25/05/2026: The best Vietnamese takeaway (or eat-in) buffet I've ever had, a must-try for me for years when in La Rochelle. The staff are very competent and friendly, and the price is very reasonable. Refined cuisine. I highly recommend it.

11/07/2026: Not satisfied! I ordered beef lokh lak which arrived without rice. The salt and pepper shrimp were tasteless. It's better to order quickly and have it refused than to just throw it away. The only positive point was the delivery driver, that's all!

16/07/2026: The waitress was very pleasant, but the owner was awful. Avoid her if she's there. Our behavior was appalling when we returned our coffee cups to the bar to save the waitress a trip back and forth; you have a peculiar interpretation of the word "appalling."

16/05/2026: The waitress was very nice, but the owner was awful. She ended the day after payment with a "get lost." I think you should stop running your business, madam!

09/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. We ordered takeaway pizzas and, unfortunately, the quality was really lacking: the dough and toppings were very disappointing, to the point that some frozen pizzas are better. As for wine, only one selection was offered, and it was frankly very bad and overpriced. The only positive point was that the staff were friendly and welcoming. But friendliness alone is unfortunately not enough: the restaurant business requires real expertise.

30/07/2026: The food on the plates wasn't enough to justify the price of the dishes; I should have read the previous reviews, oh well, our loss. For €12 in the Ardèche region, with nice fries and local goat cheese, I got the burger pictured, which is quite relevant considering what you serve and its price. Since you're being disingenuous, I suggest you look at the comments and reviews I usually leave. Instead of defending yourself by saying I'm rarely satisfied, I suggest you reflect on your own performance.

27/06/2026: Avoid at all costs! The waitress scratched her backside and then sniffed her fingers. Frankly, it's filthy and disgusting. On top of that, we received terrible service. The prices are unreasonable for the quality of service; I give it a zero. I will never go back in my life.

02/06/2026: The couscous was as good as ever, the kebabs were excellent. The staff were pleasant.

12/07/2026: Left-leaning political bar. Tags and AFA stickers in the toilets.

29/07/2026: I wanted to try again, but once more, I ordered and was told 20 minutes + 7 for delivery. In the end, I called back an hour later and was told it was on its way, but when my husband called, we found out it hadn't even left. Once, they completely forgot about us. You shouldn't take orders if you're overbooked; in the end, you'll have fewer and fewer customers.

06/07/2026: The best dish I ate at this restaurant was the pizza that was delivered to me yesterday, but the tacos were very dry and didn't contain a single gram of cheese.

23/07/2026: We were visiting Trans-en-Provence and stopped at this restaurant on a whim. We were very satisfied; the waitresses were kind and efficient, the place was calm and cool thanks to the misting system and shade, the music was pleasant, the food was very good and reasonably priced—even our two-year-old loved it. Go without hesitation, it's excellent and truly delicious.

14/07/2026: The menu seemed appealing, and the terrace was pleasant and empty when we arrived, but... dogs weren't allowed, with no sign indicating this. The restaurant owner is within their rights, but avoid this place if you have a pet. Most other restaurants in the area are much more tolerant and certainly no less good or pleasant. However, the restaurant's website indicates a "smoking" area... everyone sees the nuisance where they want!

31/07/2026: It's a cool, totally quirky place; the food is good, but it's expensive for what it is.

17/07/2026: I didn't have time to take any photos. But if you've changed pastry chefs, congratulations! Today's dessert, raspberry Breton shortbread, was absolutely delicious and beautiful. We'll be back next week just for the desserts. 5 stars for desserts!

30/05/2026: The men's toilet was blocked, the second one was out of order or always closed. There was a bug on the sink. The meals were lacking, drinks were missing, and there was no hamburger... disappointing.

27/05/2026: Absolutely fantastic. It was delicious, perfectly cooked. Quick service, friendly and energetic staff, clean restaurant and grounds. Perfect! 👍

27/02/2026: The problem with restaurants that have a monopoly on a particular area. Being the only restaurant in the resort, we're forced to eat there if we don't bring our own food. The ordering and kitchen organization needs improvement. Dishes arrive staggered over an hour; one day the pizzas are late, another day the fries. The managers' response: you can go somewhere else. Of course, you can, but it's not easy when you arrive by shuttle and the nearest restaurants are much further away. In the end, you get cold food of mediocre quality, but the children have to eat. If possible, we'll avoid it, or perhaps when the management finally relinquishes their probably profitable business... On the positive side: Suzanne, the waitress, who does her best, and the magnificent view.

24/02/2026: An unreasonable wait, 45 minutes for a pizza, and to top it off, today, February 24, 2026, we were told the kitchen was 'closing' and no more orders could be placed!!! After a long morning of skiing, lunch was impossible. Staff shortages??? Poor management?? It's high time Chalet des Plagnes hired more staff, I think!!!

15/04/2026: The food is good, the problem is that every time I call to order or go there in person, it's always closed. Today, Wednesday, I wanted to place an order, but it was closed, even though the hours say it's open Tuesday through Saturday. I'm sorry, but I won't be going back.

03/04/2026: At the bottom of the piste. Maybe it was situational, but the most deliciously fresh pint I’ve had in some time. Amazing service as well.
