26/07/2026: Ideally located in the heart of Neufchâtel-en-Bray, the restaurant "Le Chapeau Rouge" is truly worth a visit. We had booked our tables in advance, which was fortunate, as the restaurant was packed when we arrived. A sure sign of its excellent reputation. And this restaurant certainly deserves that reputation, as we enjoyed a simple yet delicious lunch. We both opted for the €19.50 set menu, which proved to be quite generous. The welcome was perfect, as was the prompt service, all provided by friendly, kind, and professional staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

26/07/2026: Very disappointing. We ordered an Adana kebab, but the dish served bore no resemblance to a real Adana kebab. The taste, the spices, and the cooking were all off. We were expecting an authentic Turkish specialty, but we were very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a true Adana kebab.

13/06/2026: Restaurant located on the quayside, the only slight drawback is the nearby road being a bit noisy. The welcome is very friendly, the portions are generous, with delicious Turkish specialties, and the service is quick and efficient. Enjoy your meal! 😋

13/07/2026: The California tempura was absolutely terrible; the shrimp were raw, the first time I've ever seen that. The ginger wasn't very good either, and the overall quality isn't great compared to other Japanese restaurants. The delivery was horribly slow. And worst of all, the coconut pearls were inedible, like chewing gum with a stale taste. What a shame, it was my first and last time there. Plus, I hadn't read the customer reviews—a big mistake on my part.

08/07/2026: Sunday at lunchtime, we decided to eat at the buffet, as we do on other Sundays. This one was particularly crowded with a large group of traveling salespeople. "Holiday cacophony" is the most fitting word. Half an hour after ordering, still nothing. We complained, saying we were about to leave. Five minutes later, our food arrived, but the waiter made a mistake and reversed our order. There were two of us, but we were given three drinks. For dessert, there were no more teaspoons, and the noise was still exhausting. We usually enjoy eating on the terrace, but it was closed. When we mentioned that our review wouldn't be positive, they offered us coffee and tea. MEAL RUINED

26/07/2026: The lighting was dim, no problem. The bespectacled waiter was about as welcoming as a prison door. Do you charge extra for smiles? Thanks for the welcome; we almost felt like we were intruding.

24/07/2026: Very disappointed with my experience. I had requested a specific sandwich, as I like to choose what I eat, but I was given a different one. The packaging was done very quickly and very poorly: pieces of paper were stuck to the sandwich. In addition, the sandwich has become far too expensive for what it contains. It now costs €5.50, even though there is very little filling, the bread was completely dry, and I felt like there was hardly any sauce. The set menu has gone from €7 to €8.50. Before, for around €7, you got a sandwich, a drink, and a dessert. Now, I don't think the value for money is the same at all. Finally, they didn't even offer me a bag, even though I was taking my order home and had a long journey ahead of me. I had to ask for one myself. I used to come to this bakery very often because a few months ago the sandwiches were €4.90, generously filled, and really good. Now, the quality has dropped considerably while the prices have gone up significantly. Honestly, you might as well make a homemade sandwich: it will be more substantial, tastier, and cheaper. After this experience, I don't know if I'll go back. It's a real shame, because I used to love this bakery.

26/06/2026: The bar is very well located facing the sea. The cocktails are very good, but it's a bit of a drawback having to collect your order yourself at the bar and clear your table when you leave.

24/06/2026: A really nice bar, ideally located right on the seafront! The place is truly pleasant for enjoying a good time with a beautiful view. Special mention for the Planteur cocktail, which is wonderfully delicious! The prices are also very affordable, with cocktails around €8 or €9, which is really great for a seaside bar. Having to order directly at the bar isn't particularly bothersome. It's true there might be a bit of a wait, but it's worth the patience to fully appreciate the experience. 😉 A great place to discover!

24/06/2026: We love this Asian takeaway! The food is delicious, the portions generous, and the service is always pleasant. Special mention goes to the stir-fried noodles and the crispy chicken smothered in sauce: a real treat, the sauce makes it even more flavorful. The €6.99 set menu is a wonderful surprise: it's hard to find such good value for money these days. It's fantastic to still be able to enjoy a complete, tasty, and hearty meal at that price. Another plus: the establishment is always clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this place. Please don't change a thing!

24/07/2026: Honestly, 20 minutes for two coffees, and on top of that, we got yelled at by the overly familiar, even swearing, waiter during the service. Unbelievable! And then you take four months to explain yourselves! No, it's truly unacceptable. I knew your predecessors well, and they never behaved like this, even during peak hours as you claim.

21/07/2026: Pleasant lunch, terrible salmon. The waitress spoke to her manager, but no action was taken. Unpleasant attitude. Avoid at all costs.

07/07/2026: It's a shame they sell salads and then, when you want to order one for lunch to eat in, they tell you they're out of cutlery... Really disappointing... So we didn't order anything.

06/07/2026: I don't often share my opinions, but I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction. I came in on a Friday at 5:30 PM to order five pizzas. The shelf was empty, on a Friday evening! The cashier went to see what she could do and joined an employee wearing headphones (hygiene, anyone?) who threw the pizza dough onto the work surface! I was told I had to wait an hour or more (I'll spare you the inappropriate language). They told me they were already very busy! (I remind you, the shelf was empty at 5:30 PM!). I was a regular customer; that was the last time!
