13/05/2026: Every time I go to the Drive, there's always something missing from the order. It's becoming really worrying and annoying.

28/04/2026: A 20-minute wait at the drive-thru at 11:30 AM, only to find they were out of ice cream at the end. I had to honk for a good two minutes before someone came back and made it for me right away. This would be just an isolated incident if it were the first time... (I've already waited 10 minutes at the counter for the ice cream to be placed near the window from the start, and several times sandwiches were missing or I hadn't ordered, etc.) It's a shame; before (at least a year ago), it wasn't like this. The service was fast and seamless.

16/05/2026: On May 16, 2026, only two self-service kiosks were working, the rest were out of order. There was no table service despite numerous staff members wandering around. The ice cream machine was out of order, and the sandwiches were cold. This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Your competitors, Burger King, are far superior.

24/07/2026: Pay attention to the contents of your orders! As a regular customer, I know they make their profit on small items (books, sauces). This happens repeatedly (at least half the time), so instructions have probably been given to the staff. Disappointing and disrespectful to customers.

21/07/2026: The McDonald's Passy restaurant is clean and welcoming. The only downsides are the incredibly long wait times during peak hours and holidays (which is normal), but this is much less understandable during school holidays. In any case, plan ahead if you're going. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and available to help with ordering at the kiosks, and the table service is good. No negative points.

01/05/2026: There are ants and cockroaches on the food. I don't recommend them; their food is unhealthy.

27/04/2026: To begin with, the service was a bit complicated from the start, and I found it difficult to get used to right away, but the location is interesting for a strategic spot. I think it's good that you can have this kind of thing, even if you think the opposite, but in any case, it makes a difference. You can see the cafe's resources, which is good; it must be like that, in truth. I think it's good, not very expensive, and also well located and accessible. For my part, go there with confidence and a little caution; it remains friendly nonetheless, and all types of people, and a large Chinese community in the neighborhood, which is normal in Belleville. 10/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the owner and her daughter. We ordered two salads and a medium portion of fries to eat by the sea and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh, high-quality ingredients. The owner, Estelle, is incredibly generous and readily recommended other restaurants in Cayeux. She clearly loves her town!

10/08/2026: Unpleasant staff, outdated answering machine, open Wednesday to Saturday, impossible to order on-site, probably too many tourists for them to be polite and respectful. I don't recommend it if you're saving your smile for the evening.

31/01/2026: I've never seen a McDonald's this bad. Please change the manager.

29/01/2026: They called me from the wrong number and then dared to criticize me behind the counter next to their colleagues. All they had to do was do their job properly and give the correct number. Very disappointed.

25/05/2026: We came for a baguette and a drink, the waiter asked if we wanted to take it with us or eat here. We decided to eat on site, paid for the products and wondered why the bill was significantly higher than it should have been. So the price was almost double the price if you stayed to eat on site. At first they didn't even want to give us a receipt. At least don't go to eat on site. The food wasn't so good that I would even order anything from here to take away in the future.

24/05/2026: Today I had to leave this Paul store without buying anything because there was almost no choice of cold drinks. It's not so much the drinks themselves that I'm upset about; they explained it was due to the store not being stocked, which I can understand. But the way the staff made us wait—1) because the drinks weren't available, and 2) TALKED to us—please, at least be polite! I can tolerate being spoken to in an awful tone, but the person at the counter talking to my mother as if she'd just committed a war crime when all she wanted was to order some cold drinks—wow. My mother was very upset and upset, and we obviously left. Running out of stock happens, but being polite is the bare minimum.

18/04/2026: It's truly sad, the feeling of seeing a giant (Flunch), once a benchmark, wither away like this is heartbreaking. The cashier also makes the fries 🍟 The buffet isn't replenished often enough, the staff are exhausted, which is understandable. It's tasteless, dirty, gloomy, and depressing. The CEO needs to wake up. Flunch is finished for me, I'll never go back.

15/04/2026: The atmosphere this morning was catastrophic and oppressive. The cook was very bitter and really unfriendly. He served me raw, undercooked fish, and I wanted my steak rare, but it ended up being very well-done. When I pointed this out, he started complaining and shouting, "I'm all alone in the kitchen, I'm fed up!" In short, avoid this place! To top it all off, the staff were arguing amongst themselves in front of everyone—a disgrace!

01/08/2026: The terrace is very spacious, pleasant, and centrally located, perfect for a break after exploring Antibes. The staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive throughout our meal. We were also finally able to enjoy a refreshing beer, which was very welcome given the heat that day. The food, however, was quite average. My steak was very thin and overcooked, while the side dishes seemed reheated. We felt the price was high for the quality of the food, although the excellent location probably also plays a role. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and service more than the food itself.

26/07/2026: The security guards are useless; apparently they enjoy women being harassed. The parking lot is completely unsupervised, full of guys high on drugs who aren't even customers of the club. We get insulted and spat on because we don't want to talk to them, and in front of everyone, but the guards prefer to violently push us women when we try to defend ourselves rather than intervene. If you want to feel safe, go to Terrazza; there the security guards care about everyone's safety, ESPECIALLY WOMEN'S!

06/12/2025: I ordered stir-fried noodles with vegetables, but there were no vegetables! The noodles weren't cooked and tasted burnt! I also ordered stir-fried noodles with chicken, which had only 5 pieces and also tasted burnt. For €26. I won't be back, and I think you'll be closing soon.

26/10/2025: Very pleasant lady at the reception, but their food is not good, chicken ramen, the broth is water, very cooked noodles, frozen commercial breaded chicken, I have never eaten a ramen like that, if you can call it a ramen....2 sushi almost 6e. The tuna ones, canned tuna....in short I would not repeat the experience. The photos outside are very salesmanlike...the reality is not the same at all.

28/10/2025: An unforgettable experience at La Ravioline! For €16, we received such a tiny portion that we thought they'd made a mistake and given us a children's menu. To top it off, there were three hairs in the ravioli, one in each container—a "house touch," no doubt? 🤢 Between the price, the quantity, and the hygiene, it's a complete disaster… Thanks, but no thanks, we'll eat somewhere else next time.

09/09/2025: Very good ravioli, average location. I had a smartbox for €80, the bill was only €73, I wish we had been offered an extra coffee instead of a mandatory tip!
