22/09/2025: Very friendly welcome, simple but pleasant setting. A true restaurateur who loves his job, and it shows. Simple but excellent meal, with well-prepared ingredients and beautiful presentation. Simple but pleasant wine list. Very reasonable bill. All in all, a good place for a very pleasant meal, and a real treat.

30/07/2026: Excellent experience at La Fratrie! The dishes were delicious, generous, and perfectly prepared. The service was top-notch. A big thank you to Tayfun for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome throughout the meal. Thank you also for the complimentary shots—a truly appreciated touch!

18/06/2026: A very disappointing experience on April 18, 2026, around 2:00 PM. There were three of us. My friends ordered coffees, but I don't usually order drinks in the afternoon, so I only asked for a glass of water, which the waitress offered. A man who introduced himself as Moustapha intervened very aggressively, shouting that we weren't allowed to sit down or drink water without ordering anything. He slammed the glass against the table, insulted us, and threatened us, telling us not to come back. The atmosphere was intimidating, with a complete lack of respect. We decided to leave because we felt pressured. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a calm and respectful environment.

29/01/2026: First visit January 19, 2026. A very friendly, helpful, and extremely kind saleswoman! I bought 6 fresh chocolate croissants, and they tasted excellent. Well done to the whole team and thank you for this pleasant experience.

02/08/2026: Excellent welcome, very friendly staff. We were served by Mathilde, a truly wonderful person.

15/07/2026: We waited over an hour and weren't even served; they asked us to leave because McDonald's was closed.

11/07/2026: Good bread and pastries today, chocolate croissants, very crispy. Friendly staff and delicious clafoutis.

18/06/2026: Opening hours are not up to date on Google; it says closing at 8pm when it's actually 7:30pm.

12/05/2026: To give you some context, my husband and I arrived at 1:30 PM with our 6-month-old baby in a stroller. We were greeted by a man named César, and the service was beyond appalling. He seated us at a table with the stroller in the aisle, and we asked him to move us to a table across the street, about two meters away. He refused, seated us at another table that he didn't even bother to clean (he put the placemats directly on the table, even though it was clearly still dirty), with the stroller still in the aisle. As a last resort, my husband asked if we could be seated at a table across the street, otherwise we would leave. To our utter astonishment, he replied, "Yes, I think that's better." The waiter clearly preferred to see us leave rather than seat us where we wanted to be. As we were leaving, we explained the situation to the assistant manager or dining room manager. My husband knew her and, moreover, he works for the Leclerc management on various projects. To top it all off, we were regulars at this brasserie. Given this fantastic reception, we went to eat elsewhere (in a real restaurant with real service). I now understand the 3.3 rating.

08/05/2026: Quick service, good menu selection and decent daily specials. It's a shame the brasserie is so noisy.

19/07/2026: Nothing amazing, but far from bad either. It was a bit dark in the evening, but whatever. The atmosphere was so-so when we arrived.

21/06/2026: Customers wearing shirts and loafers are refused entry, according to the security guard: "Loafers are not going to be allowed."

24/07/2026: Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late and was misled by the restaurant's attractive appearance. The service was friendly, but the food was nowhere near restaurant quality. I ended up with a stomachache. It's okay for an expensive beer, but otherwise, steer clear... and the toilets were filthy.

23/07/2026: Terrible service. The dishes were very dirty. The glasses looked like they'd been taken from other people without being washed and then brought to us. There were lip prints on the glasses. The pizza was dry and tasteless, like something straight from the freezer. The owner is extremely rude. I don't recommend anyone go there because for a lot of money, you'll get a bad meal and be treated rudely.

17/07/2026: We had a very bad experience with the waitress, who was particularly unpleasant and unwelcoming. Her attitude clearly gave the impression that she didn't want to be there or do her job. A warm welcome and good service are essential elements in a bar, and unfortunately, this really ruined our experience. If she doesn't like her job or doesn't want to interact with customers, perhaps she should consider something else, as her behavior gives the establishment a very bad image. I hope management will take this kind of behavior into account, because a customer comes first and foremost to have a good time and be properly welcomed.

29/07/2026: 1. Very unpleasant server, ordered a McFlurry. Instead of M&M's and caramel, we received vanilla ice cream with nothing else, all after a 30-minute wait.

28/07/2026: Honestly, not great. Two items were missing from the order. The burgers were cold. The tray wasn't very clean. And to top it all off, I think I got food poisoning. I felt nauseous for over an hour after eating... I don't recommend it. Plus, the trash and empty dishes were overflowing. I feel like throwing up just thinking about it.

26/05/2026: Thank you for welcoming our group of motorcyclists. Our bikes are safe in your hangar 👍 The restoration is fantastic 👍. A renovation is definitely in order. 😉 A stop to keep in mind for a motorcycle trip.

15/05/2026: The hotel is well-located but too outdated. It's a good place to stay while visiting the zoo. It's hard to see why it's a three-star hotel. The room wasn't clean, with numerous cobwebs everywhere. However, the staff is very friendly. I wouldn't particularly recommend this establishment.

27/05/2026: The manager was unfriendly, very demanding, took no responsibility towards me, showed no friendliness, and the simple menu was expensive and very limited.

25/07/2026: I just had my worst experience with Uber Eats and Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza using the "buy one get one free" offer. When it arrived, I discovered that the pizzas were ridiculously small. The portions had clearly been reduced: it felt like they were selling two mini-pizzas for the price of one. I've never seen pizzas this small. On top of that, the amount charged by Uber Eats didn't match the price displayed at the time of ordering. And to top it all off, the Pizza Hut receipt showed yet another amount. Three different amounts for the same order is completely unacceptable. Between the reduced portions and the billing inconsistencies, this experience is outrageous. I feel cheated and I find these practices highly questionable. I will never order from Pizza Hut again, especially the one in Saint-Maur.

23/06/2026: It's a great spot for quick pizza. The place isn't really suitable for eating in. The menu is standard Pizza Hut, and the pizzas are hot when you pick them up.
