29/05/2026: We arrived at 6:18 PM to order a hot chocolate. To our surprise, the young employee responded very rudely, telling us she no longer made hot chocolates. However, the establishment displayed a closing time of 7:00 PM, so there were still more than 40 minutes left before closing time. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

03/07/2026: During our meal, my colleague and I saw rats or mice, not just one, but two or three in less than a second. They were leaving the kitchen when a waitress opened the door and then securely closed it with a fire extinguisher to prevent them from forcing it open. We had to leave our food and pay without saying anything because the owner seemed aggressive and very unsettling.

03/07/2026: This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. I've never seen anything like it. The hygiene was catastrophic and disgusting. The bar was right in front of the tables, and they were washing dishes without detergent in front of the customers and drying the cutlery poorly. Everything was dirty. Then, when I went to the restroom, I saw rats running around; it gave me chills. I recommend closing this restaurant. The service was awful too. The owner was vulgar and constantly shouting; it was a really strange atmosphere. The waiter was also unpleasant. I've never seen anything like it, and I'm sure nothing is registered in this restaurant. Nothing is right in this restaurant: no respect, no hygiene, it's just not good at all.

29/10/2025: Well, I've never had that happen before! We came in the evening, Tuesday, for dinner. We were seated, the girl left and stopped talking to us; she went outside to chat. Anyway, a man came up and asked us what we wanted. We told him we hadn't received the cards, and he replied, "Go look outside at the board." I forgot, "I didn't print them out (mistake #1, see #2)." Given the way we left! So, we went outside and chose. Seriously, the nerve!! (We asked for two dishes, namely, stuffed vegetables and fish soup.) He said: "Oh, well, there aren't any left!" Wow! They really went too far. We had started our beers; I only drink with food, so we hadn't finished. He offered them to us! The least he could do...🤪 If they had a busy lunch service (which I can understand), they should have closed in the evening, or crossed out the dishes, or told us before making us go outside to choose! Sir, I hereby name you world champion of "I don't give a damn!" So we left and ate at a more expensive restaurant across the street, but absolutely Delicious, a lovely restaurant owner! Dear restaurant owner, Forever...!!! DON'T TAKE IT TOO FAR. Signed. Var vacationers!!!!

11/10/2025: Just perfect service, a super friendly boss and a more than perfect employee. A truly exquisite meal with a very good starter (really very good panisse) and a truly perfect pizza, I highly recommend it.

17/07/2026: I had a wonderful time with my sweetheart despite the crowds, which they handled very well. The staff was efficient, and to top it all off, we thoroughly enjoyed our perfectly cooked ribeye steaks and the chef's tiramisu! I highly recommend this place; we'll be back very soon.

23/07/2026: @McDonald’s France, is this really the level of training and management you expect from your managers? As a vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian product. Since the packaging didn't have the usual label, I asked an employee to confirm that it was indeed the correct sandwich. He assured me that it was. After I started eating it, I discovered that it was actually a chicken sandwich. I went to inform the manager. Instead of apologizing, she replied, "It's not a big deal, you didn't eat pork." This remark is disrespectful and shows a profound disregard for customers' dietary beliefs. Even worse, she denigrated her own employees, declaring that they "can't do anything right" and that they are "good-for-nothings." Is this how a manager is supposed to talk about their team? Mistakes happen. However, this manager's lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, and behavior are unacceptable. I expect McDonald's France to train its managers to respect both customers and their staff.

22/07/2026: A very bad experience. I ordered a McDonald's Veggie and received a chicken sandwich. Being vegetarian, I asked an employee for confirmation, and he assured me it was indeed the vegetarian option. Trusting this information, I ordered a second one. That's when I discovered the truth: the second sandwich was indeed a Veggie, with packaging and contents completely different from the first. It was therefore obvious that the first sandwich was a Chicken, not a vegetarian product. Beyond this particularly serious error for people with specific dietary choices, the manager's attitude was deplorable. She was unpleasant, condescending, and spoke to us with great disdain. When we asked for a refund, she even denigrated her own staff, saying, "They're useless, what do you want me to say?" I want to emphasize that this behavior is unacceptable, both towards customers and employees. My best wishes to the team that has to work under these conditions.

03/08/2026: I ordered two Mango Dragonfruit Refresha, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with this drink. I saw the staff had filled the cup with tap water making it extremely diluted and flavorless. On top of that, there were no freeze-dried dragonfruit pieces added at all, which is a standard part of the drink. I ended up throwing both drinks away because they were undrinkable. This was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I hope Starbucks will look into the quality control at this store and ensure drinks are prepared according to the recipe.

