01/04/2026: The hygiene of the saleswoman who served me on the morning of March 26th was deplorable. She handled the pastries with her bare hands. She even went so far as to pick under her fingernails in front of the customers.

30/03/2026: This bakery is selling baguettes without salt due to a production error. However...they don't warn customers...and leave them with inedible baguettes. This is neither professional nor respectful of their customers. Furthermore...what other unacceptable practices do you tolerate? This calls your integrity into question...One very angry customer you won't be seeing again!

19/08/2026: No wait after 8:30 pm on a Wednesday. The "Lunatic" and "Patriot" burgers were very, very good. The fries weren't amazing; I've had better. Excellent service.

12/09/2026: A very bad experience at the McDonald's Drive-Thru in L'Isle-d'Abeau. I encountered an employee who was clearly disrespectful and had absolutely no idea how to speak to customers. She was wearing headphones, and when I simply said "hello," she responded rudely, "What, you're not talking?" even though I had just greeted her. I find it completely unacceptable to be treated like that as a customer. A minimum of respect and professionalism would be the least one could expect. I am very disappointed with this experience.

29/08/2026: The waiter treated us like dirt. It was as if every interaction with him was a mini-aggression. I'll never go to that restaurant again. What's the point of being a waiter if you treat your customers like that? I've never received such terrible service. Seriously.

29/08/2026: We've lived in the Nation district for over 30 years and, as big fans of brasseries, we've frequented all the ones in the area. Our conclusion is unequivocal: Terminus Nation is—by far—the best in every respect! The menu is impeccable (the chef is inventive, precise, and generous) and the servers are simply delightful. Whether it's for lunch on Saturdays for two or three people, during the week for business meetings, or for large birthday celebrations, we've always been exceptionally well received and served. Not a single hitch, not a single disappointment, not a single mishap in over 10 years. In Paris... that deserves applause!

08/09/2026: The tarts were good, the Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) was just okay. It's a shame they couldn't make the sweet tarte flambée due to a shortage, so there were fewer dessert options. The atmosphere was calm. As for the service, the young waiter made quite a few order mistakes. I still recommend this restaurant, but I encourage them to improve.

01/05/2026: Simple, family-run hotel. The room needs refreshing and dusting. Located on the edge of town. The breakfast is basic, inexpensive, and offers limited choices. It doesn't deserve more than one star, but is fine for a stopover, not a longer stay.

03/08/2026: The takeaway food is fresh, the maki are made on site. And excellent value for money (multiple dishes for €18).

22/07/2026: Awful experience from start to finish. Overpriced food, slow service, and a very unpleasant atmosphere.

16/09/2026: Very disappointed. The restaurant was already nearly empty this evening, and we were the only two people there. As soon as we arrived, we were told they only had mussels and were out of shallots. We ordered two aperitifs, and five minutes later the mussels arrived. To top it all off, at 9:25 PM they came to tell us they were closing, so we had to leave. A few months ago, they weren't offering everything on the menu, and they were even out of mussels. Could this be a sign they're closing down? Anyway, I won't be back.

07/09/2026: We arrived at 12:25 PM. There were three of us. We were told to wait for a table even though there were only 10 people seated in the restaurant. We were seated at 12:40 PM. Our order was taken at 1:05 PM. Our hot dishes arrived at 1:20 PM. We finished our hot dishes at 1:40 PM. The table was cleared at 1:50 PM. Desserts were served at 1:55 PM. The bill arrived at 2:00 PM, and we paid. 1 hour and 35 minutes for a main course and dessert... far too long. We went to the restroom... there was nothing to dry our hands with. The manager told us she needed to train the only waitress and the only person in the kitchen (but that wasn't our problem). The people around us were getting impatient. Very disappointed.

17/08/2026: Very good restaurant, the mussels and fries with Roquefort cheese were excellent, and the waiter's recommendation of the white wine was perfect. Good value for money. I recommend it.

21/07/2026: Report of discriminatory behavior. I wish to report an incident that occurred on Sunday, July 19th, at the Galerie bar. Despite having a confirmed bar reservation in my name, the host (a short, unfriendly man) informed me, in a very condescending and curt tone, without checking his screen, that no reservation existed under my name. After I showed him the confirmation, he finally told me that the bar was full and he couldn't accommodate me. I should point out that I was very well dressed. I stayed in the gallery anyway to have dinner, which I shouldn't have done. A few minutes later, I noticed that several customers, including groups of women in short dresses and high heels, and some in the gallery dressed in sneakers or flip-flops, were admitted without reservations, including groups in very casual attire. This contradicts the reason given for refusing me entry, given that I had a confirmed reservation. This differential treatment, coupled with your colleague's attitude, amounts to discrimination and was particularly shocking in an establishment of your standing. I therefore request an explanation for this incident, as well as the measures taken to ensure that such racist behavior does not recur. Thank you for your response.
