The dishes listed on the menu don't exist. "I told you, 'No paella, prawns, monkfish, or fish...'" said the waiter. The ham croquettes are mostly potato croquettes. The mussels with chorizo ​​swim in a creamy pink sauce, and most are already detached from their shells. They don't contain any chorizo. The waiters are heavily tattooed, burly men in shorts. We miss the old-fashioned service in restaurants, and when will there be an acceptable restaurant in this part of Hendaye?

15/06/2026: I'm a regular at this place for their dark chocolate succès, which I love whenever I'm back in Lyon... but that's over! I bought two on Friday afternoon, so nearly €14 worth! I kept them cold for transport (as I always do): cooler, ice pack, and fridge. It's Monday, and I was looking forward to biting into my succès... What a disappointment, what a waste! Straight to the bin because of mold! I've never had this problem in all the time I've been transporting them, even when eating them more than 7 days later.

16/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! I stopped there for an afternoon snack, and the crepes were only cooked on one side!!!! I've never seen anything like it. I pointed it out to the waitress, and she told me the cook always cooks them like that!! I'd really like to know what degree she has, seriously... And a half-cooked crepe with five grains of sugar on it for 3 euros is unacceptable... so change your name because there's absolutely nothing gourmet about it... Even though my crepe was remade and cooked on both sides, I'm not going to say thank you because that's the bare minimum.... The waitress is, let's say, neither friendly nor unfriendly... she told me she's doing the best she can, being alone.... I'm not going to judge... but come on, on a Friday during Ascension weekend, you could at least give a student a small favor, for example... 4.50 euros for a tea too... in short... I won't be going back!

03/07/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut! As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the variety of meat-free options. We ordered the Veggie Lover's Pizza, a Margherita Pizza, and Cheese Pizza, and they were all fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. The vegetables were crisp, the cheese was delicious, and the crust was just right. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions about the vegetarian options. Our order was prepared quickly, and everything was served hot and exactly as requested. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and provided a great dining experience. I highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian pizza and outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back!

30/04/2026: The delivery driver didn't give the delivery to my husband, who had come down to the building, because he couldn't find the address (he's illiterate). And to make matters worse, he got angry and left with our pizzas! We paid for two pizzas we never received... pathetic... never again... an absolute disgrace! In the end, he came back and threw the pizzas in the trash! Shameful! And to top it off, I just had surgery for a tumor! I just wanted a quiet evening... never again! The delivery driver didn't even apologize! An absolute disgrace!

02/06/2026: I decided to order takeout, only to find that my order never arrived. When I went to the restaurant, it had simply been closed for a week! It was impossible to contact them and get a refund. I hope they see my message and will finally reimburse me.

02/08/2026: This Starbucks is a disaster. Completely unprofessional. I'd already noticed several times that the employees took it upon themselves to reserve tables, loudly chatting about their lives and disturbing other customers. But today was the last straw. I ordered a hot burger and was given a cold one. When I pointed it out, the employee sighed and took it back. The employees were constantly talking loudly and using profanity... It was unbearable. The staff had absolutely no professionalism.

13/07/2026: Ordered: Caramel Frappuccino (no coffee) Received: A cup of MILK No caramel sauce, no whipped cream, and absolutely NO TASTE. For €8.95 on Uber Eats, this is simply unacceptable.
