From the moment the menu is presented, the gentleman transports you into the kitchen with his presentation of the dishes. Everything is absolutely remarkable, from the appetizer to the dessert. All this at a reasonable price for a level that many fine dining establishments don't reach. Go for it!

30/11/2025: A sure bet in the Venice of Normandy. The service is impeccable, very little waiting, attentive, and very pleasant. The food is still excellent, but the desserts have changed in terms of taste and texture (chocolate mousse and caramel cheesecake). The restaurant was full, which is to be expected when you serve such good food. We will definitely return. As mentioned above, we went back to Sadi Carnot. Impeccable service. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. A real treat. One small drawback: the desserts... They are very good, but it would be nice to update the menu because, by the time you arrive, you know them all quite well.

25/01/2026: A wonderful rediscovery of this recently reopened restaurant. The dishes were already excellent, but now they've become true works of art, as beautiful as they are delicious. The change of ownership has brought a real glow-up: a more modern and refined decor, and a smiling, attentive, and caring staff. All this at more than reasonable prices considering the level of service offered. A truly wonderful place that's well worth a visit. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon!

We were very kindly accepted despite that. If you appreciate delicate dishes and inventive cuisine, this is the place to go near the bell tower in Pommard.
