08/08/2026: Hello, opening and closing times are important information for customers... The hours on your website are incorrect, and—unless I'm mistaken—there are no hours posted on the door either. Apart from that... your products are simply excellent; the sourdough baguettes are my favorite.

30/11/2025: We made a reservation on TheFork with a 50% discount, but upon arrival, we received a cold welcome. The waitress said she didn't have the codes for TheFork and that she didn't have our reservation. (The restaurant was empty.) I showed her the confirmation email, but they told me they wouldn't honor the discount after all. We didn't stay.

27/11/2025: This place shouldn't even be called a restaurant! Everything was frozen, undercooked, and poorly presented. The seafood platter consisted of four whelks and five shrimp straight from the freezer bag, and the mixed fish, also frozen, was either completely dry or raw, like the salmon, without salt or oil! The menu was incomplete, with no red wine, and to top it all off, they told us they don't accept credit cards, so we had to rush to the bank to withdraw cash. We had a rough night, with stomach pain and frequent trips to the bathroom. The French consumer protection agency (DGCCRF) should pay them a visit. In short, don't go there!

04/09/2026: More self-checkouts than cashiers 😤 but the worst part is that if you do choose a cashier, you're forced to take a certain route and wait when your number is called. I felt like I was at the social security office. I came to this store once and I'll never set foot in it again.

24/09/2026: I had a terrible experience at Domino's today. A tall, Black young man wearing glasses misunderstood my order. When I pointed out the mistake, he became rude and spoke loudly in front of the other customers... I only understood half of what he was saying... his colleague even agreed with me! I find this particularly regrettable. Even in the case of a misunderstanding, a minimum of respect and professionalism is expected. I hope this incident will be taken seriously.

01/09/2026: We came for lunch today and were served an undercooked chicken cutlet. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she politely told us to shut up, and we had to ask for a refund. Zero customer service. Furthermore, the food is really nothing special.

26/08/2026: I'm not one to complain, but the rosé I ordered was served with ice cubes without my asking. As a result, it was much smaller. The response to my complaint was appalling, and nothing was done. Never again!

26/08/2026: I ordered a 0.2-liter glass of Rosé Pays Doc for €6.10. The wine was served with ice without being asked (which meant there was even less in the glass). This was in contrast to the glass of the guests at the table next to me. When the bill came, they suddenly claimed that I had ordered a more expensive wine costing €8.00 per glass. Something that, of course, can never be proven afterwards. You have been warned; I would definitely choose a different place in the neighborhood!

07/10/2026: I went to the drive-thru, the sandwiches were cold, and the person handing out the bags was awful... no hello, no smile, she practically threw the bag at my head.

28/09/2026: For several months now, as part of my job, I've been regularly eating at this McDonald's, both in the restaurant and at the drive-thru. So I've had plenty of time to form a pretty good opinion of this establishment. Regarding wait times, when you order burgers with drinks or ice cream, you should expect to wait around fifteen minutes. "Fast food," sure... but you clearly shouldn't be in too much of a hurry. 😅 Orders placed in the afternoon are also often particularly long. And as for the meat sandwiches, the quality is sometimes frankly disappointing: unappetizing-looking meat, a rubbery texture, and, on several occasions, missing ingredients, especially the onions that are supposed to accompany the steak. But what struck me most during my visits was the atmosphere you can sometimes hear coming from the staff. On several occasions, I've heard a manager speaking very harshly to the employees, sometimes even shouting. Between the customers' conversations and the reprimands coming from the dining area, the atmosphere becomes quite peculiar. I've heard phrases like, "Just say yes and that's it," or "Stop talking back to me." Obviously, I don't know the context of these exchanges, and I don't claim to know what goes on behind the scenes. But when you're just there to eat and you regularly witness this kind of scene, it certainly gives you a rather peculiar impression of the work environment. I've also discussed this with colleagues who sometimes join me, and they've also noticed that the atmosphere seems significantly less pleasant when things get heated. And then... the drive-thru. 🤦‍♀️ Reversed orders, missing items, mixed-up products… Mistakes happen, of course, but when they happen repeatedly and you already have to wait a while to pick up your order, you don't necessarily want to spend another 20 minutes getting things corrected that should have been checked before you received it. After several months and numerous visits, my conclusion is quite simple: long waits, too many order errors, inconsistent quality, and a sometimes rather surprising atmosphere among the staff. I wish the employees good luck nonetheless, as some of them seem to be working in what must be a difficult environment. Personally, after all these experiences, I'm going to give this place a miss and unfortunately won't be returning. I hope this review will at least help raise awareness of some of these issues.

