24/05/2026: This way of operating is quite surprising and defies all logic, or at least any coherent explanation given to the customer. Paying an exorbitant price for a savory snack and not even being able to eat it on the terrace seems absurd… if you really want to do “street food,” then make things that can be eaten standing up and without cutlery, not food that crumbles, is messy, and difficult to eat… The Basque cake was more than ordinary, and the saleswoman at the dessert counter addressed you informally without your permission, in stark contrast to the two older women who displayed a surprisingly cold demeanor.

16/05/2026: Very disappointed. The welcome was very cold. It wasn't possible to sit down to eat a quiche and a sweet tart with a disabled person. I won't be going back!

08/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my first order. The fries were in terrible condition, very dry and full of dents. The Bicky burger was also lacking sauce; luckily I had some in my fridge, otherwise it would have been too dry. For a first order, it's a real disappointment. What a shame.

08/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this. I ordered a chicken wrap for delivery, and they delivered a wrap in a burnt taco bread. Inedible! Awful!

24/09/2026: I went with my wife for lunch on 23rd september.We ordered chicken roast,ravioli and orange juice.We were the first guest in restaurant that noon. Firstly table cloth was dirty.There were crumbs spreaded on one side. There were a cummin lying in the orange juice. These things were not expected from a Michelin restaurant. Ravioli was ok and Chicken was average. Waiter was too much in hurry for taking orders and once he was about to snatch the menu from my hand. So, you can go for just checkmark to have oldest restro in Cannes but not for the awsome experience .

11/09/2026: We ordered mussels and fries (the mussels weren't properly cleaned). There was a long wait even though it wasn't very busy (Saturday, September 11th). The restaurant was just okay; we ate better elsewhere.

21/09/2026: Very, very accurate. Food acceptable. Atmosphere: unfriendly staff who avoid customers, babies are changed on the bench, the seats and tables were absolutely disgusting, Only the toilets were decent. Not recommended.

24/09/2026: Ordered for home delivery. Honestly, it was very, very good, fast, and the person was very welcoming. I had a taco, and my wife had a kebab. If I had to nitpick, it would just be a little more sauce for the kebab, but that's a minor detail. Thank you :)

31/07/2026: I went there today because I had a free gift for my birthday through the loyalty app. Unfortunately, the voucher wouldn't work for some reason... but the cashier kindly gave me what I wanted 😊 I'll go back.

16/08/2026: We ordered pizzas and flammekueche twice... A disaster... The simplest pizza, at €10, was nothing but dough and a spoonful of tomato sauce, costing 50 cents. And the flammekueche was ridiculous... No mushrooms, just 12 slices of onion and three spoonfuls of cream or something similar. See the photos. Sorry, but this is just too much.

16/08/2026: As a critic, I pay particular attention to the relationship between price, product, and portion size. Here, for €34, I expected a proper family-sized pizza, generous and designed for four people. However, despite the large box, the diameter remains comparable to that of a standard large pizza. The substitution of mozzarella with goat cheese, requested due to an allergy, was also charged to me, bringing the total to €42. At this price, the problem isn't just the quality of the product, but above all the quantity/price ratio, which is inconsistent with the "family-sized" label. There were four of us, and the portion size proved insufficient, even for my youngest daughter. As a critic, I believe that at €42, the customer should receive a significantly more generous and consistent offering. This experience clearly needs to be rethought in terms of pricing and portion sizes.

26/03/2026: A fantastic weekend ski trip! The magnificent view of the snow-covered mountains from the balcony upon waking was a real treat. At first glance, the room might seem a little small for three people, but this is more than compensated for by a large bathroom and a very spacious closet, perfect for ski equipment. Breakfast was included, varied, and enjoyable, with a panoramic view. The location is ideal, right on the slopes, with everything you need right there (rentals, shops, a Sherpa supermarket, restaurants, and bars). The staff was very welcoming, the games room was a hit with the kids, and the bar was nice for the adults. As for the restaurant, dinner was excellent: delicious and well-prepared dishes with attentive service. The building is a bit dated on the outside, but the interior is warm, cozy, and full of charm. A wonderful discovery – we'll gladly return!

18/03/2026: Like many people, we booked with a lot of apprehension after seeing some bad reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it's recently renovated. My job is to design hotels and tourist residences. I can tell you that for such an old building, the renovation is very well done. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is really varied, and those who say they don't like it are really picky. I recommend the cocktails at the bar, which are perfectly balanced. The bartender is passionate, and if there's an ingredient you don't like, just tell him, and he'll change your mind for sure. If you have the time, consider booking a massage with Magalie; she has magic hands.

27/07/2026: When you arrive on vacation, it's tradition: takeaway pizza! So we ordered three different pizzas. The wait wasn't long, and the oven-baked pizza was great. It's convenient, it's cheap... and it tastes absolutely nothing! No flavor whatsoever. €30 wasted. They haven't seen me for two weeks...

19/05/2026: We stayed two days at this hotel, which promptly charged us for breakfast upon arrival. The problem is that the hotel charged us for four adult breakfasts instead of two (I imagine the staff couldn't distinguish between children aged 1 to 6 and an adult), and despite a promise of reimbursement, nothing has been done. I should add that we didn't have internet access in our room. I will remove my review if the refund is issued.

06/05/2026: Excellent welcome. The staff is pleasant. Breakfast is very basic.... I recommend keeping the scrambled eggs and sausages separate from the hot plate. Nice room.

06/08/2026: We were just passing through and decided to go in because the website indicated OPEN, even though it was closed for the entire month of August. Please update this information on your website.

13/09/2026: A very limited choice of ribeye steak or black pudding. For ice cream, only two flavors to choose from… to broaden the selection of the two main courses offered, we opted for a starter, as a main course, for 15 euros! Surprise when it came time to pay: we learned that the starters we had chosen and eaten had increased from 15 to 25 euros! At no point were we informed of this price change. Frankly, it's dishonest and deceitful! And don't even get me started on the price of a bottle of wine! A bucket full of water greeted us in the restroom because there was a leak… It's a real shame because the setting is magnificent! Don't trust the video circulating on social media… it's far from the reality.
