18/07/2026: We arrived at 9 am after a 10-hour drive to our holiday destination. The egg machine was broken, so no breakfast burgers. For the donuts, the kids chose sugar and chocolate, but we had to order only the sugar ones (after pre-ordering) because the chocolate ones weren't thawed.

17/07/2026: A disgrace!! €5 for an ice cream that's less generously filled than a plain sundae. And the staff can't do anything about it... Avoid at all costs!

06/08/2026: More mistakes on a pizza order, and they're getting worse and worse! This bakery is really going downhill! Disappointing!!!

16/07/2026: Beware, don't rely on the restaurant's website; this place no longer offers a full meal service, only crepes. We made a reservation for a romantic evening, and what a nasty surprise we had upon arrival. The welcome was very ordinary, the service poor, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhappy.

13/07/2026: Honestly, birthday cakes are a complete joke. We're not even allowed to have the whole thing anymore, just because there are two of us. And it's not even the same as it used to be. A birthday cake is supposed to bring joy, not make you look like you're cutting corners on everything. It's really a shame to see how much it's changed.

19/02/2026: Very disappointed. You call at 11:30 am, opening hours, to place an order, and the guy tells you he can only make pizzas at noon because he can't. It's really not very customer-friendly. Then they tell you you're not supporting small businesses.

24/05/2026: The waiter was pleasant, but the brunette waitress was as unpleasant as could be! I was followed by a lot of unfriendly people and told the waitress, asking her to take the dance floor side to avoid them on the way out. Her response: "No, there are people dancing on the dance floor." As a young woman, and feeling a bit intimidated by the situation with a mature woman, I wasn't expecting this! If I were younger, I would have recommended it to many people for its friendly atmosphere, but AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you're a woman!!!! Absolutely no compassion. I was terrified at the mere thought of facing potentially malicious people, all because "some people are dancing." Extremely unpleasant and leaves young people in distress and in their own mess. Really disappointed, considering what I know of this bar/tobacconist.

07/04/2026: I was at the corner store, I went to buy rolling papers, and the saleswoman was incredibly rude, a woman with curly hair and a flower in her hair. Frankly, I didn't say anything because I wanted my papers, and she seemed like the type who wouldn't sell them to me if I made a fuss. I don't recommend it unless you have an extreme nicotine emergency.

22/07/2026: While fairly well located, I agree with some of the reviews already given: excessive price for mediocre quality, wine served warm and corked, Pavlova with too much cream and very little meringue…

19/07/2026: Please mention before ordering that there is a minimum spend of €10 per card.

28/05/2026: I find it unacceptable that a manager would speak to his employees like that, while they themselves remain cheerful despite the situation. I come here every day, and this behavior is commonplace. Even this week, they're shouting insults, making it clear to us customers that we're not welcome. My thoughts are with the young sales assistants who are so pleasant and make us want to come back despite everything.

31/03/2026: The station is fairly well-served, but the major drawback is the lack of an elevator to change platforms or to exit the station when you have luggage or are in a wheelchair... Edit 2026: FINALLY, ELEVATORS!

11/02/2026: The 7:15 train that takes off for Dijon on time? I love it. The Lyon-Dijon express trains really should follow this example; it would make things much more comfortable. I'm forced to take the shorter one to avoid any problems. Just yesterday, the express was cancelled.

15/05/2026: Tbh we were here only for the coffee so nothing about the food… but the cappuccino was, well, French? So a glass full of milk with a bit of coffee taste and loads of cocoa. At top price.

12/07/2026: We're regulars at this place, but for the first time we were very disappointed. The fries were cold and reheated, the bread roll was stale, and the meat was tough. We'll hesitate to come back.

14/07/2026: The owners are very friendly, as is the staff. During periods of intense heat, the air-conditioned dining room is a real plus. The food is generally good, as are the kebabs. The only downside is the fries, which are often undercooked or even raw, which is a shame. The prices are reasonable compared to other places.

03/07/2026: Frankly, I was disappointed with my experience. For a kebab costing €8.50, the container was practically full of fries with very little meat, barely a tiny amount. It left me wanting more; the quality/quantity ratio was poor. I expected better for the price.

09/07/2026: The manager is incredibly rude and impolite. I don't live far from this bakery, but I'm very disappointed with the service. I know there's another one nearby, so I definitely won't be going back.

11/06/2026: I went to get a pastry for my girlfriend today, June 11th, around 6 pm! And the saleswoman was super friendly and welcoming! It was so nice!

14/09/2025: Avoid at all costs!!! Endless wait! Appalling service, the manager gets offended when customers mention the wait 😄 The only positive thing about the experience was chatting with the other tables since we were all in the same boat. Move along, except for Etchebest if you happen to be reading this…

13/09/2025: Waited over an hour for a pizza. The fries were served cold, the mussels were mediocre to very mediocre, and the service was deplorable. I absolutely do not recommend it for an aperitif; wait an hour and everything arrives at once.

15/07/2026: One of the worst meals of my life... First, there was a nauseating smell of sewage throughout the dining room. Then, burnt fries, a flank steak cooked in a deep fryer (the meat was rolled up, oozing oil, and tasted like it had been fried), wilted salad, chicken supremes (for my mother) that weren't supremes at all, but just a plain piece of chicken with bone and skin, overcooked, and defrosted, mass-produced desserts... I ate out of politeness and hunger; I shouldn't have. My stomach hurt all afternoon. All this for a high price! The waitresses were very professional, but that was the only redeeming quality; otherwise, it's a complete rip-off.

11/07/2026: No sense of customer service. They refused to replace a glass of wine (there was a wasp in it), saying it wasn't their fault... lol. So they have the nerve to bring me the same glass without the wasp... what a joke. For a €6.50 glass, they lost a customer (I went there 4 or 5 times), but I think they don't care. The owner has no sense of customer service. A shame in this profession. I won't be going back on principle.
