01/07/2025: One of the best restaurants I visited in Paris, and just a couple minutes from where I was staying in Batignolles. Attentive service, friendly waitress, and divine food. Highly recommend, especially for lunch as it’s very quiet and delightful at that time.

09/07/2025: We almost didn’t make it to this restaurant as L’Etage is hidden behind an old door, but we are so pleased we did. It was the highlight of our stay in Lyon and of our two week holiday in France. Guillame multi-tasks as the waiter, chef and raconteur. The food was exquisite, Michelin star worthy and we loved the choice of wines. Such an intimate space with only 6 tables and fabulous views out onto the square and fountain. We only had a 2 night stay in Lyon but learnt so much of the history from Guillame which really brought the city alive for us. We will be recommending to all our friends. Thankyou Guillame.

25/12/2025: Never disappointed, always top-notch. The alchemy between the pride in presenting a delicate dish and the selection of quality ingredients to create it has been there from the beginning and endures over time, making this restaurant a little gem in Old Antibes. If you feel you've had enough of the tourist trap and want to experience fine cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the right place.

09/07/2025: This evening, on the occasion of my mother's 80th birthday, was perfect. Le Français, a Bourg-en-Bresse institution, and for good reason, everything is done to make you feel good there: the staff, the food, the wine, and the brasserie atmosphere. A big THANK YOU to everyone.
