03/05/2026: We had a reservation for 12 pm. The order was taken rather late. First the drinks, then the food (even though we had already made our choices). We explained that we were in a hurry due to the ceremony. Despite this, the starter arrived 45 minutes later, followed by the main course (with salmon that made our mouths itch). The service was slow. I was disappointed by this rushed lunch, which should have been a more leisurely experience. I couldn't have dessert because of the tight schedule. I left at 2 pm. After the frustration of my table and the other customers, they explained it as a staff shortage. We would have appreciated being informed earlier so we could have decided whether to keep our reservation or not.

18/08/2026: The dining room closes at 11 PM, forcing us to eat outside. Furthermore, there's no service at 11:30 PM, only drive-thru, even though it's supposed to close at midnight...

15/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service after an order issue I wanted to update my previous review of the McDonald’s in Pamiers because I felt it was important to highlight how well my problem was handled by the restaurant team. Following my previous review about an order that unfortunately went very wrong, Aurore responded directly, offering to invite me to the restaurant to discuss the issue and find a solution. So I went to the restaurant, and I really want to commend her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. She took the time to understand the situation, sincerely apologized, and was incredibly understanding. Most importantly, she took charge immediately and offered a solution that even exceeded my expectations, which I greatly appreciated. The problem was resolved quickly and very professionally. This is exactly the kind of reaction you expect from an establishment when a problem arises. I think it's important to point this out because, while I don't hesitate to report a bad experience, I also think it's only right to commend an establishment when it recognizes a problem and takes the necessary steps to resolve it. A big thank you to Aurore for her warm welcome, attentiveness, and professionalism, as well as to the entire restaurant team. 🙏 I left with a very positive impression and will gladly return to this restaurant. I therefore recommend this McDonald's today, particularly for the quality of the service and the follow-up when a problem is reported. This just goes to show that a bad experience can also turn into a very good customer experience when the establishment truly knows how to take charge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

30/05/2026: My hotel was the perfect stopover between the Loire Valley and Marseille on my way to Corsica. A warm welcome, comfortable room and bedding, excellent value for money, and a lovely evening meal to round out the stay. Well done to the whole team! We'll be back.

10/05/2026: The rooms are outdated. The parking lot is too small, especially when people take up two spaces right in front of reception! The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

20/09/2026: Absolutely appalling hygiene! A health inspection is needed, please! They served us a plate by mistake, took it back, and then put it on another table. We asked for the rest of our meal back, but they preferred to throw it away rather than charge us extra. Horrible in a world where people are starving! This restaurant should be avoided at all costs! Don't go there!

15/08/2026: ⭐️ Very disappointing A very bad experience at this bar. The waitress didn't even bother to come to our table to take our order; she took it directly from the door. I asked for two diabolo drinks with two different flavors, and she told me she had everything… only to then tell us she only had classic flavors. On top of that, there was no smile or warm welcome. And to top it all off, there were people arguing inside the bar, which made the atmosphere really unpleasant and unwelcoming. It's a shame, because a little more attention, friendliness, and a calmer atmosphere would have really changed the experience. We won't be back.

31/05/2026: The café is ideally located, with a pleasant covered terrace and a warm interior. The coffee is good. The bar could do with some attention to hygiene; it quickly becomes a bit of a greasy spoon.

01/03/2026: Having eaten there occasionally, I've noticed a significant change in the flavor of the food. The dishes are rather bland and could have used a bit more seasoning. I was disappointed, even though the price remains very reasonable.

13/09/2026: While visiting Bourg-la-Reine for a few days with our 3 and 7-year-old children, we had a wonderful time! So much so that we ate there four times! Fresh and delicious food! Thank you!

21/09/2026: A private refuge on the GR20 trail where we were happy to find a bit more comfort. The welcome was very friendly, and we were able to charge our phones and use our camping stove on a shared terrace with breathtaking views at sunrise and sunset. It's advisable to arrive early to secure a level spot for your tent. The restaurant offers pizzas and meals that looked good. The charcuterie sold in the shop is of very good quality. The restrooms are located inside and were clean.

13/09/2026: A dismal meal: greasy, tasteless beef meatballs and bland sauce. Served with flavorless soup and a passable but unremarkable cake for €25… Yet another mountain refuge abusing its location on the GR20.

05/10/2026: I went to dinner with my friends on Friday evening and everything was perfect. Our waiter, Hocie, was very friendly and offered helpful advice when we were looking at the menu. We had a wonderful meal! 👍

01/09/2026: Good experience in the dining room, but spoiled by the construction and lack of products. Strengths: Friendly service and drinks as expected. Weaknesses: Construction site and several items unavailable. The experience: The staff is welcoming and the coffees served are very good. The downsides: Major drawback: repeated stock shortages of new items and the visual appeal spoiled by the ongoing construction. A decent place for a quick coffee, but the establishment deserves to return to normal in terms of stock levels and layout.
