07/08/2026: The worst experience of my life. We were four adults with two dogs and a one-year-old baby. We arrived at 12:30 PM, our order was taken at 12:45 PM, so far so good. Our aperitif arrived relatively quickly, nothing wrong there. After that, everything went downhill. We waited an hour and a half for our first course. The other courses arrived 30 minutes later. The waiter didn't even know what he was serving (what type of pizza). Not a word of apology for the wait, not even a gesture of goodwill. Sad restaurant...

06/08/2026: Maybe just bad luck today… a minimum 30-minute wait to order and be served… 40… we asked for dessert, which had already been ordered at the beginning of the meal! The waitress clearly brushed off her colleague in front of the other customers. A little empathy, please! He's just starting out! The pizzas… they get smaller and smaller every day. As for our two plates of fries, I think we ate the last of the batch… the photos are exactly as pictured.

24/05/2026: Absolutely perfect!! Very friendly, the staff are super nice 👍🙏🏿 and the food is amazing. I highly recommend it. There are a few seats, but it's definitely best to get takeout. 🙏

04/02/2026: Very disappointed. €2 for a small tray of fries, and while they were okay, they were undercooked and soggy. Anyway, the kebab was so-so. The bread was very thin; I don't know where it came from, it's definitely not kebab bread. €8, so €10 for a meal, not including a drink. Very disappointing. Years ago, this was the best in Nîmes!

14/04/2026: Two friends and I went to eat lunch together. The pizzas were overcooked and the sauce was bland. For dessert, we had profiteroles, but the choux pastry wasn't good, there was no chocolate sauce, and it tasted like it had been frozen. It's a shame, because it used to be a very good restaurant.

02/08/2026: I was bothered by other drunk and aggressive customers next to me during my meal in the restaurant, so I asked to change tables, which the waiter refused twice. I find this practically irresponsible and disrespectful. I do not recommend this restaurant.

14/08/2026: We stayed there for 7 days in July with our two children. A superb experience! The staff were incredibly attentive. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bedding comfortable, the gym fully equipped, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the pool while working out. We loved the peace and quiet, the cleanliness, and the generous and varied breakfasts. The restaurant had a great menu and the ingredients were high quality – a real treat! We thank the entire team!

08/03/2026: I got sick after eating the meat and waiting 35 minutes for my main course. At the end, we were told we couldn't pay by card. In short, I won't be going back.

01/03/2026: What a disaster! It started right from the beginning… we ordered Moselle wine from the menu as an aperitif, and the waitress arrived with a Côtes de Gascogne, saying she was substituting it because they didn't have any Moselle wine. We refused and ordered another wine, despite her surprise… The scallop and morel risotto was on the menu. We ordered the dish. The waitress told us there wouldn't be scallops and morels with it, but prawns, because they couldn't afford to buy scallops and morels… An hour and a half later, the dish arrived, and we were told it was taking a long time because we hadn't ordered a starter… The dish was good, but nothing special. The service was catastrophic; the waitress didn't understand any of our requests. When it came time for dessert, we decided to refuse and give up. Oh well, so much for dessert. Why does the chef employ such unqualified staff in the dining room? And what about the dining room… the tables are chipped, the baseboards are falling off… And the final nail in the coffin… “Our card machine isn’t working, you have to pay in cash.” I won’t even mention that the cashier didn’t know how to do the bill and, more importantly, was just guessing at the prices. She didn’t have any change, she was just bartering. It was like something out of a comedy sketch 😂 and the other customers felt the same way.

03/08/2026: We went to the bar to get two Cokes. They charged us as if we'd been served on the terrace. 3.90 for a Coke is outrageous.

02/08/2026: Well, 3 cans of Coke for €10.80 in a foreign can. Fantastic! And the cash goes into the box next to the till. Enjoy!

30/07/2026: Super MeChèreve... Unheard-of prices for the location. The plan was a cup of coffee or a cola. Ran away upon seeing the menu (see also other reviews). Sure, a cola or coffee on the mountain can be a bit more expensive. But 50m from the cable car, restocking doesn't seem like a problem to me, and this tastes like a rip-off. Even catering at the Aiguille de Midi is cheaper. And not all the tables there are empty either. People. Walk on, or bring your own drinks. This makes no sense anymore. Unable to judge the quality.

18/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. We had a fantastic evening at Koetsu, in a beautiful setting with a very pleasant, calm, and refined atmosphere. The food is excellent, especially the sushi, which is prepared with great care and attention to detail. We also enjoyed the mini grilled sushi, a delightful discovery that adds a unique touch to the meal. The only minor point for improvement concerns communication: the staff doesn't always speak French very well, which sometimes led to a few misunderstandings. However, this is a small detail compared to the overall quality of the experience.

10/05/2026: Today we came for dinner and tried the Japanese grilled beef as well as the vegetarian option. It was absolutely delicious! We've never had such flavorful Japanese food in Paris. Truly authentic Japanese cuisine, full of taste and very well prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service very friendly. We will definitely be back! The only slight drawback is that the restaurant's exterior isn't very visible from the street, so it's a little difficult to find the first time.

03/04/2026: I went in today, 3/4/26, at 12:30 PM and got a minced meat and cheese sandwich. At 3 PM, I had a terrible stomach ache, so I went home and spent the rest of the afternoon in the bathroom. I also thought my sandwich tasted sour. 🤢 I will never shop at Blachère again because my afternoon was a nightmare. 🤢

25/07/2026: I'm giving 5 stars so as not to be unfair to the brand, but I have to say the quality varies from one order to the next. Sometimes it's pretty good, which is understandable since it's not very expensive. Other times, it's bland, and you end up in the bathroom in the middle of the night. In short, the products aren't consistent. It's a shame, because we go there often.

18/07/2026: Ten of us came looking for a place to watch the World Cup semi-final, as there aren't any big screens in the city. We received a warm welcome, had drinks, and watched the match on a small TV. It was a nice, intimate atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

18/07/2026: I came to eat with my family last night, and the staff was unpleasant. I didn't even have time to eat my starter before the buzzer went off, even though I'd like to point out that they could at least wait 15 minutes for our starter. My plate wasn't even hot; I could hear people asking for their plates to be warmed up because they were cold. They told him he couldn't reheat them, so I didn't even ask. I had to eat my cold plate. The staff is very unpleasant; we couldn't even enjoy our meal as a family. It's nice to have a new restaurant, but the quality isn't the same, and neither is the staff.

18/07/2026: Honestly, the ribeye steak was really bad for the price; it's expensive and not great. I won't be going back.

28/12/2025: I was there about 10 minutes ago... I had an espresso there... without sugar... and everything was fine... So I'm happy with that... and the mixed-race waitress (I don't know her name)... she really has a beautiful smile... I'll go back. The coffee itself... was very good.

20/12/2025: I don't usually leave many reviews, but they were all really good. The price was affordable at €15.80 for a huge tartiflette burger with a very generous side of tartiflette fries, and the unlimited drinks and sauce were truly amazing.
