25/05/2026: I'm posting this comment because I don't understand these people who systematically criticize restaurants, and by extension, restaurant owners and their employees. I've eaten several times at La Peau Vache in Val d'Isère, both for family meals and business lunches, and I've never been disappointed. Perhaps these people who constantly criticize should change their approach to the staff and take into account the challenges of working in the restaurant industry. As for me, I've always been very well received and served. I highly recommend this establishment; the decor is exceptional, and the location is simply magnificent. A big thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and dedication.

23/05/2026: Excellent group stay, as we have for many years. The hotel is very pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a lovely interior garden and a sunny pool, perfect for relaxing. The meals and breakfasts were very good and varied. The entire team is friendly, smiling, and dedicated. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return!

15/03/2026: A very bad experience. No one was there to pay upon arrival or departure. Room 8, straight out of the 1960s, smelled musty and stale. This was due to mold on the bathroom tiles and the poor hygiene of the toilets. Photos below. I don't understand the 8/10 reviews I see.

19/02/2026: Nice little hotel, inn-style; good food; one small drawback: the staff were a bit inattentive. But if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay there. Franck

07/06/2026: The riverside terrace looked too inviting to ignore when we were walking past on a scorching May afternoon. We were the only ones there, but on the other hand, the glorious view over the Dronne was all ours. Refreshing ice-cream and a very decent coffee.

23/07/2026: I went there late afternoon on Thursday, July 23, 2026, and paid 60 euros for 200 grams of tea... a rip-off! Avoid it, especially since there are much cheaper shops in the neighborhood. Very disappointed, I won't be back.

15/09/2026: A very dishonest team! When I paid for two drinks, I realized there was an extra €2 charge. So I asked if the cups were returnable; the bartender said YES. There was indeed a very discreet sign, a little further to the left of the bar, indicating that the cups were not returnable, which I hadn't seen before (make the pint €7 instead of €6 in that case, right? Where's the logic???). When I explained my frustration and confusion, the entire team was collectively dishonest. The real problem isn't even the extra €2, but the way the team handled the situation. Instead of simply admitting that the bartender had given me incorrect information, the whole team conspired to make me look like an idiot. Mistakes happen. However, refusing to acknowledge it and blaming the customer is another matter entirely. That was my last time dining with you, and I intend to share my experience with others 🙂! We were a table of six outside… and you didn't come as you claim. My friend came alone to return the "leaves." When he came back outside to explain, I went back inside with him. This isn't an accusation; I'm simply stating the facts, which you're trying to make look "prettier" for the internet. You could have shown more energy that day.

08/09/2026: A true gem in Lille! Chouga Barrio is much more than just a bar: it's a lively, warm, and welcoming place where you quickly feel at ease. You can have fun while feeling safe, which is especially appreciated. It's a great spot for lovers of music, dancing, karaoke, and authentic atmospheres. The energy of the place is contagious, and every night makes you want to come back. Special mention goes to the homemade drinks, and especially the bissap: absolutely incomparable to any I've tasted elsewhere! Without exaggeration, it's the best bissap I've had in a bar in Lille to date. It's perfectly prepared, delicious, and truly unique. The manager is funny, respectful, and very welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for good music, delicious drinks, a friendly atmosphere, and a fun, laid-back vibe. Chouga Barrio truly deserves to be discovered and rediscovered! 🌺🎶💃

25/09/2026: A very bad experience at Saveurs d’Asie. I came with my 9-and-a-half-year-old daughter, who is 1.38 m tall. In the restaurant, there are height markers on the wall for children, specifically at 1.20 m and 1.40 m. The child's price is €6 up to 1.20 m, then €11.50 from 1.20 m upwards. My daughter is 1.38 m tall, yet she was charged the adult price, even though she is only 9 and a half. She was wearing her shoes when she was measured. I find this practice particularly unacceptable and very disappointing. In my opinion, it's not a fair way to treat families. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.

09/02/2026: Family-run is a great lunch spot; it's efficient, the food is good, professional, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's ideally located and the food is excellent. I recommend it :)

11/03/2026: The owners are a very warm and attentive couple. Their savory and sweet crepes are delicious and generously filled. It's one of the best buckwheat crepe batters I've ever had! I highly recommend it.