14/05/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel. We were threatened by the person in our next room, which created a real sense of insecurity. The walls are extremely thin; you can hear absolutely everything, making the stay very unpleasant and lacking in privacy. Following this incident, we had to make the decision to leave the hotel for our safety. Despite this, we are still waiting to be contacted by the manager regarding a refund for the night and the breakfast, which we didn't even eat. It's regrettable that no serious solution has been offered in the face of such a serious situation.

06/05/2026: Our experience was very mixed. Positive: - Comfortable bedding and a lovely view - The staff was very pleasant - The wine was very good (perfectly paired) - The view was beautiful, especially at sunset - Very quiet Negative: - For a seven-course dinner, we expected fresh bread, but it was dry. - The service was very slow; two and a half hours to eat is far too slow, especially since it wasn't really seven courses. The amuse-bouches aren't supposed to count as a course (we're used to Michelin-starred restaurants), and the rest of the meal should have been served quickly. - The room was shabby: peeling paint, noisy shower (when all they needed was a new faucet), and a bandage was used to repair the hairdryer... - There was a room with lots of board games, which was great! Except that the games are incomplete; we tested about ten of them, and there's always something missing...

05/05/2026: A haven of serenity (and delicious food) overlooking the mountains! An absolutely perfect stay at this aptly named establishment. From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the tranquility and the breathtaking view of the valley, but it's the welcome that truly makes the difference: warm, professional, and genuine. Spa: A pure moment of relaxation. The facilities are impeccable, and the view from the relaxation areas is simply magical. It's the ideal remedy after a day on the trails (or slopes!). I'll just mention the absence of a jacuzzi. There's a hammam, sauna, massage shower, and hanging chairs with a tea area. But no jacuzzi. Dining: Special mention for the restaurant! You can feel the genuine attention to local products, which are enhanced with finesse. It's top-notch, both for the palate and the service. The hotel's eco-responsible commitment (the first bioclimatic hotel in the region, if I'm not mistaken!) allows you to enjoy luxury guilt-free. In short, whether it's the attentive staff or the quality of the services, La Croix de Savoie is a rare find in Les Carroz. You come for the view, you stay for the experience. Thank you for this timeless moment!

19/08/2026: Too expensive for so little on the plate. I ordered an andouillette gratin for €18, or rather a mini gratin. It wasn't bad, but I could count the slices of andouillette I was looking for between the potatoes and leeks on one hand. I should have asked for bread to fill my stomach! The children had steak frites (frozen) with a crêpe. (The children's menu was €13, but they charged €14!!?). Given the prices and what we ate, we had dessert at home. Sincerely.

27/09/2026: An absolute disaster, the chairs are rusty and broken... My wife pinched her finger... To top it all off, €27 for three beers. Sorry, but never again...

21/09/2026: For several years now, we've enjoyed returning to this café every time we're in Bonifacio. It's become a must-stop for us in the old town. We appreciate the simple and friendly atmosphere, its authentic feel, and the always pleasant and attentive service. We take the time to chat with the regulars and locals, which gives the café a particularly warm atmosphere. The drinks are also very reasonably priced. It's a place we always look forward to returning to whenever we're in Bonifacio. The Toulouse Twins

30/07/2026: We ordered two Americanos with two pastries. After waiting five minutes at the register, while only one other couple waited, the waitress placed the coffee on the tray, which spilled all over my partner's sandaled foot. She gave a quick "sorry," glanced at my foot, and said, "Well, it's fine, nothing's wrong." We waited another five minutes to get a half-filled coffee, the waiter looking perplexed by how to use the coffee machine. After finishing our drinks, we finally left without any compensation and with a large red mark of boiling coffee on my partner's foot. Not even a simple visit from the staff to ask if everything was alright and offer a more basic apology. Completely unprofessional!

25/07/2026: The carrot cake was completely dry, and the Ube latte was really not good. Thank you to the very kind person who took our order.

28/07/2026: A friendly bakery with very pleasant service. It's a shame the quality of the bread isn't up to par. The traditional baguettes are white and look more like industrial bread than artisanal bread from a baker.
