02/10/2026: Very bad experience with the service. The server who brought my coffee spilled some of it. Then he gave me a dirty teaspoon. I politely asked him to replace it, but he didn't. The glasses of water that normally accompany coffee were also not brought to me. In addition to that, the server was very unpleasant and rude throughout the entire service. I can understand that mistakes can happen, but the least one can do is remain respectful and take the necessary steps when a customer reports a problem. Very disappointed with this experience. This was the person on the morning shift, October 2, 2026, at 10:35 AM.

02/10/2026: The service was truly unpleasant. The person who brought me my coffee did so very reluctantly and spoke to me very rudely. Furthermore, I wasn't given any cutlery, sugar, or even the glass of water that normally accompanies coffee. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the way I was received was truly unpleasant. I hope that the service and customer experience can be improved. Morning shift.

13/09/2026: The service is quite nice compared to the cafes next door, but the prices are extremely high! €7 for a cappuccino, €6 for tea, €10 for eggs mayonnaise, €8 for a crêpe—it's madness!

13/09/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Café Dupont Versailles! We were welcomed and served by Arron, and we were completely satisfied. Very polite, smiling, pleasant, and attentive, he made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. We were just passing through today, but one thing is for sure: the next time we're in Versailles, we'll gladly stop by again, whether for a coffee or a meal. Thank you again to Arron for his warm welcome and professionalism; it's truly a pleasure to be received in such a way! We highly recommend it.

13/09/2026: A waiter who couldn't remember our order of 2 drinks...who came back twice to ask for it again....25 minutes wait for a beer that never arrived and a very bad Spritz that was impossible to drink.

12/09/2026: The only positive thing about this place is its excellent location on the seafront; the rest leaves a lot to be desired. We paid the price for sitting down without checking the reviews on Google Maps first just because the place seemed good to us at first. The service is not at all friendly or attentive. We ordered 4 tapas that turned out to be very small and, on top of that, they didn't even bring us napkins to the table. It's a shame to waste a place like this. I don't recommend it.

09/07/2026: The waiter was unpleasant and nonchalant. It's a shame they don't display the prices and leave it as a surprise at the till, but I think it's deliberate given the price of the shisha… €30 without a drink is a bit excessive. If it were really good with service to match, then maybe, but there's neither of those things.

24/06/2026: I was very disappointed with this restaurant. It was extremely hot inside because there was no air conditioning. What's more, when I arrived, they were out of bread, which is quite unbelievable for a restaurant. The staff were unfriendly and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I do not recommend this establishment!

26/09/2026: A truly awful experience! We had planned to have lunch somewhere else, but unfortunately, it wasn't open that day. Let's just say the intern who was supposed to be working in the dining room isn't responsible for the overall service, but he's perfectly integrated into the atmosphere and the way things are run, which are characterized by nonchalance and slowness. While the terrace was far from full and the dining room was practically empty, we were only able to order our two burgers after a good 10-minute wait, and even then, we had to call the intern over to get them. Then, after a good half hour in the "kitchen," we received the two frozen burgers, which had been put in the oven and then placed on the buns, which had had plenty of time to dry out. We weren't any more impressed by the few fries and the greens that came with our burgers. We decided against trying dessert or even coffee. We recommend avoiding this place and choosing another option for lunch in Saint Girons: whether it's a sandwich from the baker or another table, we think everything will be more successful and convincing.

22/09/2026: Disappointing food. The dish of the day, roast pork with mashed potatoes, could have been nice, but covered in a very peppery and sickening sauce, it's a no!

27/08/2026: The bread is good, and the girls are friendly and quick to serve; plus, they often have a smile. I had a sandwich that wasn't bad, and their coffee is great. I recommend it. The young woman with the hand tattoo is very friendly; I hope Cerea stays there for a long time.

27/08/2026: Poorly trained staff: well-intentioned young people who don't know how to use a bread slicer! Instead of placing the sliced ​​bread on the designated metal ramp, it's haphazardly wrapped (more haphazardly than well), resulting in a loaf that looks like it came pre-packaged (see photo, unpacking). What bothers me isn't so much the packaging itself, but the fact that the employee wraps and touches almost every slice with their bare hands (and without gloves). Where are the hygiene standards? The COVID-19 recommendations already seem like a distant memory.

15/08/2026: The pizza chef was fantastic, a man passionate about his craft – a joy to behold – and incredibly welcoming despite the heatwave. We absolutely loved our three pizzas. Unfortunately, we were only in Annemasse for a few days. But if we have the chance to return to this city, we will definitely come back to this pizzeria where the pizzas and the service are simply wonderful. Thank you again! 🙏🏼
