04/05/2026: Dark room. Ordered a salad with St. Marcellin cheese and smoked duck. Plenty of salad and three tiny slices of smoked duck. The fish and chips didn't impress my partner. A bit pricey for the meal served.

04/09/2025: We don't know if it's closed or open part of the year. It's located in a parking area next to the lake with benches and tables that don't come from the establishment. The prices are crazy and the day we visited there was nothing. In any case, the profitability of a cabin of this type is zero

17/06/2026: My boyfriend and I went for a drink at La Fontaine on Saturday, June 13, 2026, around 8:00 PM (we were seated at an outside table against the bar's facade, to the left of the entrance). We consumed very little, and despite this, we don't remember what time we got home or which areas we passed through. These memory lapses are in no way consistent with being drunk. We experienced frequent vomiting during the night, dizziness, episodes of tachycardia, and significant anxiety. We believe we were unknowingly drugged with GHB, and some of the effects persist for several days afterward. This message is being written as a precaution to inform management that some individuals with malicious intent might frequent the establishment. We simply wanted to bring this situation to your attention so that you can remain vigilant.

29/07/2026: He refused to deliver my order. I'm alone and entitled to a free pizza with my loyalty points, but he said he couldn't because I had to start a pizza order. I'm not going to order a pizza plus a free pizza when I'm all alone, and on top of that, he was rude.

19/07/2026: I ordered 6 pizzas for delivery and only received 3. They told me they couldn't do anything and that I had to contact the delivery website. SHAMEFUL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

04/07/2026: The "mexde" in the photo is a butter croissant, and next to it is a disgusting, uncooked bacon-filled pastry. Obviously, it wasn't cooked. The waitresses were unpleasant and rude. Places like this should be shut down. Disgusting.

07/06/2026: One star for the staff, though, because the traditional baguette is bad; it's all crust, like a dry, old crouton, and yet it was freshly baked. The rest is expensive for what it is, but that's pretty typical of Parisian bakeries in general.

07/03/2026: I have 30 years of experience in the luxury hotel and restaurant industry. My advice: run away. The so-called food and beverage manager is appalling and utterly useless. Sir, change careers: you're a disgrace, arrogant, and a liability in this field. And your manager… no comment. The Ibis next door is cheaper and better.

14/01/2026: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at La Bastide de Mougins over Christmas. A huge thank you to the manager, staff, and chef for their warm welcome and professionalism. The place is magical, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the cuisine is inventive, generous, and delicious. We look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the lovely swimming pool!

16/07/2026: Zero points, the pizzas are expensive because there's nothing on them. It's the first time I've ordered a pizza base from a vending machine.

03/02/2026: The waitress was completely disrespectful. We arrived at 1:50 PM, the restaurant closed at 2:30 PM, and she told us we had to hurry because the cook had a dentist appointment. We ordered under pressure, and in the middle of our meal, she twice ordered us to eat quickly and therefore not to speak. She stared intently at us throughout our meal, and to top it all off, she let out a loud fart that was audible from the street. We were stunned! Furthermore, the food wasn't good at all. The restaurant was empty, and now we understand why. Don't go there.

10/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, we've been coming here for years and always eat very well. A tip: the 3 Treasures satay on a hot plate is a real treat!

24/04/2026: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Honestly, everything was great: the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. But what really impressed me was the reception staff—they were so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi. It's really slow, almost unusable at times. It would be great if they considered installing fiber optic to offer guests a better connection. Otherwise, I have no complaints, I highly recommend it! 👍

30/07/2026: A level of business acumen and education bordering on nonexistent... It all started with DPD delivering my Amazon package directly to their home. The driver neither rang my doorbell nor called my phone number, even though I had specifically changed the delivery date to ensure I was home. Already quite annoyed at having to drive to do the driver's job, I checked the opening hours on Google, Waze, and the Yellow Pages: the bar was clearly listed as "open." I arrived after 2 PM and parked right in front of the window. There was no note on the door about an exceptional closure, the shutters were half-closed, but the window was open. Inside, two men (a fairly young brunette and an older one) were tinkering with something using a blowtorch. My sister, through the open door, tried to get their attention several times. They looked at her and completely ignored her. I got out of the car and leaned out of the window: "Hello, excuse me." Not even a hint of a greeting in return, just a glacial "We're closed." I pointed out that their online hours indicated they were open. Their response: "Yes, but we're closed right now, we're doing something else." I asked if they couldn't at least scan my QR code to give me my package in two seconds. A curt "No, we're closed," still in a cold tone, with no politeness and no apology, even though their hours were wrong. So I asked what time they opened. "Maybe around 4 pm." Not even a set time 🤔 I turned on my heel, a little insulting to the man who had answered me. I suppose he heard it; I meant it completely, and it was 100% justified given such a lack of respect. In short: zero business sense. If you hate being a parcel pickup point, stop doing it. And update your online hours, because if they don't reflect reality, I don't see the point. I finally went back to pick up my package at the end of the day. I ran into a super nice blonde woman (hugs to her, honestly, it really raises the bar for the place). However, the organization is more than questionable: the packages are stored right to the right of the bar's entrance... Anyone can grab one and run off 😕 Anyway, I'm giving it two stars because the lady was nice, but it definitely deserves one star. A very bad first impression overall, and I hope I never have to use this pickup point again.

11/05/2026: Avoid this pickup point. I was supposed to pick up a package today after planning my day accordingly, but the tobacconist was still closed. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. When you choose a pickup point, you expect reliable opening hours and a minimum level of service. I therefore advise against using this pickup point if you need to collect your packages without any unpleasant surprises. Personally, I won't be using this pickup point again.
