29/06/2026: I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, especially the sheets, which weren't clean. The overall hygiene was inadequate. The owner doesn't listen to feedback, which doesn't improve the experience. I do not recommend this hotel!

27/07/2026: We've been coming here regularly for two years. The rather pretentious waiter with glasses is very rude and unpleasant.

22/07/2026: Extremely unfriendly lady (with glasses) who works here and very rudely sends away a pregnant woman with her 5-year-old son because she politely asks to use the toilet. I wouldn't have minded paying or buying a drink. The attitude of the waitress who sent us away was disgusting and rude. If you are so unfriendly and have such an attitude and cannot treat your fellow human beings respectfully, then don't work with people. Disgusting.

31/05/2026: A huge thank you to the shop, your son and madam for his talent and responsiveness, and to you for the warm welcome. This past Saturday, May 30th, we were treated to a last-minute gluten-free cake that was absolutely delicious and, frankly, very reasonably priced for 12 people. It was fresh, perfectly sweet, and just the right amount of delicious. Thank you so much. A birthday cake is a real treat for a girls' birthday party! 🥳🎂😁

15/07/2026: The staff refused to serve me my order at the table from the app. They even dared to tell me there was no table service. The service was not being respected.

10/07/2026: During the lunch rush, at the peak of the lunch service, there is clearly a problem with order management: numbers are generated haphazardly, well-meaning staff are jostled by the manager and customers, and consequently, orders are filled hastily and incomplete; the atmosphere becomes tense. The manager of this McDonald's, who apparently wants to handle the dispatch herself, should absolutely maintain her composure, starting with not barking orders at her staff from behind a pillar. Criticism is easy, of course, but that doesn't change the fact that there is clearly a management problem at this McDonald's.

22/07/2026: I was served by Leslie, who was lovely. I was unsure about a drink, and she didn't hesitate to let me try it even though I hadn't asked. That was really kind of her, and she also recommended some of the staff's and customers' favorites, which helped me make my choice! The setting is also fantastic: a quiet, green neighborhood with a small park nearby and Bercy Village right next door. I loved the experience! 🥰

27/07/2026: This McDonald's gives the impression of being neglected. The quality of the products leaves much to be desired. For example, when I ordered a regular Coca-Cola, it tasted nothing like Coke. The employee clearly stated, and thankfully for his transparency, that the syrup was a different brand with a different flavor. The background music is quite depressing, reflecting the general atmosphere of McDonald's. I'm not criticizing the employees, who are respectful, attentive, and very friendly. Thank you for that.

03/08/2026: We tried the combo with tacos, fries, and a drink. The quality of the meal was decent. It wasn't the best snack I've ever had, but it did the trick and satisfied my hunger. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with our order: my friend and I had our tacos switched, which made the experience a little less enjoyable.

31/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Two weeks ago, we saw the 4-star rating and thought it was okay, but all it took was reading the reviews to see the mess. The organization is disastrous; it's like being in a souk. It's a battle to get your order because they forget everything. We waited a good 30 minutes for a panini that was made in 5 seconds by hand, without gloves, without even washing their hands... In short, we were already terrified. When you finally get your food, it's a disaster: there's more salt than fries, and no effort whatsoever on the panini or the tacos. A friend of mine was actually very sick the next day, so the ingredients can't be very fresh. To organize things, a piece of paper and a pen with names on them is really the bare minimum; it couldn't be simpler. But I realized that hygiene and fresh ingredients were asking too much. Their goal is just to make money; they don't care at all about what we eat. In short: go your own way.

29/06/2026: The ambience is ok but nothing special. The quality of ingredients (meat/seafood) is good but the flavours are completely lacking, and the food is bland with no hint of spice. The service is not the most welcoming- one waiter was more attentive and relatively good, and the other was inattentive, and very cold and grumpy

01/08/2026: Google shows the restaurant is open. We made a detour to get a bagel only to find a sign indicating the restaurant has been closed since July 21st, more than 10 days ago. Nothing has changed regarding the online hours... nor inside.

05/07/2026: Very good, and truly the best bagels I've ever had, but the staff's comments about orders are a good reason to avoid it... The jokes inside the establishment are outdated and many of them are sexist... Luckily, the taste saves the day.

04/06/2026: Excellent café, a wonderful, old-fashioned bistro, very chic, welcoming, with chocolate and whipped cream, and a smile guaranteed. So go there! Just steps from tram lines C and E, Camille Godard stop, and close to the Bordeaux Nord clinic.

27/05/2026: Avoid at all costs! I've been a neighbor for over 10 years, and once, on a holiday evening, I was rushing to grab a Red Bull. I still had my scooter helmet in my hand and was perhaps a little hurried. And there was absolutely no friendliness and not a hint of respect—more contempt than anything else. I took a Red Bull from the fridge and handed it to him to ring up the payment. He told me it was €4. I was immediately stunned and asked him why such a price when they were €3 in the grocery store next door and €1.50 in the shop next door. He then showed me a receipt as if I had consumed it there, at the restaurant, as proof that it was €4—blatant robbery!
