05/06/2026: We stopped to eat our pre-ordered sandwiches, but my husband wanted a pastry, so we headed to the bakery... The cashier was serving the pastries while chewing them. I already find it unpleasant to see someone snacking behind the counter, and upon closer inspection, this person was putting her finger in a sandwich and bringing it to her mouth, and not just once. It's disgusting, and I advise against ordering sandwiches and eating at restaurants. If she can do that, what are they doing in the kitchen???? We'll never stop here again

26/09/2025: Good value for money, depending on the historical site of course. Excellent daily special and tasty dessert. All for €25. You won't find anything cheaper in Saint-Émilion.

30/11/2025: Really disappointing for the standard of the cheap - gnocchi with red pepper at €25 - about ten gnocchi on the plate but no peppers - the manager tells me it's stuffed - I confirm there is no trace of red pepper - the team is not up to the price of the dish.

27/10/2025: A new experience at La Table de la Grande Épicerie (1st floor). Okay, let's be honest, the bill is rather steep. But the service is impeccable (Sunday, October 26), and the dishes are excellent, especially the chicken fricassee with porcini mushrooms. The decor is very pleasant, under the atrium, comfortable and cozy.

13/02/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The croque-monsieur was listed at €9.50 on the menu, but when the bill arrived, I was charged €22.50 without any explanation. I find this completely unacceptable and dishonest. Prices must be clear and respected; you can't display one price and then charge another when it comes time to pay. Furthermore, the croque-monsieur was absolutely nothing special. It was simply toasted bread with ham and cheese, with no particular flair or quality. Clearly not worth the price. I do not recommend this establishment.

22/07/2026: Arriving at this bakery, strangely empty, we looked at what they had to offer. While we were thinking, the saleswoman looked us straight in the eye, tapped the counter several times, and said, "Well?" In an annoyed and irritated tone, we bought €21 worth of flan (for 10 people). Afterward, we ate it—horrible! It was dense, tasteless, and went down like concrete. The only edible thing was the apricot on 3 of the 10 tarts. The only positive thing was the presentation of the pastries; as they say, all on the outside, nothing on the inside. Now we understand why it was empty.

11/07/2026: I bought 3 tuna bagnats, but the sandwiches were lukewarm with bad-tasting tuna mayonnaise... So, unfortunately, I had to throw away 3 sandwiches... A terrible experience...

01/05/2026: I just picked the date randomly because, frankly, I've known and frequented this bar for so long, formerly Pont Neuf, because of its lovely terrace... one of the few in Besançon. When I was still working, I often had my coffee there early in the morning before work. The owners, Dominic and Claire, work very hard and have done so for years, so a little kindness and respect for them would be appreciated. I go back as soon as my health allows, due to some health issues. The service is always top-notch, and the establishment has always been impeccably clean. And a new addition to help them out, Karine, a ray of sunshine and positivity. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish them a well-deserved holiday at the end of this week. I'll be there whenever I can. Thanks to Dominique and Claire, supported by Karine.

16/04/2026: Nice little restaurant with classic cuisine and very reasonable prices, but the staff are unwelcoming and rather sour

21/02/2026: A trip to Brittany and a visit to Dinard and its market! The Marché des Anges delighted the taste buds of the whole family! A warm welcome and quick service! Special mention for the absolutely delicious oysters, seafood salad, and steak tartare! A truly wonderful time!

08/08/2026: We go there quite often; it's a very clean place. The food is good, with a lot of variety. The staff is very pleasant. The prices are very reasonable. Hygiene is impeccable; the tables are cleaned very quickly. The carts for dirty dishes are regularly and promptly moved to the back kitchen. Really very pleasant 👍 👍 👍.

08/08/2026: Okay, but it's not what it used to be. Fewer choices of dishes, and the side dishes aren't as varied. The wait for the children's meals and ours was very long. A little disappointed.

30/06/2026: Food is so delicious, we went back multiple times in one day. Sweet and savoury are so yummy.

25/01/2026: The worst bar in Chambéry! The staff are incredibly rude, no greeting, no thank you, no human warmth whatsoever. Orders are taken 30 minutes after we arrive. And all this for the price of a coffee and a hot chocolate…!!! Avoid at all costs.

16/07/2026: It's a McDonald's, you know what you're going to eat, the table service is quite quick, and as for the rest, everyone knows what to expect.

05/07/2026: I recommend this McDonald's. The manager is super friendly and good-looking. We had a great meal, super fresh sandwiches, it's a nice change from other McDonald's.

05/06/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews... But I regret not reading previous customers' comments first! The dishes are expensive and tiny! Frankly outrageous! As for the bull stew, it was unbelievable: no wine in it, but an enormous amount of orange, far from a proper stew. The tartiflette was on a children's menu, with minuscule portions and nothing special... The galettes were so flat they were unbearable... Luckily, the waiter was very pleasant and professional! Keep him safe, but you urgently need to revise your dishes... We won't be back...
