26/06/2026: Honestly, forget it. It says "halal," but they also sell beer and alcohol... Go figure. Besides, they're not very polite. We'd like a new owner, someone more welcoming, friendlier, and who keeps the place clean. I really don't understand why the previous owner left. If you want this to be a Google review, you can also end with: It was much better with the previous owner. What a shame.

12/08/2026: I've been going there for over 15 years, every time I'm in La Grande Motte. Always high quality, a unique and delicious pasta, and unbeatable prices. Don't let the 1-star reviews put you off; it's an institution.

25/03/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The owner is unpleasant, the service is incredibly slow, and it's very expensive for what's on the plate. But the real drama is that we weren't allowed to ask for a carafe of water because the owner told me we were on a rationing plan! Yes, you heard right... I could have filed a complaint against this establishment because it's illegal to refuse a carafe of water! Give it a miss unless you have money to burn... However, the view is very nice...

13/03/2026: Amazing scenery, food was between 2 - 3 stars. Self-service. Toilets are a bit basic, and are down a small slope under the restaurant, sink had very cold water and no hand drying facilities.

31/07/2026: We sat down, four of us. There were lots of empty tables, but apparently no employee wanted to serve us. A young man was whistling at the register, and a waitress was wiping down tables that were already clean. I called out to her, and her response was, "We're coming." We waited and waited and waited, and then... We got up and left. NEVER AGAIN

31/07/2026: Lunch at 7 a.m. on July 28th. Horrible. - Very basic comfort with tables too close together on the terrace and cheap plastic chairs. - Three meat dishes (chicken and ribeye steak) were decent but poorly presented (a lettuce leaf or a couple of tomatoes costs next to nothing) and the fries were undercooked and frozen. - Four salads: nothing to eat, poor quality ingredients (tasteless tomatoes, ingredients listed on the menu not included in the salad). I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

18/07/2026: The portion of fries, supposed to be large, was more like a medium. The burger had to be assembled. If this were a one-off, fine, but it's far from it. I'm fed up with the lack of care taken in preparing delivery orders.

18/07/2026: So far, so good. However, out of laziness, you refused to give a balloon to a 3-year-old and made him cry. Aren't you ashamed? What ethics! Shame on you. You must not have children, young man at the ticket window handing out the bags! Frankly, I'm very disappointed. Usually, she's a very kind lady who doesn't make children cry.

31/07/2026: On July 31st around 7:15 PM, the service was excellent. I ordered a drive-thru, and everything was perfectly synchronized in the kitchen. The restaurant was clean. The staff was pleasant, almost a model of excellence for McDonald's, which are failing in this regard. Because people check the orders before sending them out. I'm not usually one to give compliments.

29/07/2026: Monfils went to pick this up, got home, and surprise, it wasn't the right order. I called, and guess what? I'm the one who got yelled at. I had a haughty, unpleasant, arrogant, contemptuous, and disdainful person on my end. Miss, I understand it's not pleasant working at McDonald's, but here's a piece of advice: change careers.

04/08/2026: Dirty table, rubbish on the floor in front of the bins that the waiter knocked over and didn't pick up, we broke something glass next to our table, the person we told didn't come to sweep it up or give us something to do with despite many barefoot children!

03/08/2026: Disgusting restaurant, that's the word for it. It's a shame I can't post a photo; the table was dirty, and there was a sanitary napkin on the floor.

01/02/2026: Delicious! Very good and generous portions. I had the €24 set menu; the lamb was delicious. The service was quick. It just needs a little background ambiance, and then it would be perfect. There's a vegetarian option, which I also thought was great. The cheese naan is very good.

26/01/2026: Vegetable samosa, more like potato samosa, hard pastry: 2 samosas on a large plate with a few shredded cabbage leaves scattered around. If you don't order the set menu, you have to add a bowl of plain rice for 3.50. Chicken korma was bland. Service: aggressive waiter. Atmosphere: arrived at noon, the restaurant barely had a warm glass of wine in the dining room. Avoid

06/07/2026: Hello, I'm giving 2 stars because it wasn't all bad, but the toy and sauces were missing from the Happy Meal, the fries were cold, the 280 was lukewarm, and when the employee reassembled the trays to facilitate the cleanup, we discovered that the tray wasn't in optimal condition. I think McDonald's France should pay a visit to its franchisee to review procedures and improve the restaurant's service quality.

02/08/2026: On the evening of July 21, 2026, I went to the drive-thru at Avenue Maxi Best Of and ordered an Eggs Bacon sandwich. When I got home, I realized the Eggs Bacon sandwich was missing. I immediately called the establishment. They told me that the next time I went through the drive-thru, I should mention it. Which I did that evening, but they refused to add it to my order, supposedly because I didn't have the receipt from my last visit. During my call, at no point was I told to keep the receipt. What's even more complicated is keeping the receipt when they don't provide one. I find this unacceptable.

31/07/2026: Unpleasant staff, burger made with their feet and served cold, with a half-hour wait even though it wasn't crowded. I'm giving it one star; I have no choice but to give it less.

21/05/2026: ALWAYS TOP-NOTCH! GOOD, FRIENDLY, AND BEAUTIFUL... on the terrace or inside... the service... THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE US HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME... and the chefs in the kitchen... with great taste, and the portions are generous! A MUST-SEE IN NÎMES! I LOVE IT... THANK YOU... 07/08/2026: The owner refused to fill our water bottles in the middle of a heatwave, claiming it wouldn't bring him any money. Nothing more to add.
