01/09/2026: A lovely morning on a beautiful terrace. The shop was immaculate with a magnificent view of the cathedral. And what can I say about the wonderful, kind, and warm smile of our waitress, Charlotte? There's no better place to start your day than here. I highly recommend it, and thank you so much for the warm welcome. I will definitely be back.

19/08/2026: I paid 9 euros for an espresso, a macchiato, and two plain croissants. The plain croissants were like plastic, completely stale, and the same price as a fresh one. Go to Paul, it's better and decent. Disappointed with Dreher bakery

06/06/2026: Good place to sleep near Toulouse airport. Very busy, but it was good to get some rest.

01/06/2026: We didn't sleep a wink in room 56. There were constantly people outside the door smoking because there were ashtrays. As a result, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We finally managed to fall asleep around 2:00 AM and were woken up at 5:00 AM by the first smokers, who were talking loudly. Despite asking them to speak more quietly, nothing changed. We were supposed to stay in the area once a week for a month, but we ended up booking somewhere else.

19/08/2026: It's a scam! They don't actually weigh the food; they do it quickly and secretly, and then you end up paying a huge price for very little. Plus, the food is mediocre.

17/07/2026: Excellent Asian restaurant in the Saint-Lazare district. The menu is reasonably priced for the area, and the portions are quite generous. We've been customers for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly.

20/09/2026: Prime location, execrable service — proof that real estate doesn't run a café. The Tops The location is genuinely excellent, right next to the métro. That's it. That's the list. The Meh The service is execrable, plain and simple. The waitress greets you like you've personally ruined her day, then brings your order whenever she feels like it — no urgency, no consistency. My first coffee arrived lukewarm. The second arrived cold, forcing us to send it back and ask again. The croissant was tasteless, which at this point felt almost fitting. 21/09/2026: That day we had a long wait because out of four people present, only one was taking our order. Furthermore, serving homemade hot chocolate in a cardboard cup is barely acceptable. Fortunately, the pastries were excellent.

18/09/2026: Excellent dinner at Le Phénix! After reading the recent reviews, I was a little worried... However, the food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. A successful and delicious birthday celebration! Thank you for the generous portions and the particularly exquisite spring rolls. I highly recommend this restaurant, and frankly, I don't understand the recent negative comments at all. Go for it! The food is worth the trip.

03/09/2026: This is one of the worst Vietnamese restaurants I've ever eaten. The waitresses are very unfriendly, and the prices are far too high for the mediocre and tasteless quality. I strongly advise against the chicken satay and the sweet and sour pork!

25/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. To begin with, we wanted to order a set menu, which was unfortunately no longer available. So we settled for frozen chicken tenders with fries, at €15.50 a plate. The frozen fries were extremely greasy: as we ate them, the oil literally dripped onto our lips. For that price, we expected much better quality. Given the comments saying "being alone in the kitchen, I can't make homemade fries," there were perhaps six of us customers that evening... We also ordered cans of soda, which were charged at €3.80 instead of €3, which seemed particularly excessive for a single can. When leaving, we asked to take away our leftovers, but apparently there were no bags left. Our leftovers would have been put in a simple chip tray, which we would have had to carry by hand. We were lucky to eat outside, because when it came time to pay, we noticed the state of cleanliness inside: the floor was particularly dirty. Unfortunately, this doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the state of the rest of the establishment, especially the kitchen. The only positive point: the waitress was very kind, welcoming, and pleasant, and she is obviously not responsible for these various problems. We regret not having checked the reviews before coming. This would probably have saved us this disappointment and a high rating for what we ate. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

07/08/2026: We stopped by Hazard for a drink on Wednesday. The welcome was very lukewarm; we were stared at from head to toe by a young woman and a young man, plus a gentleman. The worst part, actually, was the toilets: dilapidated and disgusting, a horror to avoid.

24/06/2026: Hello, I came on June 24, 2026. We ordered three burger meals with macaroni and cheese for €37.70. We were completely ripped off: frozen buns, flat, frozen patties, no salad, and really bad macaroni with cheese that tasted like chemicals, not dairy at all. It was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here; avoid it at all costs.
