21/07/2026: Very disappointing! A small, defrosted pizza! Served on a large plate when it would be more appropriate for a child's meal. The salad, accompanied by a commercial dressing—ideal for anyone on a diet—was practically empty. The service was mediocre. The open windows ventilate the room, let in wasps, and also offer a view of the numerous trucks and other vehicles passing by. A very disappointing experience; the food was bland and expensive for what little there was.

10/04/2026: We wanted to move a section of the "divisible" sofas for our table of 14, and the waiter gave us a very curt and directive response, with no customer service whatsoever. As a result, we didn't finish our drinks and left...

28/03/2026: We just got back from the Arc 1600 ski resort, so we stopped by this bar... super welcoming for an amazing karaoke night with our group of friends (the sausages 😉). We had the time of our lives. Thanks for the great evening and your hospitality. La Goffa Lolita, the best music ever! 😁

18/07/2026: Our first order, placed on July 12th, arrived without any fries. After calling and speaking with a manager, he offered to come and collect our fries without any compensation. A bit much. After further discussion, he agreed to offer us a free meal on our next visit in exchange for the fries. However, after visiting today, no one seems to know anything about this, and a manager there apparently told us that only the fries from our last order would be added (again, without any compensation or goodwill gesture). Broken promises and a disagreement between different people...

18/07/2026: Thieves, there's no other word for it! My husband and I placed a delivery order on July 12th, just before closing time. When it arrived, several items were missing. We then spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with different staff members, each transferring us to someone else. Finally, we spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who explained that he couldn't do anything immediately, but that on our next visit, we would receive a free meal as compensation. So today we went to the restaurant. First person: she wasn't aware of the problem. Second person, who seemed to be the manager: she told us, in a particularly arrogant tone, that she could offer us… two portions of fries. Seriously? We paid for delivery, items were missing from our order, we made the trip, and all they offer us is two fries? It's truly unacceptable. Beyond the order error, what's most shocking is the lack of professionalism, poor communication between teams, and disregard for customers. A very disappointing experience and a service that was anything but customer-friendly.

21/07/2026: While I was eating, we saw two rats casually wandering around the restaurant. The restaurant's hygiene is clearly lacking, and the tables were dirty.

22/07/2026: As a loyal customer, I regularly buy lunch deals at this deli. Today, I received an appalling welcome from a young saleswoman (with two-tone curly hair) when we asked her for cutlery (tabouleh is a takeaway lunch deal without cutlery... it's difficult). She vehemently justified not being able to provide any because... she was out. This had already happened two days earlier. It's true that Franprix and Monoprix are only about fifty meters from the shop.... A simple "Sorry, the boss has a delivery scheduled for tomorrow" or "I'll go on my break" would have been better than taking it out on a regular customer. This lack of cutlery could have remained a minor issue, but it turned into a major turn-off. I hope it's just a summer job, because I'm not sure this young woman will have a long career in customer service and sales.

12/07/2026: The service was appalling, and the quality of the products was completely inadequate for the price. Very disappointing!

09/07/2026: Fast food restaurant, like a canteen, you take a tray, fill it with food and pay at the cash register, large portions (with an 8-year-old child we took one for two). If you just need to eat, then this is the place, don't expect much from the restaurant, you won't get the charm of French cuisine here. We took french fries and a type of breaded chop, it's delicious

03/07/2026: Horrible experience. I went there on a school trip. I found worms and insects in the food, and the owner, despite showing him photos as proof, denied everything and even shrugged his shoulders. There were cockroaches and roaches running across the floor, walls, and ceiling. The food was subpar, leftover from the day before. Over half my class got sick after our third dinner there, and we refused to go back. Absolutely awful.

25/01/2026: The restaurant is permanently closed despite confirmed reservations.

16/04/2026: I thought I could eat well, I ordered on Uber Eats, my son found pieces of bone in his chicken tikka, and my other son had a stomach ache all night and of course unfortunately I spent part of the night in the toilet, stomach ache and cold sweats, in short, hell.

28/03/2026: We had the opportunity to dine here as a family today, and we wanted to leave an honest review. We were very pleasantly surprised. The entire team deserves praise for their professionalism and dedication. You can feel their genuine passion for their work and their desire to do things well, which is reflected in both the welcome and the service. The portions are very generous, the dishes are high quality, and the price is quite reasonable. The service is attentive and efficient, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is also very attractive and clean, which adds to the pleasure of the meal. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. We sincerely hope that the establishment can continue to maintain this positive energy.

13/06/2026: The food was alright. But the service, and especially the owner, was really unpleasant. We'll never be back.

10/06/2026: The owner is awful; she literally yells at her poor waitress, grumbles when we ask if we can come in because the wind has picked up and it's cold outside, even though there's plenty of room inside. There's no eye contact, she mutters under her breath, and makes us feel incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like a kid being scolded by his first-grade teacher for dropping his pencil case. It's ridiculous. Not even a simple "Did everything go well?" when we paid the bill, and it was probably for the best because the food is basic, tasteless, and practically school cafeteria fare, and I wouldn't have hesitated to tell her so. This restaurant doesn't have the customers it deserves. Avoid it at all costs.

27/07/2026: Disgusting cocktail, over a 45-minute wait for two rib-eye steaks even though the restaurant was empty. The waitress was far too familiar and only talked about tips. The meat was full of gristle and rubbery. You ask for the bill, they don't even give you a receipt and then don't bring you your change. My advice: don't go there.

26/07/2026: The manager of the establishment is haughty and unpleasant. You order a milkshake, and they automatically add whipped cream with gelatin, of course, without asking your opinion. I refused the order and instead got a non-alcoholic mojito during happy hour, advertised at €7, but they charged me €10 because it was non-alcoholic. The service was slow and unfriendly, with no clear instructions when ordering. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I certainly won't be going back.

09/07/2026: A takeaway order, served by a very unfriendly waitress: the crab claw fritters still had the shells on, and the same for the unpeeled shrimp fritters. It's shameful, I almost lost a tooth.

27/05/2026: Honestly, this was my first time here, and the woman was really unwelcoming. I felt like my presence bothered her. I asked for a sauce, and she sighed and said "Oh la la." Even a child asked her why she sighed, but she didn't answer. To make matters worse, she didn't close the container at all and let several other customers go ahead of me. Thanks for the terrible service; I'll never come back. Don't hire employees who can't even say a simple hello to a customer when they come in.

24/06/2026: I don't even know where to start. Actually, we might come back, but I hate the system that doesn't clean, that towels are changed for a fee. The apartment wasn't 100% clean and its couch deserved a new one, don't be angry, but we had to buy a blanket and put it over the couch. Everywhere you could hear from the staff that they don't speak English, so what could they do since they work in tourism. Free pool at the apartment, but for a fee by the sea. The beach was extra dirty but the sea and water were beautiful. Watch out for the road, cars go there like crazy.

10/12/2025: It's true that the managers haven't managed to make this place appealing. But that doesn't really concern me because I've always done takeout. For that, it does the job. The products are fresh and the prices haven't gone up in years.

16/07/2026: Often when you order something is missing and it's often cold. It's very disappointing when you go after a certain time; if you order nuggets or a burger, it's too dry because it's been kept warm for too long.
