04/04/2026: The service was a disaster; this place is not what it used to be. I was served a flatbread with three pieces of greasy chicken kebab and barely cooked frozen fries. Good luck to the next customer.

22/04/2026: We booked a place for a birthday party for 20 people. When we arrived, there were three other birthday parties happening at the same time, and given the size of the place, let me tell you, we couldn't fit. Half the menu wasn't available because the chef had left, even though we had told them we were going to eat. In the end, they did cook something, and it was frankly not very good. When the bill came, they told us that two people had left without paying, so I paid, thinking it was true. But after asking my friends and collecting all the receipts, we saw that everything had been paid for. I do not recommend it.

19/03/2026: Incredible experience, the waiter brought us fries and several free shots, I highly recommend it.

19/06/2026: We were initially pleased with the warm and professional welcome. The room was clean, which was a definite plus. However, several things disappointed us. The room doors showed significant wear and tear, and the overall condition of the building gave an impression of being outdated. The outdoor areas appeared neglected: the lawn was unkempt, thistles grew on the steps of the aging metal staircase, and the general appearance of the place gave an impression of abandonment. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning or even a fan meant we had to open the only window, which exposed us to cigarette smoke from outside. In addition, the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. Noise from neighboring rooms was particularly noticeable and continued until the early hours of the morning. Considering the services offered and the price charged, we feel that the 3-star rating is difficult to justify. For our part, we would not recommend this establishment.

15/03/2026: This hotel is ideal for both tourists and business travelers. The location is calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of travel or work. The reception staff are very polite and always ready to help. You feel welcome and the service is truly excellent. A great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

15/08/2026: An FDJ (French National Lottery) experience as welcoming as a tax audit. For a small win of around thirty euros, the person, a woman at the counter, coldly questions you, checks the serial number, and seems mainly looking for a reason not to pay you. The infamous: "I hope you played here?", with an air of doing you a personal favor by returning... your own money. It's quite astonishing for a business that rakes in thousands of euros: as soon as a modest win needs to be paid out, the atmosphere suddenly becomes much less welcoming. When you buy or play, smiles and politeness abound; when you win, you're met with a deathbed expression. Yet, an FDJ win is still an FDJ win, whether played here or elsewhere. In Paris, for example, no one interrogates you to pay out your winnings, even with much larger winning tickets. Personally, I won't be playing at this tobacconist again. There are FDJ points further up on the Canebière, which are much more pleasant, where you are welcomed normally — including when you have to pay.

15/06/2026: I love places where, when you come back a year later, the shopkeepers remember you, with the same smile and the same sense of hospitality.

16/07/2026: Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. A medium-rare ribeye steak? Judge for yourself from the photos! After asking, I was told: "But the rest was perfectly pink, right?" Then they added: "Yes, that's how 'medium' is meant. You should have asked for rare if you wanted it pink, and that's how it is with kosher steaks..." Astonishing, because the ribeye steaks I'm used to eating don't look or taste like shoe leather. So, in addition to serving you the worst, they treat you like an idiot. Apart from that, let's talk about the kemia. Whether there are two of you or six, the portions are the same. Not exactly what I remembered about Tunisian generosity. Lacking in flavor/spice.

27/06/2026: The two stars are solely for the food. And even then, I could have given it four stars, but management wouldn't have taken that message seriously. The rating is so low because the staff's welcome is truly appalling (their condescension is appalling). A restaurant renowned for its food will be unfairly tarnished by its staff's poor reputation. Considering the prices charged, the customer experience needs a complete overhaul.

24/06/2026: Good food, but an unacceptable situation for customers and staff. I went for lunch today. The food was truly excellent, no complaints about the quality of the dishes. However, the experience was ruined by the complete lack of air conditioning during this heatwave, both in the restaurant and the shop areas. After asking the staff – who were, incidentally, very friendly and professional – I was kindly informed that the air conditioning was broken everywhere. For a chain of this size, it's hard to understand why such a problem isn't being addressed urgently. Beyond the comfort of the customers, I'm especially concerned about the employees: their working conditions in this stifling heat are truly unacceptable. My thoughts are with the team. I won't return until management has taken responsibility and fixed the system.

03/07/2026: Understaffed, with one poor waiter rushing around, it was impossible to order at the bar. The result: 30 minutes to get a drink and 5 minutes to drink it before the movie started... Exploitation!

23/01/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're intruding. One of the waitresses is particularly unpleasant and clearly doesn't enjoy her job, which makes the atmosphere oppressive. Added to this are problems with the service and quality: the panna cotta was really bad, and there was a mistake with a drink (a mocktail was ordered, but an alcoholic beverage was served). Within a five-minute walk, there are many far superior alternatives.

18/07/2026: We just had lunch and it was delicious. Sadly my daughter felt ill from travelling so we had to leave. But the food and staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend if you’re in and around the Eiffel Tower

17/07/2026: I was here for breakfast, and this is the definition of a tourist trap. First we ordered and to check what juice was what the waiter pushed her nose into both glasses and sniffed. Then found out it was the same. The food tasted extremely artificial and the ham omelet was undercooked. Also the food came very late to make the place look popular and then she walked by us 5 times after we asked for the check before giving it to us.

04/08/2026: A pebble was found in the seeded baguette. €2.50 to break a tooth, that's a steep price to pay!

03/08/2026: We stopped for lunch and had some delicious sandwiches. They make them constantly, so they're always fresh and tasty. The pastries were also very good. A great variety, and everything looks delicious.

11/10/2025: I really enjoyed the variety of pizzas. The Bologna and the Romana were very good. However, I'm not against dogs in a restaurant, but seeing people petting them without washing their hands before going back behind the bar bothers me.

08/10/2025: Very friendly welcome. A very helpful pizza maker.

01/08/2026: I don't think it could get any worse in terms of taste and hygiene. Allergen standards aren't being met either, which is very dangerous since I ended up with shrimp in a "cheese fritter".

25/06/2026: The restaurant wasn't even full, but we waited almost an hour to receive a few pieces of sushi and a tuna chirashi that, moreover, was completely lacking in presentation. When it was time to leave, I asked to take the remaining chirashi to go. I was then asked to transfer the contents of the dish myself into a Tupperware container. Clearly, takeout orders were given priority over dine-in customers. Despite this excessive wait and disappointing service, no apology was offered, and no compensation was provided. I will never go back.

14/07/2026: The service was pleasant, and the staff were smiling and helpful. However, the food was disappointing and the prices quite high. It's a shame.

03/07/2026: Right across from our accommodation, the prices were perfectly reasonable for the location, and the owner was absolutely lovely (the waitress too, actually). Thanks again for the jäger ;)

13/07/2026: We arrived at 9:00 PM on a Sunday evening and stopped at this Flunch. At first glance, there wasn't much left on the buffet, which is normal since it was late. Once we got to the register, we realized there were dishes to order, which we hadn't known. We ordered a burger and fries for the child, who loved it. For us, the all-you-can-eat mussels and fries with cooked ham was perfect. For €54.00 including wine and a drink, I think that's reasonable. Much better than fast food places that cost roughly the same. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, which was very pleasant. Best of luck to you and thank you for everything.

13/07/2026: Good experience, with a varied selection of vegetables. Arrive early in the day, otherwise there's a risk of a wait at the till. However, at the beginning of service, the wait can sometimes be a little long while the staff gets ready.