01/08/2026: As a loyal Starbucks customer worldwide, I have never experienced anything like this. I ordered two cakes and two iced Americanos, but we received an iced latte—and even the Americano size was wrong. When we asked to fix it, the male cashier (Keem/Keen) became visibly hostile and argued with us. ​Later, he approached our table agitated, aggressively demanding I take a refund for a "third" Americano. Even after showing my receipt proving I only paid for two, he kept raising his voice until I accepted the refund just to end the confrontation. ​I can understand order mistakes or language barriers, but repeatedly messing up basic orders and taking anger out on customers is completely unacceptable.

21/06/2026: Avoid at all costs!! I bought two tarts that I ordered a week ago and what a huge disappointment for Father's Day!! €27 for two tarts, the pastry was soggy, the cream was dry, and the strawberries were wilted. It's a disgrace!! I do not recommend it!!

02/06/2026: Today's menu featured Caesar salad. Result: disastrous. Lots of salad, but none of the ingredients were there, not even the dressing (a small jar of balsamic vinegar). The container was a sham, with a false bottom to limit the amount. In short, we won't be repeating the experience.

02/08/2026: WARNING, this McDonald's no longer accepts ANCV holiday vouchers, just to save time and easily take credit card payments... dirty table, no more sauces, that was our last time...

29/07/2026: Hello, This was my worst experience ever!!! Tonight I ordered to eat in. We waited over an hour. We received less than a quarter of our order, and there were five of us... meaning only one person got to eat, and even then, the food was cold. The waiter panicked when we told him the order wasn't complete. Plus, the tables outside are filthy!!! Avoid this place if you don't want to waste your time and eat properly. On top of that, we paid €71; we should have gone to a decent brasserie.

08/07/2026: The price/quality ratio is very poor, especially the excessively expensive pastries!

02/07/2026: Despite the friendly service, well-organized space, and good food with generous portions, I observed wasps in the display cases. One of the servers saw the wasps but did nothing. I understand that in the summer these kinds of insects might be attracted to the area, however, solutions could be considered.

27/06/2026: Be careful to know how to treat customers properly; some employees think they're something they're not, they're just there to be seen and don't care about the customers. I used to stop by every Saturday, but now the staff aren't up to their usual standards.

18/06/2026: This morning I was greeted by a welcoming, smiling, and above all, dynamic woman who managed both the setup and the cash register completely independently. Well done!

04/08/2026: This "restaurant" is a joke! The service was quick for the four set menus, but when my partner went to get the ice cream, a staff member was doing something completely different, chatting with colleagues instead of attending to customers. The person who arrived before us had to wait 30 to 40 minutes before being served—a disgrace!

31/07/2026: I've seen some terrible McDonald's, but this one takes the cake. An hour's wait only for them to mess up the order TWICE and put three fries in the package... seriously, avoid this place. It's a shame you can't give it zero stars. I'm absolutely certain I'd drive a few extra kilometers to avoid having to repeat the experience. Unacceptable.

31/07/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have! I ordered two McFlurries: a Daim caramel and a M&M caramel... I ended up with one McFlurry that had everything but barely any caramel, and I had to ask for the second one... I also ended up with a bad order where there wasn't even any caramel... it was practically just vanilla ice cream with no topping! Plus, the Daim didn't look like Daim at all, but like orange shavings?? I wasted my money and my time... I won't be going back.

03/07/2026: Horrible, avoid at all costs! The service was unpleasant, and the waitress didn't even smile. The cook was about as friendly as a prison door, the toilets were disgusting, and the food was cold. The price isn't too bad, but I strongly advise against it for those with sensitive stomachs.

01/07/2026: Even upon arrival, the aquariums could have been cleaned; it wasn't very inviting. Then there were the food options, no choice, and the hygiene and restrooms were terrible. And frankly, Marie's ham and butter was a bit of a slog. I wouldn't recommend it, first and last time.

28/07/2026: An early riser this morning, I decided to settle down on the terrace of this bakery with its breathtaking view of the church. The croissant went down a treat, from my palate to my stomach. The service lives up to the legendary location; the staff are smiling, cheerful, and always ready to help their fellow customers. Come and have your coffee here without hesitation; you'll definitely be back.

27/07/2026: SCAM I went to order a passion fruit and clementine juice for €4. The woman filled the cup with ice. I asked her not to add any; I could smell the scam coming. She insisted. I repeated that I didn't want ice, and she said okay: she added some anyway. And what did I see? She filled half the cup with tap water and put the equivalent of two tablespoons of it in my cup. So I paid €4 for tap water. I was shocked.

07/07/2026: This waiter is incredibly unpleasant, speaks rudely, and treats customers like dirt. He's truly depressing. If he doesn't like his job, he should quit instead of behaving like this.
