24/08/2026: I discovered the brunch at the Forges-les-Eaux hotel a few weeks ago and was absolutely delighted. Everything was excellent, so much so that I highly recommended it to my friends and family. This time, there were six of us who wanted to come on Sunday. When I called to make a reservation, I unfortunately learned that the restaurant was reserved exclusively for the hotel that day. I completely understand that private events can happen, but I was really disappointed, as the brunch is advertised every Sunday and is open to everyone. It would be helpful if the dates for private events were announced in advance. It's all the more unfortunate because I enjoyed the brunch so much that I inspired five other people to try it. I hope these private events remain exceptional and that we can enjoy this wonderful brunch again soon. 😊

20/08/2026: Hello, we came to celebrate our second wedding anniversary, an anniversary we won't forget, not because we had a good time, but because we were very disappointed by this restaurant. We booked for 9 pm (no earlier reservations available). For the starter, there was nothing left! Oh, except for one sausage that looked like it was fighting for its life. A pot of sauce with a fly that seemed to appreciate the taste. As for the main course, let's not even go there. For 35 euros, we got nuggets, pasta, and couscous—nothing special. The lamb in curry sauce was nothing but crumbs... And what's more, I didn't even get a whole ribeye steak. Moving on to the cheese course, I had a choice between two goat cheeses. As for the cakes, one wonders how long they'd been there. Avoid at all costs.

12/09/2026: Tonight, I had McDonald's and frankly, I'm very disappointed once again. We pay for a service to enjoy ourselves, but it's getting worse and worse: cold food, missing parts of my order, cold fries that taste like they've been reheated… It's a disgrace. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time; I've had problems about ten times, but this time is the last. There's no enjoyment left in eating at McDonald's. Considering the price and the quality of the service, it's outrageous. For me, McDonald's is over. Avoid it.

08/09/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at your establishment. If you can't read, I suggest you go back to school. None of the instructions on my order were followed. Do you enjoy putting just anything in people's orders? This is truly unprofessional. I ordered a sub-30 meal deal, but I didn't get the chips I wanted, nor the cookies, nor my drink. Instead, I received an unbelievable potato! The bread in my sandwich was different from the one I ordered, and let's not even talk about the sauce. Are there actually any employees who think at your establishment, or am I dealing with a team that doesn't care about its customers? A team that does whatever it wants... I strongly advise you to avoid this place.

30/08/2026: Disastrous. The waiter was incredibly rude and rushed through his customers. The sauce was more noticeable than the food. The portions were tiny, like something a toddler would eat. The service was appalling. Don't even bother trying it!

19/09/2026: Tried it twice, never again. Mistake on the first order, mistake on the second, but we paid anyway. The salad was completely overcooked and not the one pictured. The egg on the Verdi pizza was undercooked and had leaked into the container. Impossible to finish eating. The crust wasn't amazing either, and the ingredients didn't look very high-quality. Very poor value for money. Definitely not up to the standard of a good pizzeria. Maybe the "restaurant" side of things is more appealing 🤷🏻

11/06/2026: Due to the rail strike, my train was cancelled, and I cancelled my reservation. Having prepaid, the fare conditions do not provide for a refund. I contacted the hotel by email to reschedule, but without success, as my cancellation was made too late. Since SNCF only notifies its customers 48 hours before departure, it's difficult to anticipate a cancellation! My scheduled business meeting has been postponed until early July, so I will avoid booking a room in an Accor hotel. I am also considering cancelling a pending reservation for Paris for July 2nd and 3rd. At over €200 per night, I was hoping for some kind of compensation from the Accor group; oh well!

11/06/2026: Quality budget hotel where everything essential works. Not the wifi which is miserable. Almost enough hangers, hooks and shelves. The shower hanger could be better. Thanks for the good breakfast. Perhaps worth noting that there are two Ibis Part-Dieu hotels in Lyon. We went first to the wrong one. Both are within walking distance from the Part-Dieu railway station.

20/09/2026: I've seen quite a few negative reviews without really understanding them. We went there yesterday since we were staying at the hotel next door and we really enjoyed it. The welcome was very warm, the local beer was excellent, the main courses were also very good and perfectly cooked, the desserts were delicious, and the waitress, although new to the job, was very kind and attentive. Plus, they accept dogs, which isn't the case everywhere. I highly recommend this restaurant! 👍

13/09/2026: The pizzas look like pizzas, butcher's cut, a certain smell with fries, large, well-frozen, very greasy—avoid them!

18/09/2026: I regularly come to this all-you-can-eat restaurant. The amount of food has decreased. The service is good. And the atmosphere is a bit dreary.

05/09/2026: The place is really lovely, the cook is super nice and very welcoming, honestly the best kebab I've tasted in the whole city of Auch, perfect.

30/09/2026: Pretty empty, asked to eat dessert as we'd had mains elsewhere. Directed to a table near the bar that hadn't been laid, and was in a muggy corner near a barman vigorously bleaching bar equipment. I asked if we could sit on one of the ample vacant tables in the covered area outside, and were told we couldn't as we weren't eating mains. Bit of an attitude from the owner behind the bar. Promptly left.

22/09/2026: Excellent tasting menu, from appetizer to dessert, and very friendly service, I highly recommend it.

15/09/2026: Overrated is an understatement. The food is terrible. They serve you two stale rolls, as if they were from yesterday, and one pastry. It's like a meager hotel breakfast. Then there were only two princesses, the same ones you can book a meeting with later. They come by the table once and that's it. The price is not justified.

09/09/2026: Having eaten at The Regal View, I was completely disappointed by the service. No smiles, just complaining staff. The food was very average. The pâté en croûte and meat were not worthy of the restaurant's price. Thankfully, the princesses and Mickey Mouse redeemed the experience somewhat. Disappointed 😞

26/09/2026: Good value for money, the staff are very attentive. The only downside is that there's much less choice than before, which is a bit of a shame.

21/09/2026: Warning, the quality is declining... it's such a shame... I've been going there for years, but now it's getting downright bad, the fried food is inedible and so hard, the freshness of the sushi is questionable... it wasn't like this before

28/08/2026: ⚠️ Beware of these crooks!! ⚠️ They try to trick people by listing large sizes even when you order the smallest size, only to then charge you the higher price on your bill.

24/08/2026: Do not come here with kids. They will stare at you till you leave. A smile is too much to ask for
