12/09/2026: Appalling service, liars and incompetent. I ordered at 9:45 PM for a delivery that was supposed to be at 10:15 PM, then postponed to 10:50 PM. After calling several times without an answer, they finally told me the driver was downstairs, even though I was already there. The driver supposedly left. They told me he would come back and made me wait an hour outside my building, but they never showed up. It's 12:15 AM. Forty-five minutes ago, the driver told me he would arrive in 15 minutes. Still nothing. A scam. In the end, the delivery was never made.

06/09/2026: A cold tarte tatin… twice the service was abysmal… plus the management is practically nonexistent. That's what this failing institution has become, and it's very likely living its last days. A shame for them, avoid it at all costs.

28/08/2026: It's really awful. I ordered an iced tea and there was barely any juice in it, and it was filled with ice cubes. The whole glass and the iced tea tasted like water. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

27/09/2026: Best 100% veal kebab ever, truly excellent! The bread is crispy, the fries are good, and the white sauce is just as good. Absolutely top-notch! 👌🏽👍🏽👍🏽

17/09/2026: Those guys are real rats, I've been buying from them for a year now, I've had I don't know how many kebabs and they haven't even given me a free fry

12/09/2026: The sandwich was only moderately filled; I asked for some extra Gruyère cheese, just sprinkled on top! Plus, there was very little chicken 😔 Then, there were too many people, and they were all stressed out and pushing each other around 😣 They rushed us to take the raw vegetables, and I didn't think there was enough of them overall 😩🥺 Be careful with the service ☹️

13/06/2026: The dishes are extremely simple; we experienced no explosion of flavor. The portions are tiny. The prices are disproportionate to the quality. Extremely disappointing, especially considering its creator is a renowned chef. A tourist trap for Parisian hipsters.

13/06/2026: This restaurant claims to be chic Japanese street food. I'd call it more like overpriced, tasteless, hipster-chic street food. How can they serve this at that price? Absolutely pointless.

09/07/2026: Forget the fries; they taste like they've been refried ten times, unless they were leftovers from previous customers' plates. There were very few people there at lunchtime: a sure sign of poor quality.

27/02/2026: The salmon, trout, and four-cheese pizzas were lacking in cheese! The pizzas weren't great. We were told 20 minutes, we arrived, and the pizzas were lukewarm!

23/01/2026: I just ordered a Norwegian pizza (salmon), what a disgrace to sell such a pizza for 17 euros! It's absolutely inedible, a cream base... where's the cream? Salmon pizza?? Or smoked trout (cheaper)?? The pizza is completely dry and way, way, way too salty. And the service wasn't exactly friendly either. For me, this kiosk... is finished.

10/09/2026: When I ordered, I asked for mega pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, they were small. I told the delivery driver I had ordered mega pizzas, and he replied, "Well, for 35 euros, they're not mega pizzas." Then, when he gave me the pizzas, I noticed they were cold. The San Petro pizza was burnt, the meat was dry, and the Maya pizza had turned into a Reblochon cheese. I called to report it, and they hung up on me. I tried again, but no answer. I've been a customer for years; this is the last time I'll order from them, and I just learned that there's been a change of ownership.

25/08/2026: A pizzeria I used to go to. I'm changing my review that I posted a few years ago. Since the change of ownership, it's not the same at all. Completely disappointed with the pizzas... I gave it two stars for the friendly service, but that's not enough. As far as I'm concerned, I'm done.

11/09/2026: "Hello, I only have an hour, do you think it would be possible to have lunch?" "No problem, sir." Result: the dish (a steak tartare) still hadn't been served after 58 minutes. It was probably a cooking issue. So I didn't eat...

08/09/2026: The pizza was excellent. The service was too. Everything was perfect.

22/08/2026: A very bad experience. The fries were so brownish that it was clear the oil hadn't been changed in ages. The water carafe was served in rosé wine bottles, with the labels still attached. Honestly, I felt like I was in a school cafeteria or at home, definitely not in a restaurant. The glass was completely cluttered with mustard and ketchup packets, as well as small hand sanitizer sachets. The salt and pepper shakers also gave an impression of dirt and neglect. The whole place was really lacking in care. And considering the price of the food, it's frankly not worth it. The only real advantage of this place is its location. People clearly go there, but they really deserve to eat something decent elsewhere!

20/08/2026: Lunch alone on August 20th, I chose the dish of the day, waited 35 minutes, and the waitress offered no apology for this unacceptable delay. Disappointed with this experience.

18/08/2026: I highly recommend this Subway. Malika was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed it. The sandwich was generously filled. That's why I'm giving it 5 stars 🌟

23/09/2026: The waiter has no manners, grumpy and doesn’t care. The pizzas are also no up to the mark. I would rather have a sandwich from the bakery. I never write bad reviews but this place compelled me to.

20/08/2026: I came for a drink in the late afternoon with a friend and my partner, and I found the woman there rather unfriendly at first. Not only was she unfriendly when we asked if there was room in case we decided to stay for dinner, but when I asked where the restrooms were, she replied, "You must have walked right past them on your way in." When I said, "I didn't see them, excuse me, madam," she responded, "It's the first thing you notice when you walk in somewhere." Honestly, I almost left. Luckily, the meal was served quickly, and the woman relaxed a bit. It wasn't haute cuisine, but it was good, and the setting is really lovely.
