23/07/2026: Printemps Céline... it is the worst. The Chinese female employee with long hair, in particular, was truly terrible in her service. From the moment I walked in, she knew she was supposed to attend to me but didn't even make eye contact. Only when I asked about a belt did she come over and keep being rude. The French male employee was diligently attending to other customers... But the Chinese female employee was completely annoying. Even when handing me the item, she didn't make eye contact and just tossed it at me with one hand. It was enough to make me want to switch sales staff. Please, please, please train the staff at the Céline store. 🙏🏻 Printemps Céline, c’est vraiment inadmissible. Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant mon expérience dans votre boutique. L’employée chinoise aux cheveux longs a eu une attitude inaccurate from debut to finish. Yes mon entrée, elle save qu’elle devait s’occuper de moi, mais elle a volontairement évité de me regarder. Ce n'est que lorsque je lui ai demandé une ceinture qu'elle est finalement venue, et pendant tout l'échange elle a été sèche, froide et manifestement agacée. À côté de cela, un vendeur français accueillait ses clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie. La différence de comfortement était flagrante. Au moment of me remettre mon achat, elle ne m’a même pas regardée dans les yeux. Elle m’a simplement tendu l’article d’une seule main, sans le moindre sourire ni le moindre respect. Franchement, j’avais envie de demander à changer de vendeur. Est-ce ainsi que Céline forme son personnel? Merci de former correctement les employés de votre boutique. Un tel comfort est indigne d’une maison de luxe et ne devrait jamais être toléré. 🙏🏻

26/09/2026: I ordered three times, and unfortunately, two out of three times I had a problem. The first time, the delivery driver forgot to pick up the pizzas, and the last time, I simply wasn't contacted by the driver. He went back to drop off the pizzas, and of course, no one called me back to tell me I had to call myself, otherwise nothing happened, even though I had already paid. So, either avoid them, or if you do go, pay upon delivery to ensure they call you. On the plus side, they acknowledge their mistake, thank you.

06/09/2026: Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with our visit to this establishment!!! We arrived at 12:15 PM… we had a drink while waiting for the menu… a very long wait… we finally chose our meal and then I truly understood the meaning of the word "patience"! We gave in at 2:45 PM… after eating the appetizer… we paid for what we had eaten and left!!! Not a word of apology, no kindness, not even a gesture of goodwill… quite the opposite, they wanted me to pay for the rest of the meal… I obviously refused!! One thing is for sure… I will never set foot in this place again… the welcome and service are just like everything else, of course!! I certainly do not recommend stopping at this establishment!!

15/08/2026: I've known this restaurant for ages... I couldn't even tell you how many years! That's because I know the freshness and quality are always there, without a single misstep. The staff is incredibly kind 🥰 And besides, it's no small detail considering the number of closures for hygiene reasons: the restaurant conducts its own independent inspections, in addition to those carried out by the health authorities. You can enjoy your meal with complete confidence.

09/09/2026: Purchase of a defective product and refusal to exchange it. A regular customer is now completely lost. Zero customer service skills. Absolutely avoid.

10/08/2026: So I bought two packs of cigarettes and wanted a glass of water, but they refused. Then a customer asked for a glass of water and gave it to me. Bistros aren't what they used to be. I'm not sure refusing drinking water is legal 🥺🥺🥺 It's really shocking.

12/09/2026: Sweet mushroom and fish (bluefin tuna) skewers with brown spots around the edges. I do not recommend them.

07/09/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed with this experience. The sushi was really tasteless, very bland, and the quality clearly didn't live up to my expectations. But what bothered me most was the cleanliness of the restaurant, which really left something to be desired. 😕 For an establishment that serves food, hygiene should be a priority. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to quality, taste, and especially cleanliness, the experience could have been completely different. Personally, I don't think I'll be back. 🍣

29/09/2026: Ordered to collect. Was given the wrong order and asked to come back. Upon returning to the shop, my order was not even ready. Did not get an apology. Shop was nearly empty and only the wrong bag ready to collect, so the mistake was not because they were busy.

12/09/2026: I never leave reviews, but this time I had to! I often come here with my son and I'm regularly greeted by the same young woman with the white headband. She's lovely and always provides excellent service. Warm welcome and impeccable service! One small plus compared to other Subway locations: the restaurant is very clean.

24/08/2026: I came on Tuesday evening, August 18th, and was greeted by a young woman with long hair and a white headband. It's not the first time I've seen her, and each time she's always so kind, smiling, and welcoming! I highly recommend this restaurant. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, and the sandwiches are made with care. It's always a pleasure to come! I'll gladly return 😊

30/04/2026: I went to eat a Berliner kebab, but I couldn't find any grilled vegetables, there was no feta cheese, just salad, tomato, and red cabbage. The meat was like Kobe beef, which is so rare. I'm disappointed; I prefer going to Lille Nefs, they're well-stocked.

17/06/2026: While visiting Beauval Zoo, we stayed at this hotel. The room was decent, very clean, with a large and functional shower room and comfortable bedding. Breakfast wasn't very varied for the price, but the dining room was very pleasant. The parking was very convenient, and there's a small garden with tables and chairs under the linden trees. It's a shame there wasn't a vending machine. Security was provided all night by a very friendly and professional guard. Disadvantages: the beds were poorly positioned in relation to the lighting, the room was dark, there were stairs to climb to reach the two upper floors, and there was a lot of traffic on the roundabout, so it was noisy if you left the windows open. Once closed, you could barely hear anything. Advantages: proximity to the park, and the same goes for Saint-Aignan, which is a lovely town with nice and affordable restaurants. The room price was a bit high, but it's Beauval. Go for it, it's still good and the cheapest hotel in the group.

15/06/2026: Hello, The rooms were clean and spacious, but there was a lack of storage space, as it wasn't available in all rooms. Breakfast was very meager; if you wanted more bread, it was absolutely impossible (a small basket with just enough for each person!). There was no still water that day. And for fruit, there were only a few apples and bananas, nothing else...
