappointment. Then, the wait was particularly long, even though it wasn't very busy. It's hard to understand when you expect fast service. Finally, the milkshake was the biggest letdown: it was extremely runny, more like milk than a real milkshake. In the end, between the unavailable promotion, the wait, and the poor quality of the food, this first experience was very disappointing. I hope these points will be improved for future customers. Saved by my daughter, who loved the play area.

08/07/2026: It's a shame that McDonald's France isn't yet sensitive to gluten intolerance and doesn't offer any menu options for this.

08/05/2026: Disappointed customers, we ordered two chicken sandwiches and other things. I asked if everything was there, and she said yes. During the drive, we stopped to eat and discovered one chicken sandwich was missing, and the other had a small piece of chicken in the middle and the rest was just bread. Be careful, check your sandwiches and order thoroughly; it's a rip-off.

03/06/2026: Horrible!!! A disastrous experience. Without a doubt, the worst couscous I've ever eaten. No taste, no flavor, no spices: everything was bland and uninteresting. I ordered well-cooked beef kebabs. They arrived rare. I sent them back once, then a second time, and despite that, they came back still rare and full of gristle. My friend ordered vegetarian couscous. To our great surprise, we found pieces of chicken bone and skin in the sauce. For a dish that's supposed to be vegetarian, this is completely unacceptable. As for the service, it was just as disappointing: unfriendly staff, a cold atmosphere, and the feeling that we were bothering them. No smiles, no sense of customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will never set foot in it again.

05/07/2026: Very disappointed with the all-you-can-eat buffet on a Saturday night. The restaurant had been recommended to me because the delivered dishes were supposed to be good. We were the only customers that Saturday evening. The all-you-can-eat buffet seemed like it had been served at lunchtime, with the cream cheese sauce as a starter being stale and the desserts being dried out. The sauces had very artificial colors, reminiscent of food coloring... The raw vegetables with tomato salad as a starter were acceptable. The various fritters as a starter were good. For the main course, there were different types of rice with chicken, shrimp, and meatballs prepared in two or three different ways. The sauces were quite spicy, but not too much. The chicken breasts were very dry and dried out. The desserts were very disappointing: dried-out semolina cake slices with no real flavor, and round cakes that had been soaking in sauce for hours but were dried out and very disappointing. Finally, a few flies were buzzing around the restaurant and bothering us... All-you-can-eat menu for €21.90 on Saturday evenings

07/07/2026: Non-existent service, extremely unpleasant and bitter waiter. This place is absolutely to be avoided; you'll easily find a nicer and more welcoming spot nearby! Avoid it, keep walking!

25/06/2026: We arrived as a group and couldn't even get a chair for our last colleague... The owner deliberately dragged his feet bringing the chair and then yelled at us for helping ourselves! We were about to leave, but out of consideration for the servers who had taken our order, we stayed... Avoid at all costs!

05/06/2026: Don't buy a bottle of Coke, it's more expensive than in a grocery store at the Eiffel Tower!!! €4.70 for a 1.25L bottle, that's luxury Coke!! And the kebab doesn't have enough meat, there are more raw vegetables!! Hygiene and food safety are nonexistent!! It deserves zero stars!!

03/06/2026: Too expensive for the price. I bought a two-meat taco for €15 and got a completely flat taco with 100g of meat and no cheese sauce. For that price, even McDonald's is better. I strongly advise against it.
