03/07/2026: Let's talk about this, please. €1 for 10g of butter and €1 for a quarter of a lemon?!? Seriously. I should have checked the reviews before going.

28/06/2026: We came to this bar as a group of five on Sunday, June 28th, in the middle of a heatwave (34 degrees Celsius!). After ordering €37 worth of ice cream and waffles, we asked for water several times. We received tiny pitchers (unlike the bartender's ego) of no more than 20-25cl – what a joke! So, it's perfectly normal to ask for water several times given the size of the pitchers offered. After two requests, the bartender replied, and I quote because it's worth mentioning, "I'm not a fountain." Well, you should have served larger pitchers; that's the case everywhere except in your bar. Okay, you pay for the water, I understand that, but given the price we paid, we should be able to drink properly (and without these haughty remarks from your staff).

12/04/2026: We wanted to have lunch after a hike, but they refused to serve us because we had our dog with us, even though there were other dogs inside the restaurant and one of us had diabetes.

09/04/2026: No room cleaning in 3 days. Sticky tables at breakfast, no noteworthy amenities. The breakfast buffet didn't deserve the name. The restaurant was uninspired. Wilted flowers in stale brown water.

02/07/2026: A very bad experience for a 9-year-old's birthday. We had booked a package including bowling and laser tag. Upon arrival, we were informed that a water leak had rendered the laser tag unavailable. This type of unforeseen event can happen, and we sincerely thank the staff for their welcome, kindness, and professionalism. However, the manager's attitude completely ruined the day. We encountered a problem with the lane barriers. When we reported this malfunction to the manager, he simply denied it, without the slightest apology. He was also unpleasant. The most shocking part was his final remark: according to him, it would have been better if the children hadn't played laser tag because some were "too boisterous" and it would have been dangerous. We would like to point out that two of the children present have ADHD. When hosting groups of children, it is essential to demonstrate kindness, understanding, and adaptability. No apology from the manager from beginning to end. Only the staff showed empathy and professionalism. Thanks to the staff, the children still had fun, which is the main thing. If the staff hadn't been kind and professional, the rating would have been much worse.

29/06/2026: We came on a Saturday night for a bachelorette party. We had to ask for the drinks menu. We had to ask for our food. There was no sauce to go with our grilled meats. We had to ask for pizza sauce. There was no assistance whatsoever, no apology. The service and helpfulness were completely nonexistent. In the bowling area, there was music playing sometimes, and not other times. When we asked for music, it was turned back on, but much too loud. We felt like we were bothering them. We didn't feel safe. We had to check our change. There were 10 of us! I had a good impression of this place. Not anymore!

19/07/2026: The perfect place to enjoy great fries in Arras. Ideally located between the two squares!

13/07/2026: It's good, but still quite expensive for what is served compared to other chip shops in the area, but that's what you expect in the city centre of Arras, it's bound to be more expensive.

02/07/2026: Had a coffee in the middle of traffic, cars, trams, but you get used to it, I admit the countryside is much better ♥️

05/04/2026: This change of management is unbelievable. The brunette woman is very unpleasant. She shouts at people and is rude to the few staff members who are there. The gentleman isn't friendly but is very polite. There's no kitchen, the toilets are dirty, and the photos in the tobacco shop are of the previous owners. It used to be something else. A disgrace for a business.

27/03/2026: A pleasant surprise at Asia Fast Food in Toulouse. I was delighted by the crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce; it was flavorful and a generous portion. The waiter, Karim, was quick and welcoming despite the busy service. The decor is simple but clean, ideal for a casual meal. The price-quality ratio is good, especially for a quick and efficient lunch break. A convenient spot when you want to eat Asian food in a hurry.

22/02/2026: Superb! Our children and we thoroughly enjoyed your dishes. It was a very good experience.

16/07/2026: Excellent! The staff is incredibly kind, the pizzas are delicious... What more can I say except go for it if you're craving pizza!

14/07/2026: The delivery conditions were not met; it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for two simple pizzas, and they arrived cold. In short, the wait was so long I thought I'd never receive my pizzas. When I opened them, there was so much oil that it was dripping from the box. Avoid this pizzeria.

04/06/2026: The waitress was extremely unpleasant and haughty! I usually get male waiters who are very nice, but this was the first time I'd dealt with her, and frankly, she should change careers. I won't be going back.

01/06/2026: It would be nice if the man in the kitchen stopped staring at women like they were pieces of meat.

14/07/2026: Very well located, we didn't initially intend to stop but needed to use the restroom and there are no public restrooms in Ajaccio. The waitress was awful, the prices very high, but we're tourists... Avoid the restrooms at all costs; there's only one, and it's filthy, as if 300 people had used it.

22/07/2026: Warm and welcoming reception. The meal tray was served quickly, well presented and hot.

21/07/2026: We never go to McDonald's, and we thought, "For once, we don't have much time to eat, so we'll grab fast food and save precious minutes." It took 35 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant (most of the tables were already occupied) to get 10 nuggets, 2 fries, and a burger. We're used to Burger King, and we've never waited so long, even when the restaurant is packed. During the entire wait, we noticed a very different dynamic, even though both chains offer essentially the same thing: the entire staff was sluggish and not a single smile at McDonald's. The food was standard, nothing special to say, but frankly, we won't be back, especially since, to compare it again with Burger King, which we know well, when you wait even just 15 minutes (so more than half the time), they hand you your bag with an apology for the wait and a smile. Needless to say, we received neither, and that completely changes the customer experience! In short, we won't be back, because ultimately, what's the point of ordering only to pick up your meal after the hour when you could already be home with a bowl of pasta?

15/06/2026: Hello, On several occasions I haven't bought golden baguettes because they were as black as coal! How can you sell baguettes like that? It's not very professional. They're either overcooked or completely white. It's a real shame not to make quality bread according to traditional French methods with pride and satisfaction. Sincerely,

24/05/2026: We are very unhappy with the Marie Blachère store in Noisiel… I bought bread and a brioche on May 6th. Upon checking the receipt after payment, I discovered they had mistakenly charged me for two brioches. Amélia, who served me, refused to reimburse me despite my insistence, and I only realized upon returning home that she hadn't given me the brioche I had purchased. I was therefore cheated out of €8 because of a careless waitress.

31/07/2026: The reviews are already quite clear regarding the outrageous wait times at this McDonald's. However, this is just one symptom of a truly disastrous organization. Forgetting items in orders is clearly the norm, but forgetting the steak in the sandwich is something I've never experienced before. I checked at the drive-thru, but I didn't think it was necessary to open the sandwich as well...

31/07/2026: Catastrophic!!! The nuggets were bland, and they forgot the cheese in the burger. Just a bun, a chicken, and that's it 😱... They even got the kids' drinks wrong... All this with a long wait at the drive-thru.

18/05/2026: So sad this Starbucks is closing! A huge thank you to Sacha, Océane, Hanna, Théo, Thuan, and the whole team (I don't know the other three guys' names, sorry!), but in any case, EVERYONE WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you for everything!!!! Best of luck, and we look forward to seeing you at other Starbucks locations ❤️

02/05/2026: A little family outing today to the Starbucks at La Vache Noire. My daughter ordered a beautiful black and white donut while I waited for my coffee. A minute later, I saw her return to the counter, looking dejected, complaining that her donut was rock hard. The young woman at the register called her colleague over and asked if he had put completely frozen donuts in the display case. And he had. Not very professional, ladies and gentlemen... Especially since the products are quite expensive... And of course, not even a gesture of goodwill.
