28/05/2026: Great atmosphere between the servers, the owner, and the kitchen staff. We were welcomed by David, the owner, like old friends. He's always attentive to his customers, and the steak tartare is prepared to order by David himself. Even if you have trouble with the fish you ordered, David is there to fillet it for you! 😁 A special mention for the "Homemade Hamburger"—it's absolutely amazing! I've never eaten such a delicious hamburger in my life. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: A perfect dinner at Mimi's last night… The menu looked so tempting it immediately made our mouths water. We started with some excellent cocktails. Then, unable to resist, we ended up ordering almost all the appetizers to share. We absolutely loved the gazpacho—incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. Bravo, Chef! Each dish was generous, the service attentive, and the experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect thanks to Oscar and his team. A truly wonderful place that we can't wait to return to.

20/05/2026: My partner and I went there last night. We live 5km away, and I had never been before. Based on some of the reviews, I went with mixed feelings. But what better way to form your own opinion than to eat there? We received a very warm welcome. The two young men serving that evening were great. The dishes were very good, not particularly generous at first glance, but I certainly didn't leave hungry...far from it. For the price: reasonable for a restaurant with a nice ambiance. I've eaten in much more ordinary restaurants, both in terms of food and decor, and paid more. So don't rely on other people's reviews, whether positive or negative...go and form your own opinion...like I did.

20/05/2026: I had dinner one evening at this inn. It was fantastic. The dishes are simple, but everything is perfectly executed. The welcome is warm and the setting very pleasant. A great find.

26/03/2026: The estate is in a secluded spot, away from prying eyes and roads. Very beautiful and intimate. The food is gourmet, with relatively generous portions (for a gourmet restaurant!), beautifully presented and delicious! The service is a little slow, which is the only drawback! I highly recommend it! It's been a long time since I've been so satisfied, from the amuse-bouche to the coffee!

From the welcome to the cuisine and the ambiance, everything is perfect. The food is very flavorful, generous, and refined. Special mention for the St. Germain spritz, a wonderful discovery. 01/06/2026: We were passing through Rodez and discovered the El Amazir restaurant, where we had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious and generous, and we enjoyed every bite. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

The dishes are tasty, well presented, and reasonably priced. The service is fast and efficient, even when the restaurant is busy. The restaurant is also very clean and well maintained, which makes the experience even better. I highly recommend the California, miso soup, maki, and skewers.
