20/07/2026: The food quality is typical McDonald's, but the experience varies depending on the staff, and I was served by a very friendly and extremely fast team. Very good for a McDonald's.

02/07/2026: Passing through Marseillan, I stopped at the tavern located at the port. I had a wonderful time. I ordered a very high-quality piece of beef accompanied by perfectly cooked potatoes and grilled vegetables, which were excellent, along with a very good rosé wine and a vanilla and strawberry ice cream sundae for dessert. The service was truly top-notch from the entire tavern team. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend it.

26/05/2026: During our visit to Marseillan, we stopped at La Taverne du Port and we don't regret it at all 😋 We had a starter where the duck breast was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very flavorful, followed by a perfectly cooked skate wing with a very soothing sauce. The chef came to us to offer advice, and the waitress was very attentive. This establishment is more than adequate. Thank you, and good value for money.

29/07/2026: The pizza was good and served quickly; we were able to remove the bacon from the pizza. Whether you eat in or take away, the pizza is served in the delivery box.

05/05/2026: We stopped by this Monday at lunchtime to eat, and were greeted rather coldly. We were then served quickly, but the burgers we ordered arrived fairly quickly but were tasteless. The meat dish and its sides were bland, and the fries and burgers lacked seasoning. To top it all off, no dessert or coffee was offered. They didn't ask any questions about our meal, as if they didn't want to hear the sad truth that our three dishes were bad. And to top it all off, two out of three of us got sick.

03/05/2026: Cold welcome. No service on the terrace despite the beautiful weather. We left without eating.

30/04/2026: Very good food, and quite generous portions. However, don't rely on the photos. Also, my daughter hadn't finished her plate when the waitress snatched it away because she was in a hurry. However, my daughter didn't say anything, so... Very good dessert.

22/07/2026: Reservation at 12:15 PM, still no entry at 1:00 PM. Terrible service and unpleasant waiter. Avoid at all costs

15/07/2026: While the service and food are good, the place is very run-down. The blinds are broken and haven't been replaced, and the flowerpots are empty. The interior is in need of renovation. Everything is outdated and requires a complete overhaul. This restaurant's standards are no longer in line with current trends.

07/08/2026: Pedro is a wonderful person. Very kind, patient, and understanding. The food is excellent. Highly recommended for any time of day.

06/08/2026: VERY EXPENSIVE!!! the waiter was not pleasant and flirted with customers and did not take no as no which made me very uncomfortable. The waiter was very rude and pressured customers to order. The food was good but not worth the money, the food was lukewarm and not spicy at all. I feel cheated considering the price

19/05/2026: We had a package for two nights including breakfast and dinner. The first evening, there wasn't much available despite the menu. Those who arrived last had no choice left. The quality of the food was very poor, except for breakfast. The next day, we didn't have dinner because apparently they hadn't received their delivery and had no supplies. The room was adequate, but it hadn't been cleaned. There were problems with the access badge every evening... The management was absolutely terrible; the worst Campanile I've ever stayed in!

13/11/2025: If I could give it zero stars, I would. Horrible restaurant, worst experience ever. Very dirty. The people preparing the swanisch sneeze into their hands and then prepare the swanisch again. Shameful. Avoid at all costs!

18/06/2026: A huge thank you for this evening. Our waiter, Steeve, was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. The meal was excellent for €35. We were very surprised by the price for the quality; it was superb. The DJ created a great atmosphere. We weren't from the area, but we'll definitely be back. 15/05/2026: The bedding was very average and the room could use a refresh. That said, it was clean. We were on half-board. The soup was delicious and very filling. But even after a long hike, the meal was far too heavy: a starter after the soup, then a large sauerkraut, then a tart. The sauerkraut was frankly a disaster, with undercooked potatoes in particular. A shame. They should have made less, but better.

11/05/2026: Regarding the restaurant only: very disappointing compared to a few years ago in terms of the quality of the food offered...is it because it wasn't peak winter or summer season? We had lunch on a Saturday in May (the weekend of May 8th) with beautiful weather, but the dining room was completely empty between 12:00 and 1:30 pm. The dish (onion tart) was clearly not fresh, poorly reheated in the microwave, with industrial tomato sauce covering the fleischnakas, and the blueberry tart was also not fresh...with high prices, and to top it all off! Upon checking, the bill showed three errors in the prices, all in their favor. The explanation given: "I haven't had time to change the prices on the menu"...yeah, right...! We demanded a refund. We certainly won't be going back, even though we had fond memories of it and were happy to return...but that was before...

27/03/2026: Before writing this review, I sent an email (no reply) and a message through the website (no reply). Here is the message I sent: Hello, I placed an order for over €30 which I picked up yesterday evening at 7:50 PM on March 9th. Unfortunately, the fish was spoiled, the sushi was sharp, the salad was wilted—in short, the entire order was inedible. This ruined our evening, and we had to improvise another meal. I request a refund or some form of compensation. If we cannot find an amicable solution, I will have to leave reviews on Google and TripAdvisor and inform the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Thank you for your understanding and prompt reply. ---- My partner suffered from food poisoning the next day—so, for me, never again, and I will inform my friends and neighbors.

27/01/2026: I received a very warm welcome and ordered the lunch menu with skewers and California rolls. The fish portion was noticeably more generous than other sushi I've tried. The miso soup was delicate and mild, and the cabbage salad was perfectly seasoned. The skewers are definitely worth the trip.

19/05/2026: A complicated experience. We contacted them through our wedding venue for Friday evening's meal for 35 people. The order for 35 courses was difficult to place despite our efforts. The quoted price changed three times. On the day, the delivery was over 45 minutes late, with three orders missing, and the driver didn't know what he was delivering. He then quoted us a fourth amount and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the remaining orders. Not very professional for orders of this size.

22/04/2026: An order for 2 tacos was placed at 6:42 PM. The wait time was 20 minutes, as stated on the phone. Upon arrival, the tacos hadn't even been started. So, after a 45-minute wait, I finally received 2 tacos for €27 (the price displayed everywhere is €11.50). However, drinks are no longer included, and they're €1.50 per can. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. I see this is a recurring problem, according to the reviews. There was no apology for the 45-minute wait for 2 tacos, especially considering there were only 3 employees and no other orders. This is unacceptable after so many years in business. I see this kind of response to criticism is common under negative reviews, which demonstrates a lack of professionalism. A report has been filed with SignalConso regarding the pricing issues and lack of transparency. Sincerely,
