17/09/2026: Excellent service, thank you to the young waiter for this very friendly morning. The setting was lovely, and the waiter, who also acted as bartender, made very good drinks; the Americano and mojito were excellent and very polite.

14/08/2026: Everything is designed to rip off tourists. Here, they want the tourist trap without the tourists. And the owner calls the police if you're parked illegally.

14/08/2026: The owner, a great businessman, calls the mayor to issue parking tickets to people who park illegally in his town.

08/09/2026: Very disappointed despite the overall positive reviews on Google. We ordered a glass of wine, an appetizer, and a second glass of wine with our main course. We had requested a carafe of water from the start, which we are still waiting for. The wait between our meals and the second glass of wine was very long, approximately 30 minutes, and my main course was taken to another table. We received our main course without the table being cleared first. I agree that the server was working alone; perhaps they should consider hiring extra staff on weekends. And there were problems with the bill. The person didn't know how to pay via "TheFork." Otherwise, the appetizer and main course were good.

05/09/2026: It was awful! I understand the waiter was alone and there was only one person in the kitchen, but we waited forever to order. The waiter even brought our dishes to the next table... I was disappointed by the Burgundy snails served with... toast soldiers, the poached eggs were even worse, and the fries tasted like they were leftovers from the day before that had been reheated... In short, avoid this place!

14/07/2026: The pizzas are good. The crust is thin. However, the tartiflette lacks the flavor of Reblochon cheese; the quality of the Reblochon is clearly not there. We also noticed that the crusts are much too large, covering more than a quarter of the pizza 🫤. This is easily visible in the photos.

14/05/2026: The pizza was inedible, tasteless, and the dough wasn't meant for pizza. I ordered the tartiflette, which was just potatoes and Gruyère cheese, and the ham and cheese pizza—we're still looking for the ham, just Gruyère. We threw it all in the bin.

30/01/2026: The owner was once incompetent; I've rarely seen anyone more unpleasant and the food is inedible - if I'm just passing through the area, I won't be going back!

11/08/2026: I was craving a drink in this heat, but I would have been better off going somewhere else. The owner was about as friendly as a prison guard, and there were no chairs at the bar, forcing you to drink while seated. The atmosphere in this bar was cold and made me not want to stay. I downed my drink in five minutes and left. First and last time.

11/08/2026: We stopped by for a drink after work, just a few colleagues. We work in the neighborhood, and we'd heard rumors that this bar wasn't great, with the owner only smiling once in a blue moon. Well, we can confirm it's not great, and the boss's smile is definitely a rare occurrence! There's a palpable bad vibe in the air. They won't be seeing us there again anytime soon, even though we work nearby.

17/08/2026: Avoid in August. The food wasn't fresh and had a strange color. The spring rolls were rock hard. I ordered a spring roll in addition to the set menu, and the young waitress told me I'd ordered it separately, so I had to pay extra for a sauce... She was very kind, even though I wanted to pay extra for the sauce, and she gave it to me for free. The main course had a lot of rice and very little crispy chicken. It's not worth €9.50!

26/09/2026: The menu wasn't very balanced. The starter resembled a dessert—a melon bavarois—and the main course consisted of a fruit salad with peaches, figs, and melon, along with a few slices of duck breast. There was one dessert, but no coffee, as it was too late to serve it, even though it could have been served with the dessert. Furthermore, the service was rather slow. Hosting a banquet for 50 people requires organization and professionalism.

25/09/2026: The food was decent, but the service was appalling. We were a group and had booked well in advance. Arriving a little late, at the end of service they told us they no longer had time to serve us coffee... If they were in such a hurry to see us leave, they could have offered to serve us coffee with dessert... To end the discussion, the manager told us he had sold the place and therefore "didn't give a damn" about our comments. What a great attitude! As someone from the Auvergne region who loves it, I'm rather saddened by this kind of behavior, especially since the group in question was discovering the Auvergne for the first time.

02/09/2026: The terrace was very pleasant. The daily special was good. The service was average.

17/08/2026: Carl and his team are top-notch, friendly and smiling, a good brasserie for lunch or simply to come and have a drink on the terrace.

13/08/2026: I got invited to lunch here by my cousin, out of expectation my lunch was amazing, special dish on the day. Highly recommended. You get out from Station : Nanterre Préfecture Exit : #1, The Pizzeria Torino is there in front. Enjoy your meal 🥘

05/08/2026: I ordered a pescadore pizza and after a 20-minute wait, my pizza arrived completely burnt, the calamari was undercooked, and there were only two or three tiny shrimp.

09/09/2026: I acknowledge this may just be for a quick convenient bite while shopping at Le Bon Marche, but for this price the food is really quite terrible. A salmon burger was literally 2 slices of smoked salmon and some semi wilted lettuce and slapped in between a dry bun. The smoked salmon avocado toast was no better. Tasted like stale bread. Awful. You are better off having a sandwich from the boulangerie.

02/09/2026: One of the few spots in Saint-Genis. English pub style, complete with a carpet that’s seen better days. You order at the counter, British-style. If luck is on your side, the bartender might actually look up and take your order. Otherwise, you'll be completely invisible while everyone around you gets served. In short: service needs a MASSIVE improvement, and the atmosphere isn't great either, tbh

24/09/2026: Multiple servers (six in total...) all pleasant, and the food was decent. However, the atmosphere was extremely tense, due to the owner being seated at the next table, dealing with his administrative staff and reprimanding them right in front of us. He wasn't bothered by our presence, making phone calls and conversing with his staff just inches away. He also didn't hesitate to spread out while I was simply using the restroom, making it impossible to sit down afterward. Finally, a comment about the price of the drinks... completely exorbitant!

18/09/2026: Friendly service but that's about it. 8 euros for a glass of wine, 6 euros for a cola... water was also chargeable... mussels provincial style, a bit of paprika and olives at the bottom of the half-filled bowl with miniature mussels and 10 fries on a plate... ladies' toilet square toilet with an oval toilet seat... men's toilet peed against the wall and in the bin, so dirty... thought it would be a bit better because of the many people sitting there, but appearances are deceiving.
