31/07/2026: Very disappointed, it's not what it used to be. The steak had no flavor, including the sauces (pepper and tomato). The "mega mousse" was too runny, the lemon tart had a chewing gum topping, and the muffin was as hard as a brick. The result was a stomach ache that's lasted 48 hours, and I haven't been able to eat anything. Better me than my children! Never again!

07/03/2026: This restaurant is Italian in name only. The decor is questionable, the staff unfriendly, and the food is extremely poor. The lasagna was swimming in cream (which is definitely not Italian) to the point of being inedible, and the side salad arrived without dressing. It was impossible to even get a vegetarian pizza "without mushrooms," clearly due to pre-prepared frozen ingredients. For a high price, the quality and service are unacceptable. A very disappointing experience—avoid it.

13/06/2026: Very average staff, cleanliness OK, very uncomfortable bed, caravan-cabin shower, sink the size of a bowl, no soundproofing, impossible to close the shutter, and to top it all off, the person at reception, owner or not, didn't even ask us if we had a good night, very poor, I do not recommend it at all.

27/05/2026: No problems with the booking or check-in. Regarding our room (triple), the bathroom/toilet was open to the bedroom (the wall didn't reach the ceiling), which was rather inconvenient. Cleanliness was fine. The room is very old with an uneven floor and poor insulation (the double glazing was very good). The air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast was good.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

25/06/2026: I was in this establishment a week ago and witnessed the terrible service. The cashier was more focused on his phone than on serving customers, and the bartender, whose name was Zarah, was clearly stressed and unprofessional. The final stage of service was impersonal. The cashier always seems to forget his name is Iassir; he even forgot to bring the cake we bought and went to retrieve it with a complete lack of motivation. The stress and laziness of the staff were palpable.

06/07/2026: It's a shame the fries are frozen. Avoid the carbonara. It's more like beef bourguignon with fries... Deplorable. Furthermore, the portions are insufficient. The service is poorly managed. Different dishes for the same table aren't served at the same time. We eat at different times. The only thing that's rather nice is the setting. In short, a negative experience.

15/02/2026: Upon arrival at the hotel, the welcome was perfect. The place is magnificent. However, once we got to the hotel restaurant, the nightmare began. Disastrous service, cold food, and don't even get me started on the wait (1 hour and 10 minutes between each course). Running a restaurant isn't something you can just wing. Leave it to the professionals and go sell snacks instead. I think that would be better. 😡😡😡

27/06/2026: Sandwich/drink combo €7.95, ham and butter sandwich €4.20, so €3.75 for a can of soda. I think the prices need to be reviewed... That said, the soda was cold and the sandwich was fine.

14/06/2026: It's industrial bakery stuff (defrosted sandwiches with reconstituted chicken, reconstituted ham, etc.), so it's safe to say the products are pretty unhealthy. I bought some cookies sold in packs of three at the checkout, half price, because they were supposedly "overcooked." To be honest, they weren't overcooked at all, some were even pale, but they were dry and stale. At €1.70 a cookie on sale, it's highway robbery. They ended up in the bin. Frankly, nothing beats traditional, artisanal bread.

08/11/2025: Shameful! I made a reservation for my birthday, it was confirmed, so I arrived on time and on the day I booked, only to find the restaurant closed. There were no signs, no posts on their Instagram mentioning the closure, especially since the reservation had been confirmed by email and text message. Thanks for ruining my birthday!

27/10/2025: I had reserved a table via the website. Reservation confirmed. We showed up on Sunday, October 26th, and what a surprise. It said "closed." I don't know if it's permanently closed. We had to find another solution. And to top it all off, this morning I received a message asking how my meal went. It's better to laugh about it...

02/08/2026: The prices have gone up... the Tennessee burger is no longer included in the €9.99 meal deal with drinks, but now it's a €11.99 dish without drinks (€2 more 😮‍💨), but their vegetables are very good 👌

01/08/2026: It's been a while since I've been to Flunch; the food quality leaves much to be desired. The cooking needs improvement, the pepper sauce is tasteless, and the steak is low-quality.

14/06/2026: Despite a previous review already mentioning nighttime disturbances, I had a terrible night. A refrigeration compressor, located directly opposite the rooms, kicks on every half hour. Furthermore, the interior soundproofing is inadequate: we could constantly hear the neighbors, which is seriously lacking in privacy. Unfortunately, it seems the hotel doesn't take customer feedback seriously. As for the service, the reception staff were frankly unfriendly. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was plentiful and decent. It's a shame the rest of the experience didn't live up to it.

24/04/2026: I had a terrible experience today at the sandwich shop. I ordered a banh mi, the person told me to go pay, they prepared a bag with my dessert and drink and handed it to me at the counter (the instructions were in very poor French; I asked two people what desserts were included in the menu and they didn't really know). In the end, I left without my banh mi (it wasn't in the bag) and had to come back.

02/04/2026: This used to be my go-to lunch spot, whether for the freshness of their bowls or their more comforting dishes. Unfortunately, I've noticed a significant decline over time. First, the portion sizes have shrunk considerably, especially the protein, while the prices are among the highest in the neighborhood. The value for money has become very difficult to justify. The final straw was the incident: I found a very long hair, deeply embedded in my dish. It was so thoroughly incorporated that I had to pull on it for a while to remove it. It's both disgusting and completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. It's all the more regrettable because I used to enjoy this place. But at this price point, one has the right to expect impeccable standards and cleanliness. I won't be going back.

27/07/2026: Ordered two pizzas tonight: disappointed by the poor quality of the merguez sausage and the lack of hot sauce. Furthermore, the prices listed on the website were completely different from the price charged upon delivery: "Oh yes, those are the old prices," was their response to our surprise. It's a shame, and for all these reasons, we won't be ordering again.

10/06/2026: Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had problems with our orders. Today, we ordered three burgers, one of which arrived… without a patty. Yes, a burger without meat. Mistakes happen, but when they're repeated regularly, it becomes annoying. It's really frustrating to have to check every order, wondering what's going to be missing this time. I hope they'll pay a little more attention to order preparation in the future.

16/06/2026: Arrived for lunch at 13:30,was told they are closed, even though people were sitting outside. The opening and closing times stated are incorrect. A strange way to do business.
