28/06/2026: I just had a wonderful experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Croix: Arborescence (76 rue de la gare). Each dish was an invitation to travel, where the aromas of French cuisine conversed with Asian flavors in a harmony that was as surprising as it was delicate. The chef composes his dishes like works of art: colors, textures, aromas, and tastes interact with remarkable creativity. His wife, who oversees the dining room, accompanies each course with poems and poetic drawings that guide our palates and give an extra touch of soul to the dishes. Everything is exquisitely refined. The flavors and textures awaken the senses and invite us to escape. A beautiful and indulgent interlude that I deeply appreciated in a lovely, discreet setting. For nearly three hours, we were completely transported, right in the heart of Paris. A huge thank you to the Chef for his exquisitely sensitive cuisine and incredible expertise. Thank you also to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. A special thank you to Zac, who prepared a personalized note for us detailing our evening's menu.
