21/07/2026: Very disappointed with the quality of the products, I had a burger which was filled with a steak that was very likely frozen, dry bread, a burger that reminds me of the primary school canteen, we also had a very small tartine, the equivalent of half a meal.

28/06/2026: We came to this bar as a group of five on Sunday, June 28th, in the middle of a heatwave (34 degrees Celsius!). After ordering €37 worth of ice cream and waffles, we asked for water several times. We received tiny pitchers (unlike the bartender's ego) of no more than 20-25cl – what a joke! So, it's perfectly normal to ask for water several times given the size of the pitchers offered. After two requests, the bartender replied, and I quote because it's worth mentioning, "I'm not a fountain." Well, you should have served larger pitchers; that's the case everywhere except in your bar. Okay, you pay for the water, I understand that, but given the price we paid, we should be able to drink properly (and without these haughty remarks from your staff).

15/07/2026: They refused my American friend entry because they didn't like the look of him (of course, he'd never been before). They're blatant racists and they only let you in based on appearance, whether you're their type or not. I absolutely do not recommend it. And the music in the nightclub has been the same since 2020. Avoid at all costs!!

14/07/2026: This nightclub is very mediocre. The prices are outrageous, and you have to be prepared to wait 40 minutes for a bottle. The atmosphere isn't great, and you have to be okay with being jostled repeatedly. Not to mention the unpleasant smell throughout the entire club. I absolutely do not recommend it. I wonder if all the clubs in Angers are like this...

11/07/2026: Thanks for the "gift" with our two chocolate-banana crepes: food poisoning. I've rarely felt so sick. This is certainly not the experience one expects when dining out. I do not recommend it.

09/07/2026: There's been a real decline with each visit. With every order, there's a problem: either an extra we paid for is forgotten, or an ingredient we asked to be removed is added anyway. This time, we ordered a mixed salad without tomatoes due to a severe intolerance… and unsurprisingly, it arrived with tomatoes. As for the galette, the two extras we paid for were practically nonexistent… It's truly disappointing. I've known this restaurant since it opened and have been a loyal customer for a long time, but the quality of service is no longer what it used to be. Judging by the numerous recent reviews, I see that I'm unfortunately not the only one with this observation. The most regrettable thing is that there doesn't seem to be any real improvement despite customer feedback. This experience was one too many. Unfortunately, I don't plan to return.

When I contacted the restaurant to report the error, no satisfactory solution was offered. The person on the phone simply replied, "It's your word against mine," questioning my honesty instead of trying to resolve the issue. A mistake in preparation can happen, but the way the situation was handled is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected the restaurant to check the order or offer some kind of compensation, not to be treated as if I were lying. Very disappointed by the customer service and the lack of consideration given to my complaint.

30/06/2026: Hello, while on holiday in the south I found the staff very friendly and efficient despite the heat, and thank you for the chocolate croissants (the person who made a mistake with the quantity).

14/07/2026: Today we were served by a rather unfriendly young man at the till. He even banged loudly, clearly annoyed, to enter our purchases on his tablet. The customer service needs improvement!

09/07/2026: The biggest problem with this bakery is its complete lack of consistency. One day, the baguette made with heritage flours is excellent, the next it's simply inedible. My last purchase was a disaster: a dense, heavy, poorly developed crumb, with the obvious impression of a botched kneading or rushed production. It was nothing like the product they usually sell. At this point, you really get the impression that the quality depends entirely on the person in the oven. When you pay the price for bread made with so-called heritage flours, you have the right to expect a minimum level of consistency. Here, it's a complete gamble.

05/08/2026: Ordered over €80 on Uber Eats, half the order was missing, and what little arrived was cold! And this isn't the first time.

05/08/2026: I went through the drive-thru today, August 5th, at 2:30 PM. I was served by a very friendly, polite, and pleasant gentleman. It's really nice to be welcomed like that; the service was quick, thank you very much.

29/05/2026: Hello, I'm ready to come and discuss this in person and peacefully to improve the service 😊 I ate because I couldn't waste food! 💪🏽 Service: 0 🥺 Food: 0 🥺 The staff are whispering amongst themselves while customers are there. You'd think they were talking about us 🤣🧐 Honestly, I wanted to try it every time I passed by... I shouldn't have. 🤣 I don't want to be harsh, I don't like that, but honestly, I won't be back and I don't recommend it at all 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ The pizza had no taste, but then again, for €8.90 you can't expect fine dining. The only positive thing was the gentleman who cleared the table at the end; he greeted me with a smile. 😊 All the best, it's a shame because you're in a great location! 🙏🏾💪🏽

09/05/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant/café, but this time I'm writing a review because I was disappointed by the behavior of the young woman who worked at the pizza, sandwich, and café counter. I asked for a napkin because my little girl had gotten food in her mouth, and she acted like she hadn't heard me. It took a third request before she finally gave it to us.
