12/08/2026: Passing through the area, we went to this restaurant without a reservation. We received a very warm welcome. The waitress was exceptional and very pleasant. We were served quickly. I highly recommend the excellent pizzas. I will definitely return.

10/08/2026: Generous and excellent pizzas, plus exceptionally kind and friendly staff. We stopped by chance while on vacation. What a pleasant surprise! Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks again for the birthday candy for the little one 😊.

02/08/2026: I tried it for you! The pizza is a bit smaller than elsewhere. It's not as crispy as other quality pizzas. The price is lower than elsewhere, but the ingredients are a bit less generous than in other pizzerias, so the pizza is less flavorful. Rating: 3/5

25/09/2026: If only there were a little more cleanliness, and vegetables and fries where they should be. It's getting worse and worse. Unbelievable that the managers don't see it. There was a time when things seemed to be going well, when they were talking on TV about reopening these restaurants. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. Excuse me, sometimes it's really dirty. It can't work. Cleanliness is EVERYTHING.

14/07/2026: Sometimes they have wait times of over 5 minutes, and on top of that, delivery takes 40 minutes even though the orders aren't very large.

06/07/2026: The owner spoke to us with bitterness and even said nasty things in Tunisian Arabic. Next time, make sure we're not from the same background before you gossip about people. We understood everything. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service was appalling.

01/07/2026: At Salvatore's, you're welcomed just like in Naples: with smiles, kindness, and Italian generosity. The advice is spot-on, the fresh pasta delicious, and the coffee simply perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; it was a wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. One small drawback: the owner has a rather strong personality. Arriving at 12:05, I was told, "It's 12:30! The hours are on the door!" So I waited, and was seated fairly quickly. Antipasti, still-warm pizza dough, good advice on the order... but no water on the table, and when the gentleman next to me asked for a carafe, he was given a San Pellegrino. As a result, I didn't dare ask for one. He's a bit disorganized, it's a take-it-or-leave-it situation, but the neighborhood regulars keep coming back. He's easygoing and straightforward. You go back for the food and for the owner's personality.

30/06/2026: The pizzas are good, but the restaurant only accepts cash payments; neither restaurant cards nor credit cards are accepted. Surprising practice.

27/03/2026: I'm very disappointed. I ordered a small plate, but upon arrival, they told me they didn't have small plates to take away and charged me the price of a large one. When I got home, the €11 plate was practically empty; there weren't even any fries, no napkin, no cutlery, and to top it all off, the plate was frozen.

29/08/2026: Very poor experience. The staff explained absolutely nothing about how things worked or the prices. Salad at the buffet was €10 for 200g, hot side dishes were over €10 for 250g, and flank steak with fries was €20 without mentioning that the side dish was already included. The result: two hot dishes, a lot of leftovers, and an extremely high bill. A truly mediocre meal for the price. Very disappointing.

12/08/2026: The food is good and authentic so i come here regularly. I usually have a rather good experience. However Ive recently stopped eating gluten so today i came up to the counter to ask that they remove the bread from plate as the menu mentioned the option to accommodate for GF requests. The waiter was extremely rude, he kept ignoring me, did not want to listen to my request, he was rude the person next to me too as she was simply asking for water, he kept cutting me off and telling me he cannot accommodate to my gluten requests that i should just look at the menu and order whatever fits. I understand they were understaffed and overworked however he had no right to talk to me or anyone in the same way, and then get mad at me again when he apologized ( he said if you it without bread we do without bread no problem) and i pointed out he just had to listen first to the request before denying it I hope the correct measures are taken in the future as nobody should get shouted at for requesting a simple question for their own health and safety (especially that it is literally mentioned on the menu)

27/09/2026: A very bad experience. As a regular customer of restaurants in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, I never usually leave negative reviews, but this is the first time I've been so disappointed. The service was extremely slow for simple dishes (a steak and fries and two tagliatelle). There was a sauce mistake when we ordered, which we didn't even dare ask to be corrected for fear of prolonging the wait. We left without ordering dessert for the same reason. Avoid this place; there are much better options along the seafront.

16/09/2026: Today I went to Flunch for lunch with my daughter and it was very, very good. The fish was cooked perfectly (and I'm quite picky), the staff were welcoming, and the fries were the best I've ever had... well done! I'll be going back to the Flunch in Le Puy-en-Velay soon and I hope to find the same quality.

04/09/2026: The chef is very dedicated to his work, managing his servers well. The pizza was perfectly soft. The pepperoni pizza was generously topped.
