10/07/2026: Never seen such a long wait for 2 drinks - 30 minutes

10/07/2026: ZERO RATINGS I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. A wait longer than at a gourmet restaurant. No attempt to adapt or adjust to the situation. 10 out of 12 self-service kiosks out of order. Over an hour's wait for raw, cold fries. 5 burgers, 2 of which were missing a patty. Impossible to get a refund because of a nearly 30-minute wait with the entire restaurant looking for the same thing. I don't even want to imagine the management's incompetence in serving drinks, then food 30 minutes later, and then fries another 10 minutes after that. Perhaps consider hiring more competent staff. You're a disgrace to this chain. Want McDonald's? You have time to go somewhere else and eat faster.

04/11/2025: We came to order pizzas, there was a long wait, so we waited. I was shocked by the pizza maker who was preparing the pizzas, constantly going back and forth to the bin, touching it with his gloves, and not changing his gloves to continue making the pizzas. I was very shocked by the hygiene standards of this restaurant; I won't be going back. Hygiene needs improvement.

13/07/2026: Terrible experience with incompetent service. I asked for a coffee, and was told the coffee machine was out of order. I agreed to stay for a drink and a crepe. Shortly after, the person next to me received a coffee. I asked for an explanation: I was told that he had ordered food, unlike me—even though I had ordered a crepe. No apology was offered. The crepe was uninteresting. They lied about not serving coffee, and offered no compensation whatsoever. I do not recommend this place.

12/07/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It's all mass-produced food, the service is mediocre, the place is noisy, and the toilets are filthy. The burger is only €18, and the pasta carbonara was good but the portion was too small. What a shame, especially in the heart of Montmartre.

10/06/2026: Honestly, I've never seen anything so disgusting and inedible. A wrap isn't that complicated to make. How is it possible to keep a snack bar open with such poor quality? I found pieces of wood in the sandwich, the kebab meat was full of grease, the fries were bad, and even the raw vegetables were inedible. The dough was thick, hard, and dry. On top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes even though there was only one other customer. Frankly, I understand better now why there's nobody here and why the prices are so low. First and last time for me. Don't trust the reviews at all!!!!

05/05/2026: This establishment, I imagine, has a problem with its smoke extraction system. The reception isn't welcoming but is still fairly adequate. The loyalty card only applies to pizzas... which is a shame. The restrooms are clean, but you have to constantly ask for liquid soap because the dispenser is always empty. The sandwiches aren't expensive, but the bread is a disgrace, and the kefta is dry and tasteless, only kefta in name. The tacos are ridiculously small; you order a meal deal, and no one at the table gets the same portion of fries. Please, gentlemen, get a grip: smile at your customers, include tacos and sandwiches in your loyalty program, invest in a smoke extraction system as soon as possible to avoid poisoning your customers, use quality products (especially bread), serve customers equally, and light up all your dining areas to brighten up your establishment. Change quickly and admit your mistakes instead of responding dismissively to customers who have left comments. Change because you risk being reported to the health department for your pizza oven, which apparently has a problem, and you also risk losing the few customers you have left. A disappointed customer who nevertheless gave you three chances to prove them wrong by returning despite their initial negative impression.

06/06/2026: The hotel itself is okay. Parking is available on-site, and it's located just outside Paris. Unfortunately, the facilities leave much to be desired. The rooms don't have hairdryers, you only get one towel, and the staff is completely incompetent and unfriendly. No English, no effort whatsoever! When I asked if I could get a hairdryer, I was told late at night that one would be available the next morning. But nothing was there. No attempt was made to find a solution, just unfriendly dismissals. A real disaster!

03/06/2026: As for me, I arrived very late so I didn't really have a choice of rooms, there was no lighting in the bathroom.

29/04/2026: The young woman who made our pizzas was very kind and helpful. The pizzas were very good.

22/02/2026: The pizza was ridiculously expensive! For €16, I expected a pizza with more toppings... what a shame... Now I know that if I'm craving pizza, I won't be going back to that kiosk...

18/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! A complete lack of hygiene: The dining room is disgusting, with a cobweb behind the TV screen and sticky tables. Behind the glass partition where you can see the kitchen from the dining area, there are two long-haired boys, one of whom scratches his head and then touches the plates. His hair isn't even tied back! Overpriced and a 35-minute wait despite very few customers. Don't even bother going!

11/07/2026: The restroom was disgusting: dirty tables and chairs, and flies in the bathrooms, which were extremely filthy. If you have the opportunity, go further. It was very dirty.

13/06/2026: From the outside, I would never have suspected that this bar was a hangout for police officers who drink beer on their shifts, and that I would be discriminated against so much while being served. We waited 45 minutes, and every time we went to the bar, they would say, "We'll come to your table," but in the end, no one showed up! I really don't recommend this place, where you're served based on who you are, and clearly, the owner has his political leanings.

13/06/2026: The atmosphere made me uncomfortable, police officers on duty coming there to drink

20/07/2026: Disastrous sandwich, sandwich, skewers, raw vegetables, sauce. Half-cooked skewer, the sauce I have trouble finding, I think it must have been spread very thinly with a spatula. The bread was a third of a baguette from the day before and not counting the raw vegetables I found a slice of tomato and two lettuce leaves for a price of seven euros, I find that really outrageous.

17/07/2026: Good, not-greasy fries and a good Ardennes-style kebab. Friendly staff since the change of ownership...all the best!

07/08/2026: This Friday in August, the sign indicated open until 5 PM. I went by and the store was closed for vacation. What respect for its customers!

17/05/2026: Shameful! As advised four days prior, I called to order two trays of mini pastries. I clearly stated that it was for a religious service, so I would come very early in the morning on a specific day to pick them up. So, as planned, I arrived early to collect the order, and there, with remarkable nonchalance, I was informed that my order hadn't been placed (the order form had never been sent) and therefore I wouldn't receive it. Panicked, I noticed no reaction, no apology, especially from the manager online, just a "gesture" of 10%... I was stunned: what kind of pettiness is this, such a lack of human consideration?! And such a stingy gesture in the face of such a huge professional error, which jeopardizes an organization planned several days in advance. In tears and running late for the event, the shop manager finally had the decency to make a "human gesture" by compensating for their "mistake" and apologizing. However, I remain shocked by such a lack of responsiveness and humanity, by making me so late, and by such a lack of professional courtesy in the face of a blunder that ruined what was supposed to be a joyful start to my day! It's truly shameful to make it seem like only "money" matters and that the customer is so disregarded; it's utterly disgraceful and insensitive.

25/04/2026: Delicious and original dishes made with local produce. Very warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend it.

19/04/2026: Seafood burger (with whiting steak) – never found the whiting, the black rice was okay, but the seafood and fish sides were insignificant – the mussels were practically empty in their shells. For us, a rip-off.

02/06/2026: Slow service, very sour food, and seemingly dirty. You get better Lebanese food for cheaper elsewhere.

25/05/2026: Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Small counter within the marché that serves reasonably priced Lebanese food. The owner (?) with the mustache is very friendly and welcoming. Ordered the sandwich special with chiche kebab - perfect size, delicious, and came with a homemade strawberry drink. Excellent value for a joint in Paris!

01/08/2026: It's a shame there isn't a 0-star rating... this place is one to avoid... overpriced for what you get, rushed service... if you want to have a good evening, avoid this place.

01/08/2026: Extremely disappointed by the staff's behavior, who were surprisingly unpleasant! We made the mistake of not checking the reviews, which only confirmed our experience. If we had to do it again, we would never set foot in that place!
